LAZ Parking - Bogus parking fine
On 5/24/24 I picked up my guest at SeaTac international airport At approximately 11:06 AM. He notified me his flight had landed and that was at approximately 10:40 AM. Going into the Memorial weekend, the airport traffic was horrendous! From the airport, we drove to 13 coins restaurant in SeaTac, WA. We arrive there around 11:20/11:25 AM. A car was just...

Illegal Booting
The constant practice of being booted in Centennial Yards Lot A is disappointing. Your website allows me as a patron to list multiple vehicles.
Yet all of the listed vehicle tag numbers do not print for the "booters" list and if it is not at the top of the account; you get the boot and a fee of $80 bucks.
The website needs to be updated to allow the customer to at least move the vehicle to the top without getting erroneous information from customer service.
I have been the victim of this illicit practice and it continues for fellow federal court workers who pay their monthly fee to park.
Resolution
Credit my account that $80 bucks for one month of upcoming parking at this lot.
Have the "booter" print a valid list and
Notify all customers if the tag is not at the top; it doesn't count.
I have left messages in the past for calls to be returned by the Manager and
I have NOT received any calls as of this email.

Claimed loss: The booting Fee and my childcare late fee I had to pay.
Desired outcome: The booting fee should be reimbursed in the form of a monthly payment credit to my LAZ account. $87.25 and the childcare late fee was $57. Total $144.25Let's just do 2 months credit for parking.

a car grey Camry 4door license plate# T725094C has been blocking the emergency lane preventing ambulances, fire department trucks from entering the lot #1 for over a month with no enforcement. Many of us tenants who pay for our reserved parking spots are annoyed of so many cars parking illegally making it difficult to get in and out of our spots. I have written about this with no action being taken!

Extortionary fees for parking past paid time.
On 10/01/2023 I parked in a LAZ Parking lot at 305 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX as a tourist seeking to view the flight of the S congress Bridge Bats. There is no signage on the lot stating the cost of parking or any timeframe. I scanned the QR Code on the sign and completed payment of $15.55. The site verified payment and listed no timeframe. I received an...

Reimbursement and accountability for workers damaging people’s cars
Today I noticed a huge scratch on my vehicle that was not there prior to dropping my vehicle off. This occurred at 420 E 20th St. New York, NY 10009. This is the 3rd time my vehicle was damaged and was not accounted for, this cannot go on further. Many employees at mount Sinai is complaining of damage, with no accountability This occurred 8/14 during my drop off. Camera and photos need to be reviewed.

Damage to my vehicle
When I went to go, drop my car off valet, took my car and parked it. I left, and came back to pick my car up about seven hours later, the gentleman was very rude. He was upset because my car was all the way in the back and said that I was supposed to be back by seven when I got there at four almost 5. when they brought my car out. I did not look at my vehicle, which was my fault. When I got home, I looked over my vehicle and realize that they had damage the back of my car as if they hit my car against a white pole or pillar. I have tried calling customer service and they do not answer. Now I have a huge dent in the back of my car
Desired outcome: No one has yet to reach out to me to help me with this
Not valid parking tickets issued against me
LAZ parking lot located at 705 sycamore street has issued me two parking tickets on two consecutive days, November 9th and 10th. Both of these days I left before my ticket expired, yet they still mailed me two tickets. The first day my ticket was valid until 4:53 pm and they showed me leaving the lot at 3:17 pm after clocking out of my job which is directly across the street at 3:11. The following day my ticket was valid until 4:53 and I left the lot, as shown on my ticket, at 4:07 after clocking out at 4:04. I never let my parking pass expire, yet I supposedly owe them 187 dollars. Neither of these tickets have any validity to them. In response to that I emailed them to dispute it, to which they never responded back and now they put it in the hands of a debt collector.
Desired outcome: I would like these tickets, LAZC-014675 and LAZC-014749, to be disputed. I should not have to pay 87 dollars each for tickets with no validity.
Car stolen from valet services
On Thursday Dec 1 I went to Marcel on 1170 Howell Mill Rd. On arrival I gave my keys to the valet as usual (Laz parking) and was given a ticket for which I paid a $10 fee. I went up to eat dinner and came back down with the hour with the ticket to retrieve my car. I waited for about 25 minutes, they then came back to tell me that they could not find my car. They then asked me to return to the restaurant to wait until they figured out what was happening with my vehicle. One of the attendants from the valet company came up to the restaurant to tell me that after careful investigation, they found that my car was stolen from the garage by a group of individuals. I asked them how could this be and if I could see the video. They denied me access to watching the video and said that they had called the police who would take over from there. The police came, asked a few questions, took basic info. They told me to go to the police dept the next day to finish the report which I did. The valet company also stated that someone from their corporate office would call me, which they did. December 2 Wendy Sternburg called to take some basic info from me about what happened and stated it was negligence on their part and they would be doing an investigation She asked if I had a police report and I told her that the detective had informed me that it was inaccessible on their online portal. I have called and emailed Wendy since December 2 and have not been able to speak to her about the status of my vehicle and replacing the items that were inside. She has not responded or any of my communication. I have only had this vehicle for 5-6 months and I do not have any transportation at this time. Ms Sternburg is the Senior Manager in the claims dept of Laz parking located at 1 Financial Plaze 14th floor Hartford, CT 06103. Her phone number is [protected]. The claim number for Laz parking is [protected].
Parking lot
This company has a parking lot near a stadium but only allows you to do 1 hour at a time. The day I went it stated that the parking deck I was using had 2 for 1 hour. I paid $2.35 for the 2 hours for the price of 1. However, when I came out less than 2 hours later, they gave me a $30 ticket. $30 for a $2.35 parking spot! What a scam! When I appealed it, they stated that I should have taken a picture for proof of the special. Who would take a screenshot of that? You expect for a company to be trustworthy and stand up. This company is not. Do you offer a 2 for 1 deal or not! They never addressed it. If you see LAZ Parking sign, go to another place unless you wanted to be scammed out of $30.
Desired outcome: Returned ticket fee
Employee parking @ KPIT (Pittsburgh International)
After receiving my extended lot employee parking pass at Pittsburgh International Airport my employee card has only worked once out of several attempts when exiting the parking lot. It doesn’t work to enter the lot and normally doesn’t work to leave the lot. I usually have to have an employee manually allow me to leave after confirming my parking pass number. The employees say there is not rhyme or reason as to why some passes do not work and claim there is nothing malfunctioning with my card. They don’t know how to fix the issue within the system and don’t know why it’s malfunctioning.
Desired outcome: Employees need a checklist when adding new employees to the parking system to avoid mistakes in the process. Additionally the software needs to be reviewed for errors.
Laz parking pos machine did not print the receipt
I have been on the parking lot @ 609 s. Alamo st, 78205 on 5th Nov 2022. The machine charged my card and didnot print the receipt. As there is no other way of confirming my purchase, i figured out to pay online app. Now i have paid double and need the refund for one of the two time charge.
My car license plate is: BKK0540

Parking structure Westfield Valley Fair Mall
Last night my car was stolen from the Westfield Valley Fair mall paid parking structure at Winchester and Forrest, While waiting for the police I noticed more than six areas where a smaller car like my Honda Accord, could easily drive out of the structure without paying. In addition, the arm to prevent cars from leaving or entering without paying is too short. The one arm by the Nordstrom side is easily able to be driven around to get out. I am demanding compensation for my loss. I will be in touch with a lawyer.
I can be reached at [protected].

Desired outcome: Compensation for my stolen car
Parking Scam
On 9/23/2022 at 4:37PM I entered the 609 S Alamo St, San Antonio, TX 78205 parking lot. I parked next to the hut to avoid walking because of recent back surgery. I went to pay, put my credit card in the machine, entered my vehicle license plate, selected the $12 charge for the amount of time I thought I might be there. I even overestimated the charge so that I would not go over. I got the receipt and placed it on my dashboard. Today, 10/014/2022 I received a collection notice for $87 dollars. I called my back and there was no charge for the parking fee, and I did not think I would ever save a parking receipt. I would like an audit of the performed on the machine to ensure there are charges for each receipt issued. Also, I am floored that you are charging $57 dollars over what the city charges.
Desired outcome: Pay $12 for parking receipt and will even pay 57 cents for your postage.
Grrrr! Collection notice received 10/04/2022 not 10/014/2022
I am so angry I didn't even check for typos. I called my 'BANK' not my 'BACK'. And I would like an audit performed on the machine.
Would like to add that I called the parking lot phone # and all extension mailboxes were full.
LAZ Boston Harbor valet service for the Hyatt Hotel which has no fault in this matter
I made a claim in Boston whilest staying one night in Boston at our friends & family Hyatt Place Hotel. My family and I were in town for our youngest college drop-off for freshman year. We booked our GMC Yukon for $52. dollars a day.
We texted for our car to be brought up from the garage when the young man dropped the car to me and immediately looked at the driver's door when he got out to hand the car over to me. I then looked at the door and saw the dent on this photo. The young My frustration was heightened by the manager telling me this couldn't have happened in our garage, mind you I told him this dent wasn't on my car prior to the attendant parking my vehicle. My wife & I are ministers and we are not in the habit of lying about facts. I’m find myself dumbfounded by your early dismissal of our claim & accounts of what happened to our vehicle during companies’ possession you represent. This is unacceptable business practice and I demand our vehicle damage be taken care by your insurance company.

Was charged for monthly pass despite written cancellation
Wrote to manager for 38th St & Market St. Philadelphia LAZ parking lot in Jan 2022 to cancel monthly pass at end of Feb. Was still charged for monthly fee in March. Corresponded w manager again - last he wrote that he was waiting gif his boss to sign off on $300 refund check. 2 months later still no refund. Wrote to him again n he quit responding to me.
Desired outcome: Refund of 1 monthly pass fee.
Parking / double charged
On July 24th I purchased an online parking pass from LAZ Parking when we pulled in the gentleman at the gate said when we leave all we need to do is show the parking attendant our pass and they will let us go because you pay when you leave. I bought the pass for the entire day. We tried to find a parking attendant to allow us to leave but no one was there we rang the bell multiple times yelled out, no response any where. We had to catch our flight back home so we HAD to leave. We go get the car come down still no attendant, to leave the parking structure we had to pay again. I tried reaching out to LAZ Parking Via email because they have NO phone number to contact them.
Desired outcome: I just want my money back, I shouldn’t have to pay for something twice.
Supervisor discriminated me new hire employee
I was hired by LAZ as parking ambassador on [protected] and wasn’t given my tools to do my job. The LAZ office is on city yard owned by the city of Santa Ana Ca where the police go in and out.I was put on graveyard 11pm-7am where there is no security attendance at the gate entrance. I was not given a access card to get in although all the rest employees were given a access card. My boss Richard instructed me “to follow anyone coming into the gate so I can get in.” I would arrive at 930pm to catch anyone coming in. I would arrive early so as to not be late and did as instructed to keep my job. On 07-12-22 as I waited
parked across the street on private property I needed to use the restroom. The next day I informed my boss Richard that I need an access card cause I had to use the restroom real bad. His response was I don’t have one. So to keep my job I kept arriving at 930pm so I won’t be late. On 7-22-22 as I waited across the street a police car entered and I followed as usual. The police followed me as I came in, approached me asked me what I was doing? I explained I work for LAZ here and was not given a access card and told to follow anyone going in. The officer asked for my work ID and I told him we don’t get a work ID. I showed him I’m in uniform and I have a office key to my office. Officer asked for my license I asked why? He said cause you were driving. I the supplied my license and he handed it to the other officer. He the requested me to call someone to verify my story. I called my trainer who was on her way to work graveyard. She verified the story and the police said I can go. I went into my office and called my boss Richard. He said I have to give my ID not ask why. Richard sent me home. Again I told Richard I need a access card key. On 7-28-22 HR called me terminated me.
I was discriminated for being the only employee not given a access card gate key even though I kept asking I need it to do my job.
Per company policy I advised my boss Richard that I need the tool to do my job as I waited to get in as I needed to use the restroom.
I was not given my rest/break periods only my unpaid lunch.
I sent HR copy of policy states all new employees who don’t have tools to contact the supervisor and I did twice.
Desired outcome: I would like my job reinstated I would like payment compensation for having to arrive 2hrs before the start of my shift 19hrs total I would like a apology for LAZ not abiding by thier code of conduct and policy
LAXGo Parking
I was charged $65 because I went over my parking time by 14 minutes on 6/18/2022. An hour of parking was less than $20 and I had already spent over $37 parking there for 2 hours and 8 minutes (there was overlap because I couldn't add to my time). I reached out to them but they were not willing to resolve the issue. I was told that if I don't pay then this will effect my credit score. If you're looking for parking on South Congress in Austin Texas, do not park at the 108 W. Gibson lot.
Desired outcome: Waive the fee or reduce it to a fair amount.
Parking Violation When Already Paid
Scam company will try to scam you for your money anyway possible. Their application is developed in a way to make you be in violation by providing no grace period. I came in the lot and made the payment at the time of parking. The application does not allow selecting 12 - 5 when arriving at 12:15, so the only option is 12:30 - 5:30. Paid parking and put in violation for 87$. Scam company. Called the LAZ application people, they noted that if you had arrived 1 minute prior to 12:30 PM you would be charged 87$ violation. Literally verbally admitting to their scam on a recorded line.
The Parking Revenue Recovery Scam Services, after sending them multiple emails with all the receipts and payment information, arrival time, even google travel proof, I called them to dispute, and explained, they said if I am able to provide evidence that the application did not allow me to choose 12-5 when I arrived there they would waive the fees. They subsequently sent me an email telling me that they would settle for 40$. By no means was I paying another dime to this scam company.
I had then called the LAZ application contact to get confirmation by email for how their application functions from them to get my ticket waived entirely. They did not deny how their application works, and refused to send confirmation, and refused to provide any information to their partner scammer.
I proceeded to manually screen record and take video evidence of how their application functions and how it easily puts you in violation. Sent the email to the Parking Revenue Recovery Scam Services. I then called them multiple times, and they are clearly refusing to take my call.
TLDR:
AVOID THIS SCAMMY COMPANY PARKING LOTS AT ALL COSTS
Desired outcome: Waive Violation
