I paid the parking fee on the machine of park, but it is wrong, there were no machine of impark parking, I chose the closely machine to pay, then the company gave me ticket $98. In fact I am willing to pay the fee and I paid, because the two parkings were very close and there were no impatk's machine and impark's signs to show me to pay by right machine, it lead me to pay the wrong machine. I may pay the fee which is correct fee rather than the puninshment $98, I call them but they disagree it and insist me to pay the highest fee.

It's absolutely invalid notice
Its just been a week, I started parking my vehical in Lot #51 2500 Saskatchewan drive as per alloted lot in regina downtown. I parked there over a week but no notice. very second week, I got a loaner vehical, I emailed the customer service to registered loaner vehical number plate, they confirmed me in the email and same day in the evening I got notice, ticket on my windshield of $98. I have not changed place of my vehical for my own vehical and loaner vehical. notice says I parked in Lot #50 and number plat is not registered inspite of email confirmation. after 2 days, same reason notice on my windshield for $98. I just dont understand. I am not going to pay. I have been parking my vehical in Lot #51 as per decided in the invoice. they already charge monthly car parking fees. Customer service is worst. Nobody resposes inspite of explaining valid reason. They people just keep on transferring to other department giving excuses.

Parking ticket
I parked in a lot at 75 John St N in Hamilton. Upon parking I walked over to the closest ticket machine, paid for my parking ($4), or for $7 I could park there all day. When I arrived back at my vehicle about 90 minutes later, there was a ticket on my windshield. Puzzled, I looked to see if the ticket was visible on my dash-it was. Upon closer inspection the parking ticket mentions that the ticket I used was not from that lot. Apparently there’s a dividing line somewhere in the lot where I paid for parking but not in the right area. There’s no markings or signage showing where one lot stops and another begins. The biggest insult was the amount of the ticket $98! That’s crazy!
I’m willing to pay some sort of penalty for my oversight but what you’re asking is completely unreasonable. Especially when there’s no signage. I’m asking you to please look into this matter. My notice #12A170527. Thank you for your consideration.

Parking
On the 12th of October 2023, i received a parking notice that i parked without without purchasing or displaying a proof of payment, his notice was issued at 2.03pm but i paid for parking at 08.21am.
I have submitted my receipt of payment online at the impark website www.impark.com numerous times and have made several attemps to reach impark customer service to no avail. Recently i received another notice that i have 2 weeks to pay tghe fine of $98 or it will be sent to collections.

Contacting impark to dispute charges
I was in Seattle visiting an employee on 11/28 on 1401 Broadway. I was onsite for 30-45 minutes with my technician. When I returned, I saw a notice of a violation (Plate # not registered) in a parking lot that wasn't well marked (license needs to be registered) as I took the stairs to go upstairs to the site I was visiting. I've been calling for the past week and each time I was on hold for a long time; between 5 - 30 minutes. On hold as I am writing this... so far, 15 minutes. Is this why they state on the hold message "no profanity will not be tolerated".

Desired outcome: they should allow disputes online if they don't have enough representatives to answer the phone.

I made the purchase in April and I sure 100% does not seem like we would withdraw your money every month or save my card for the next payment even though they did not send my email explaining that they would take my money in May or blah blah.… last 2 days I looking for bank statement i saw they took my money from May to Nov too. I called them to explain and send the receipt I already paid at school even though I sent the note school why I left school on October 5 I had an accident my eye on my left can't see clearly, a doctor is concerned about me to stay home but the school can't excuse when I take a long time for a day off. My old girl broke her shoulder and my little 4-year-old has a lot of scratches on her face. But they said no I don't give them permission why take my money. They just said would refund $35.28 for November. That company takes money from a single mom with 2 kids to grow their huge income.
Charged fgor Parking after informed I had complimentary parking
On Oct 6.2023 I parked at a Impark parking facility and was informed by the business which I was visiting that I had complimentary parking. On return to my car I was charged $75 for parking and issed at ticket , # 25A499578 (Oct 6. 2023). Despite conversations with Impark 1-888 number and the owner of the business speaking to the onsite Impark supervisor who requested for a waiver. They were imparial and insisted that I pay the fee of $75 or $93 after 7 days or risk collection.
The signs were not visible and I didnot know the place and was given erroneous information. As a disabled driver, and new to the parking facility the notices were not visible and one would have to know the area to be aware of the parking and process. I am asking for

Montly parking
I pay for a monthly parking spot through impark, I was initially only going to pay for a month and would cancel the monthly payment, but when I cancelled the parking I unfortunately cancelled it too late which then I was billed another month. I called them to ask about that and they said they have nothing else they could do for me which is fair. I had already cancelled the parking but they billed me again once more for the next month which I disputed through my bank so they emailed me asking me to pay for it and I said no and sent them a screenshots that I had no other parking monthly bills to pay since it was CANCELLED. They never sent me any cancellation letter but it shows in my account that I had no parking to cancelled which I sent to them for proof. They never emailed me back to resolve the issue, they just decided to delete my account.
Desired outcome: I need my record clean. I don't owe them anything.
Parking notices
I received parking notices for the following dates: June 18, 2023 (Notice # 09F489483), July 29, 2023 (Notice # 09F498773) and July 30, 2023 (Notice #09F498377). I did pay for parking on each of the dates listed above for a 24 hour period. As indicated on their website, I appealed the parking notices soon after I received them, providing Impark with photos of the notices as well as the emailed receipts through the HangTag app that Impark uses for customers to purchase parking, showing that I paid for my parking. On August 8, 2023, I received a collections notice for the parking notice from June 18, 2023. I called the number on the notice provided, and after speaking to a customer representative and a supervisor from Impark, I was told that they sent me an email in regards to the June notice stating that I had inputted one letter incorrectly on my license plate into their app system, hence the ticket. I never received the email, not even in my spam/junk mail. The Impark representatives said that the most that they could do is eliminate the June 18th ticket, but I would have to pay the other ones at a reduced rate of $86.47 each. So even though Impark can clearly see my proof of purchase which I sent to them, paying a total of $76.50 for 3 days of parking, I now have to pay an additional $172.94 for a human error of inputting one letter incorrectly for my license plate. I even offered to pay one of the tickets and I was refused. When I asked to speak to the supervisor's manager, she said that I could not as she was the highest point of contact.
Desired outcome: I would like Impark to eliminate all of these tickets as I did not receive the email that they stated that they sent and to excuse my human error.
Parking ticket
I recently stayed at a hotel in Edmonton and paid for parking for my multiple day stay. A few weeks following I received a parking ticket for $98.00. Through the website I submitted my receipt for parking along with the ticket. I did not hear back. A few weeks pass and I received the parking notice in the mail again, so again I submitted the receipt and ticket. A couple of days later I received an email saying I needed to call, when I called the people I spoke to said that they could not do anything, rather I had to reach out to the hotel to get the ticket cancelled. They were unable/willing to provide any support. I found this very frustrating as between the two companies, one of them made the error, yet I was having to run around trying to get it solved.
Desired outcome: I would like impark to have a better system for dealing with complaints such as this, customers shouldn't be given the run around as to who to speak with. They also need a better feedback system.
Parking
On june 21, 2023 I parked at lot 252 Willow inn in Kelowna about 5;49pm
I knew I was in a paid parking lot and seen a parking meter right in front of my vehicle. I paid to park for two hours.
We returned to find a ticket for $86.47! Seriously !
We then realized that we had paid our money into the wrong machine.
It was not marked that it was only for street parking.
I get that is was my mistake, but you and the city should have this clearly marked
You're ticket agent agent just laughed at us as we asked him to reconsider our ticket, then watched him mark 3 cars to be towed because they were there a little too long. I have since found out from the Restaurant we were at that this happens every night and your company does nothing to clearly define parking machines for that lot Come on !
I will pay this ticket but I would like you to consider a reduced amount as we made an honest mistake. I do have the receipt showing that I did pay for
parking just the wrong machine.

The company charges you a 25 deposit on the fob you get but never intend to refund you when you leave. They require a deposit and you'll never get that 25$ back. Also They charged me an extra month after I canceled, called and complained, 3 weeks later I get a refund for 210$, they charged me 213.45$... So even the refund wasn't enough. In total IMPARK charged me an extra 28.45

I have a monthly pass with Impark in Ottawa, Rideau Centre. In June, my credit card didn't work because my bank unexpectedly decided to issue me a new card. Many of my subscriptions were affected by this credit card change, however Impark was the only one to charge me a fee ($25) of all my suppliers. On top of this, when I contacted Impark, still in June to give them my new credit card number, I was informed that a further $25 charge would be issued due to some small print clause in the contract requiring me to update my card number more quickly. I explained that on June 24, my father's funeral took place and I had a very busy and stressful June dealing with his death and helping my Mom. The attendant on the phone didn't care about my father's death or my situation in June, but charged me both $50 for both extra fees. I find this is really reprehensible behaviour for a company. No conscience or care for customers. It is a really poor way to treat people.
Desired outcome: Please rise to the level of every other contractor, supplier and not extra-bill me for the June problem with my credit card. Please return my $50.00 Thank you.
Rude parking attendant at lot a near sf giants
There are couple of parking attendant working at Lot A near sf giants zero customer service, one of the attendant actually told they don’t talking to me or say when I come to park is cause I ask question. There is no need to be rude just cause I asked question to make sure I am charged correctly. Even when approached the parking supervisors don’t seem to be solve any complaint I made in person.
Online Account Access
On June 4th 2023, I was trying to update some information on my account, including changing my email address, when I lost access to my impark account.
For the next two days I tried to regain access to my account, and after multiple phone calls to Imparks customer service on June 6th 2023, their was still no response.
In the days that followed I submitted multiple requests to their customer service inquiries portal about regaining access to the account with no success.
My account won't let me reset my password, I have called multiple times and each time they tell me to access my account online, but the error online tells me to call the customer service number.
Desired outcome: Regained access to my online impark account.
After multiple tries to contact Impark Customer service, I was finally able to speak with an agent that understood the issue, and was able to help me regain access.
Parking notices and cancellation
I get a few parking notices from impark because those lazy guys doesn't check if we paid from plate number and give us a ticket because they're lazy. Anyways. I called Impark and explained that I paid but I received a notice, they told me I can prove with my bank transaction screenshot and I said okay because who keeps a stupid parking receipt for 2 months? I uploaded that one and I also cancelled one with my receipt in a few days after I get ticket. Tonight I received another notice about the first one in this message and it says I have to pay in 10 days. I went to their website to prove that I paid again! and I found out "xx.xxx.xxx.x your IP address has been blacklisted!" then I tried on my phone and received the same warning there too. So now I have a notice in my hands about I have to pay that in 10 days, I can't cancel it because having educated parking enforcements is harder than IP ban someone. Go cancel my ticket and open my IP ban immediately! I didn't spammed you guys, I was all nice to your customer service on the phone, I just used my rights to cancel a ticket that I received for non sense and now you IP banned me. If I see Impark somewhere instead of there I will park my car on street and wait to receive a real ticket at least I'll be wrong for something for real!

Monthly parking
I had monthly parking. This company really IS a scam. I’m confused as to how they have been getting away with it for so long? Does anyone know who the owner is? This crap don’t make any sense to me. There is no search bar to search for anything on their site so you can’t find how to cancel that way as photos show below. So you would think then it would be under their tabs on their menu on the website, right? Nope. Photos below also show their menu and tabs on their current website. Here is another photo of their customers tab inside the tab. There are four options and canceling is not one of them either. You ARE however allowed to become a customer and give them your money. Here is also a photo below of your invoice after purchasing a monthly parking pass. As you can see there is nothing about cancellation there either if you changed your mind or even after your a customer and want to cancel. How convenient. It’s June of 2023 but they actually say in their website that due to COVID! Yes Covid!- they may take up to TWO WEEKS to be able to “process” your cancellation. Are you kidding me? First of all the “process should be as simple as every other business to cancel. It’s typically a click of a button or call for every cancellation I have ever seen, lol. They are the largest parking company in the northwest they say and have locations in other states and do several different jobs in parking enforcement as well as parking and monthly parking and you mean to tell me you can’t afford the same system the rest of the world has to cancel?! Of course they do and of course there are several simple ways to do many each day but they pretend thousands are cancelling and they are overwhelmed by the large volume of people in the city of Seattle to process your cancellation and sue to a pandemic that no longer exists. Also they have representatives but conveniently as well you are encouraged NOT to call them for cancellations as well. Cancellations can ONLY be done online. This sounds more ludicrous the more I talk about this BS. I haven’t parked with these people the entire time and the parking was supposed to be (blank) a month. It started in February too so how they figured they should charge me $1600 and I haven’t even been parking there but if I was the charges STILL don’t make sense as photos show below. I haven’t parked in their garage for not even ONE day and figured if I wasn’t using the garage they would not charge me like storage units and as other monthly parking businesses do. But how would I know when there is absolutely NO information about cancellations anywhere! I also did. Or sign anything nor is there any disclosure about reoccurring charges so you would think it’s a month to month thing, because they don’t say they will charge you card each month until you cancel, or how to cancel, or anything else. I had to search in Google Impark cancellation which took me to what appeared to be their site as well but looked different and had other options. Very strange. Every single inch about this company is crooked, and fraudulent. This is all shady practices. They are going to mess around and get the right one who has there you know what one day. They are going to rip off the wrong lawyer, judge, Karen, or I just had enough of your you know person and end of being sued. They even charge you for the entry key but will not give you your money back for the key yet they ask you turn it in but you technically paid for the plastic entirely, several times in fact. I plan on taking all this evidence to court, along with MANY of countless statements of people who have been scammed in the same exact manner and have the judge direct this company to throw this crap out then sue them. I would encourage YOU to do the same and go to your clerks office and schedule a hearing about it then sue. I can’t believe this reef company had gotten away with the things they have and have managers that appear to be jittery, eyes bugged out, fidgety, not even mentally cognitive as if they are in some serious narcotics. Something ain’t right about this company in general and feel evil and clearly are to live this sort of lifestyle, rip other people off everyday to put food on their table and see absolutely nothing wrong with that. Greed, deceptive, and selfish are just a few of the devils traits that I see in these people. I dare you to go look in the mirror and tell yourself you’re a good person and see if your spirit agrees with you. I came with a little baby of 1.5 years old with a stress, traffics and crying baby in the car for my first time to the parking at Toronto downtown and ask from the employee where can I pick up the parking slip.3I got the answer that I can pay and dont need any slip. I said ok and left. After 3 hours I came back and pay 25$.
On my way home I saw the notice of parking infraction!
it says that I have to pay 86.47$ in 1 week, other way in the next week it will be 98$ and after 1 month it will go to the collectors!
I called and send a dispute but not got any answer or reduction.
AFTERSEVERAL CALLS AND EMAIL, TODAY FINALLY I WAS ASWERED BY THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE.
I called and spoke with Giridhar and explain the situation. No any emotions or willing to understand the customer, after that I spoke with a supervisor with the name-Josh. He checked that I paid 25$ and didn't cancel the notice-he gave me another penalty of 20$ that I have to pay in 1 week, other way it will go back to 98$ and will goes to collectors!
I asked to speak to the manager, and he refuse to transfer me to somebody else.
