Ordered a few baby items several months ago. Since then i've received multiple items not ordered. The web site has zero phone numbers, i've registered several complaints to the website with zero satisfactory results. Somehow someone has used the debit card on file showing i've ordered more $300 on items, that I did receive, but did not order. Have replaced card. Stop sending items. If I could return item I would but website offers no option to return them.

Product arrival time has continued to change
I purchased matching Easter outfits for my family as it is my baby’s first Easter. I purchased these over a week ago and paid extra for the express shipping so they would be in time for Easter. When I ordered then it said it would arrive here between April 10-15 now I just got a notification that I will not be here until MONDAY after Easter. I’m am extremely disappointed expressway because it took days for it to arrive at usps in the first place. This was my first experience with PAT PAT and my last I can see it is in Redding where I live but yet it is still now here

One item missing

Wrong transit of order without any intimation
I have paid ordered baby clothing via pat pat on feb 4 to pakistan islamabad. Everything was clear and my order was confirmed. I even paid for express delivery. After waiting for so long my order arrived to Pakistan and when almost my order was here the status showed that it is again shipped to China.
This is terrible. I have to attend the wedding and my baby has no clothes

Wrong payment and lost voucher
This is regarding the voucher issued to me as refund was not available. Then they charged me $5 extra from the bill generated for an order. Then they issued me wrong refund. I was supposed to get almost $70 (in cad) in refund vs I got $55 refund (in cad). I exchanging email with them from last 20 days and they are not able to resolve this issue.
Missing items from an order
I just received my orders today and all I can say is I'm highly disappointed. After waiting from the 24th to today my order just arrived incomplete. Infact there's nothing except headbands and masks only and a few t-shirts I ordered from the family sets category. Totall plastics are 36 but there's no dress, or part of the outfits I ordered.im stuck with big plastics that have headbands and masks only. Will attach pictures of what I'm looking at right now. When I checked with the courier company the total kgs from both packages was 2, 2kg in total which doesn't make sense considering the quantity I bought 36 sets. Also the value written on the courier company is not what I paid to you. Please get back to me as soon as possible and rectify this issue.
