I attempted to try the 3, 5, 7 wood and the driver
I attempted to try the 3, 5, 7 wood and the driver. After the clubs didn't suit me, I returned all the clubs like i was told to do. They let me keep the driver. They have had the clubs back in their possession since 9/3. I called on 9/10 and was told they were received and their people were looking over the clubs. That i would receive credit back on my credit card in 3 business days. I called again on 9/17 and was told the full refund should be back on my credit card soon.I called again 9/22 and spoke to a woman who put me on hold and said she would call the accounting office. She came back on the line and said she would call me back once accounting picked up the phone. She never called me back, but sent an email stating my credit card would be given the full refund and showed it as processing. I have checked with my credit card company since the 22nd and there is no refund processing! This company is a SCAM! Don't order clubs from them, and don't give them your credit card information.

I believe this company is a total scam!
I believe this company is a total scam! I, like many others, wish to honor our veterans and the service they have provided our country. Therefore, if this was a veteran supporting and veteran hiring company, I thought I'd give them a try. I ordered the "deal" of the free driver if I would try the 3,5,7 metal/***. The "wholesale" price for each "metal/wood" was $ *** for a total cost for the three clubs of $ ***. I placed the order on 4/8/2022 and finally received the clubs on 5/25/2022. Of course, my credit card was charged for the entire amount on 4/8/2022. I used the clubs several times on the range and, since I play 2-3 times a week, also used them in several rounds. The metal/*** were "ok" but not a good fit and after the test period, I preferred my old clubs better. I fully complied with the, "unconditional 45 day money back guarantee" and called for a return authorization. Had a very heated discussion with a high pressure salesman who tried to make several "deals" so I would keep the clubs and they would keep my money. He reluctantly provided a return code. Shipped the 3 clubs back in the original box and packing on 6/22/2022 with a confirmed *** delivery on 6/24/2022. Order is listed on their web site as "pending return". I have made several calls and was told the accounting department would process the return. She stated, "I'll check with accounting and she would call me back with the details"...no return call! Still waiting for my refund. They don't seem to answer their phones...just *** BAD...BAD...this is false advertising and dishonoring to veterans. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

THIS IS THE LETTER I WROTE TO " PATRIOT GOLF MANAGEMENT"
THIS IS THE LETTER I WROTE TO " PATRIOT GOLF MANAGEMENT". I sent a certified signature required letter on 11/18. To date, 11/26 I have not heard from them and never got the promised clubs. On October 22, I was contacted by Patriot Golf and asked if I wanted to participate in a program to test a new driver. I was told that after testing and submitting a review of the club, I could keep the driver at no charge. I was also asked to test two other clubs, and I agreed to have your company charge me for the other two clubs. The representative said that if, after testing them I did not want them, I could keep the driver, return the other two clubs and they would refund the ($329.95) they charged me for those two clubs. I agreed and they charged my credit card almost immediately. To date I have not received the clubs. I want you to refund my money within the next five (6) days. If I do not receive the refund by November 24th, I am going to do the following:1. Send a letter to the complaintsboard.com about this scam 2. Write about this scam on *** 3. Have my bank begin a collection process 4. Contact the *** and tell them how your company is using the VA in their scam operation 5. Contact the police department in your community about this scam and ask for their help. As my father was a police officer and later served as the commissioner of police in ***, *** , I am quite positive they will listen. If I get a refund, I will work with my bank to make sure it is legitimate, will clear and not end up coming out of my account. If it does clear and there are no issues, I will consider the issue resolved. Your 6- day ultimatum begins on 11/19.

I agreed to tryout a set of clubs from Patriot/Warrior (P/W) Golf on 9/9 w/ the help of someone over the phone
I agreed to tryout a set of clubs from Patriot/Warrior (P/W) Golf on 9/9 w/ the help of someone over the phone.I could try out some clubs; I was to receive a driver, no cost, & could return the clubs after trying them for 45 days & be refunded.I was told they would take a several weeks to be sent. I told the P/W Rep on the phone never mind as the last 2 tourneys I was to play in were in less than a *** have the opportunity to use them. He checked with someone & stated they would be expressed to me in time, just a couple weeks, we finalized the transaction. On 9/30, (after 3 weeks) I emailed P/W Golf customer service & stated the clubs had still not arrived, cancel the tryout, dont send the *** my card.On 10/5, after not hearing back, or receiving the clubs, I sent the same message. On 10/8, after still not hearing back, or receiving the clubs, I sent the same message again. On 10/12 the clubs arrived, and P/W Golf finally emailed me back. This is the 1st time they responded to any communication.I immediately contacted P/W Golf & requested a return *** or *** slip. After multiple attempts to get me to keep the clubs, I was provided a return authorization number but no return shipping slip.I again emailed P/W Golf on 10/14 & 18, requesting the return slip.On 10/22, they informed: Per our policy we don't cover any shipping & handling costs. On 10/25, I informed P/W Golf: Per my policy, I don't pay for any shipping & handling costs for things I told you not to send.I stated, I reached out 4 times instructing them not to send the clubs & another 4 times to get a return packing *** are one company; Warrior is bankrupt & changed their name, box said Warrior all over *** tried to cover it with duct tape. Those who have returned clubs after a tryout report it difficult, toimpossible, to get a refund. Lousy clubs, worse customer service; buyer beware, accept offer at your own risk.

I'm seeing some really bad reviews of Patriot Golf here, but I'd like to tell those checking up on this company I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with my experience with my clubs and their service.I have to admit I thought the FREE DRIVER email I received from them was a come-on that could cost me a lot of dough, but all the interactions with Patriot Golf have been, most importantly, enhancing my 57-years of experience with the game I love (at 77, I'm again improving on my 12 hcp) and the satisfaction of patronizing a start-up, Veteran-run/supportive company who lives up to the American way of doing business by providing a great product and responsive customer service at a reasonable price. You'll likely never see PATRIOT GOLF on any PGA golfer's bag, but the clubs in a pro's bag aren't available to those of us who golf for fun, friends, exercise, and love of the game. And we don't hit a bazillion practice *** a day or get million$ to play 'em. Who do you think pays for that?! I replaced my old PING irons, including 4 wedges that are VERY nice, and my tee and fairway metals with their D, 3, 5, and - first-time - HEAVEN (7) metals - walking away from my 3 and 4 irons (i.e., I'd rather hit to a green high rather than low). I kept my old Taylormade driver in my bag until I get my B2 driver reshafted to 'regular' vs 'senior' (my mistake, but Patriot is making the change for me at only the cost of getting it back to them). I'm returning their hybrids they asked me to try (price refunded), but others like them a lot, so give 'em a try. The design, "feel" (right shafts), appearance, and performance of my Patriot clubs are better than any I've owned since my '73 *** Staff set or even tested in my life-long search for clubs that would put only pars, birdies, and an occasional eagle on my cards. And now I have a set of clubs I'm planning on swinging for the rest of my life!NOW, Patriot Golf, how 'bout a selection of putters that don't cost as much as my first car!
This place is a total *** OFF!
This place is a total *** OFF! I got an email from one of my reputable contacts stating that I could receive a free driver(*** remember nothing is free). I called for the driver and was told in order to receive the driver I had to review 3 of their other clubs. Priced about $150-$180. Supposed to be 100% refundable. I figured I would try. The next day I thought better of it and went to cancel my order. After being placed on hold for long periods of time(all the while being pumped with patriotic music), I was finally able to speak with ***(the owner, I think). He told me he would cancel the order but explained how this benefitted *** and would I at least just try one club...same 100% refund and let him know what I thought. I agreed to try one club. However, when billed they now are billing me $19.95 for shipping(originally included). When the clubs arrived I was less than impressed. They arrived with no headcovers, the wrong grips, no markings on grips or shafts for size or flex. The heads actually looked like they had been assembled by grade school kids. None the less, I tried the driver(never even unwrapped the other club). Once again less than impressed. Don't get me wrong, you can hit the ball with it and it functions OK but nothing compared to today's modern drivers.I decided to return the club I had purchased for my full refund. Once again it is necessary to call and get a return authorization. Once again, multiple long holds with patriotic music. Once again get *** who is so disappointed I didn't like the clubs. He tells me he'll send out more clubs for me to try at no additional cost. I refuse. He agrees to send out the correct grip and headcover for my "free" driver. To ship the club back cost me over $20 so now my "free" driver has already cost me over $40. This was 5/10. Mailed out *** that day. *** shows club delivered on 5/14. Grip and headcover never arrive. On 5/24 I follow up. Once again, on hold, patriotic music, ***. He is surprised I have not received my head cover or grip. He(while on the phone) says he is sending a message to have it sent out immediately(I should receive a confirmation email) *** knows who I am without having to tell him, apparently my phone number is linked after my first call. He says the credit should be issued that week. Today is 6/7. Never received a confirmation email, head cover of grip. Still no refund on my CC. They can *** me and it show up within minutes but a credit takes over 25 days...***! I tried to call *** today. This time. Long waits, patriotic music, and then mysteriously disconnected...I'm sure my number told him who I was and what I wanted.I got online and disputed my credit card charge and filed this review with the Complaintsboard.com. Hopefully it will help someone else. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!You can get better clubs at *** or *** shop. *** too, I really wanted to like these clubs and this company. But, unfortunately they seem to be nothing more than crooks.

Approximately 4 months ago I purchased three golf *** in connection with a promotion golf driver that the Patriot golf company offered.I was told I could try the clubs for 90 days and if I was not satisfied I could send them back and get a refund.I agreed.I thought the clubs were fine but that I had no need for the clubs.I contacted their representative to which they tried to offer me a partial refund in order to keep the clubs.Reluctantly but trying to help out the veterans I agreed. However no refund was posted on my credit card.I then contacted a second representative and told them the problem and then I wanted to send back the clubs and get all my money back. The second representative also promised that he would make sure it would be done in the next 2 days and gave me a even lower price to keep the clubs.I agree only under the condition that I would have my money back within the next 2 days.I still did not receive a partial refund.I called and spoke to a third representative and told him I was sending the clubs back for which I paid and I wanted a full refund They said to for me to ship the club's back to them for which I had to pay out of my own pocket and then when they would receive them they would give me a refund. It's been almost 2 weeks and I've still not yet received a full refund. They have the clubs and they have my money. It's approximately $499 for what I paid for the three golf clubs.

In October I took part in a testing program with Patriot Golf
In October I took part in a testing program with Patriot Golf. They claim to be a company who manufacture golf equipment in the *** with Veterans and ex military as employees. I was to test three fairway *** and in return I would receive a free driver. However I had to purchase *** first and pay for shipping. Each club was $149 and shipping was $30. I had the option to keep *** or I can send them back within 90 days and receive a full refund. After tests the clubs I decided to return them as the quality was very low. I was also not given head covers for the clubs. I shipped them back to Patriot Golf in November . Since then I have been in touch with the company to claim my refund numerous times via email. I finally got through on a call in the beginning of February 2022 with the sales manager. Rather than agree to return my money he tried to give me more golf clubs instead. I declined the offer and eventually he told me I would receive my refund at the end of the month. It is now April and I have not received anything. I have tried to email to complain and inform them of my plans to contact Complaintsboard.com, but nothing was received in return. To add salt to the wound, I am still receiving emails from Patriot Golf inviting me to join new testing programs. As well as trying to receive my refund I would like to warn other golf enthusiasts to take caution when dealing with this company. I know that I am not the only person who is goin though these issues. Regards

On September 9 agreed to participate in a trial from a company called Patriot Golf for a free driver
On September 9 agreed to participate in a trial from a company called Patriot Golf for a free driver. I was sent the driver and 3 wood clubs to try. I was asked to secure the test clubs with a deposit of $486.95 which was refundable at the trial end If I chose to not keep them but the driver I could keep. I tried the clubs and did not want to keep them, so I called for a return. After intense pressure to keep them, I was finally offered a settlement of $327 to keep them all on December 1 and told it would take a month for the refund because of the way the billing cycle works. Which, I have never heard of such a practice but I was willing to be patient. I called back on 1/4/2022 and spoke to the same representative and was told he would make sure to put in the request to accounting. Now, why that wasn't done on December 1 I have no idea. There was no assurance of when the refund would come after this conversation other than "it will be on its way." Quite frankly I am exhausted waiting out their scam to keep my money and invest it elsewhere. I didn't even like the clubs but I agreed to a partial settlement after the badgering to save me the hassle of shipping them back and decided I could just give them to a friend (as they suggested). Now I regret even that and wish I would have just requested a full refund including the shipping. Meanwhile they keep sending me more "trial" emails. I'll never do business with them again and would advise anyone with the chance to pass on the opportunity, I would call it a scam! And you will invest an incredible amount of your time badgering them to follow through on their promises.

On 7/2, I ordered a Patriot Iron Set and a complimentary B2 Bomber Driver (Order # ***)
On 7/2, I ordered a Patriot Iron Set and a complimentary B2 Bomber Driver (Order # ***). Pursuant to Patriot Golfs The Pursuit of Golf Happiness return policy, I found the clubs not to my liking. I called Patriot Golf and spoke to *** (unknown last name) from your company and got a Return Authorization # of RA***081112. I sent back the above mentioned Iron Set on 8/14 through the *** With the help of the *** tracking number, I saw that the Iron Set was delivered to Patriot Golfs *** address on 8/20 at 1:03 PM. I have e-mailed Patriot Golf several times since then and was trying to get a hold of anyone that would respond. As of 1/6/2022, I have yet to get a response or have yet been refunded my $400 as promised by your return policy. Im still very concerned about the status of my $400 refund. You have had my returned golf clubs for 5 months now and you have held on to my refund well beyond your return policy. I have naively trusted Patriot Golf and thought that it was a reputable company, but after my experience, I no longer feel that way. Please make things right as soon as you are able, I dont know what else I can do at this point. On 1/13/2022, I spoke to *** from your company on the phone. She said that she would look into my return, but as of 2/3/2022, I haven't heard from her. I feel that she just led me on and has done nothing to return my $400. *** has yet to call or e-mail me to inform me of my return status. I am extremely disappointed with Patriot Golf, as I so wanted to believe in this veteran owned company.

On 3/7/2022 I placed an order with Patriot Golf as part of their play test program
On 3/7/2022 I placed an order with Patriot Golf as part of their play test program. I called under the assumption that I would be testing a driver for them, and only a driver. After an enormous amount of pressure I was convinced to test a 3, 5, and 7 wood. The arrangement was as follows: I would be sent a free driver to test and would purchase the three *** at a price of $166.00 ea with the promise of a full refund if I didn't like the clubs. I received my clubs a month later and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. They were poorly made, the loft was not adjustable, the "stiff" shafts were anything but, and the head covers were "on back order" but never arrived. I gave the clubs a fair shot and disliked them almost immediately. I even extended my test period to make sure I was able to give them a proper test. I initiated my return in July 2022 and was fought every step of the way with attempted upsells and other scam tactics. After more than 2 weeks of back and forth I sent the clubs back on 7/14/22 and I have conformation that they were received on 7/21/22. I was told I would see my refund in 1 billing cycle. I called back on 8/23/22 and was told my return was never processed and they would "do it now" and I would get a conformation email in 24hrs and a full refund in 10 days. In that time I have not received my conformation email or refund. I will not be contacting any representatives at Patriot Golf moving forward as they are obviously running a scam judging by the other complaints I see made before mine. I will only accept contact from them here or via my credit card company. Their actions to this point have been unacceptable and are an insult to the game of golf.

I placed a order with Patriot Golf on 6/29, Order #***
I placed a order with Patriot Golf on 6/29, Order #***. The order was a purchase of three golf clubs. A 3, 4, and 5 hybrid clubs for $149 each. The deal per Patriot Golf was in exchange for purchasing these 3 clubs and testing them for 45 days I received free three wedges a sand, gap, and lob. If within the 45 days testing if I did not like the hybrids I can return them for a refund and still keep the wedges. All clubs were shipped on 7/22. On 9/2 within the testing period I called Patriot Golf to return the 3 hybrid and 4 hybrid only. The customer service representative transferred me to a male sales rep who questioned me why I didnt like them and wanted to return them. I answered him and still wanted to return them he said ok. He tried making many deals for me to keep the clubs including purchasing their new iron set for i believe $99 and I said no thank you and would like to return them. He said ok. Just as we were starting the full return process of the two clubs for a $300 refund the sales rep said, since I liked the 5 hybrid and the wedges he said it is easier than returning how about you keep all the clubs and will refund you half for $150. I said deal and he said great and thank you for using Patriot Golf clubs out there on course. The date is now 12/17 and I have still not received my refund of $150. I want my refund and want to know when will receive it. Between 11/12 and 12/15 I have sent them numerous emails asking for status of refund. They replied with same answer let me check with accounting. Eventually they stopped replying to my emails. Their last response was on 12/3.We made a verbal agreement on 9/2 for a $150 refund and they need to honor that agreement. I want my refund. Thank You

I received a promotional email around last October from this company offering to test out golf clubs
I received a promotional email around last October from this company offering to test out golf clubs. I was told itd take 3/4 weeks for them to process clubs that were fitted to me. Understandably before sending anything to me they added my credit card on file just in case I actually liked what I was testing. I was given 60 days to test the product before I could send back with a full refund. Upon testing, I found the product was very mediocre at best and I wanted to return after the first few times hitting them. Spoke with the company and was advised to send them back in the same packaging and once they receive said product they will take away the charge. I was updated by confirmation email that the clubs were returned so I didnt give it much attention after. The clubs were returned in early January. What raised concerns for me was I was continuously get updates I was losing credit points. This was strange because I have auto pay for most of my bills. I came to realize after investigating further the charge of over $600 was still on my account over 4 months after product was returned. So not only was I paying for something I no longer possessed, I was paying interest and losing credit points from this. Ive contacted Patriot Golf at least 4 times where Ive been told they will rectify the situation and Ive even been offer to get a call back for confirmation. Its now been over a month since I first spoke with them about the issue. And yet the charge still exists on my credit report along with the interest I have been paying on it since the beginning of the year. Ive been told 3 times now that it will be rectified, until the next time I call I continue to get the run around. Any other info needed Id be happy to clarify further. Thank you in advance

Order number: ***, cost: $486.95, deal: try out the driver, 3, 5 and 7 wood for 90 days, keep the driver for free
Order number: ***, cost: $486.95, deal: try out the driver, 3, 5 and 7 wood for 90 days, keep the driver for free. I was all about supporting a veteran owned business and more than willing to try out their promotion, where I could try the clubs with a return window. Took nearly a month for the clubs to ship. Meanwhile, a deer ran into my car, and I decided that paying the deductible was more important than clubs. Called them up to cancel. They talked me into removing one of the clubs from the package (refunding roughly $150 back to me) while leaving the free trial in the deal, making it a bit more manageable to try them out without the full cost. Also agreed to discount the other 2 clubs ($25 each) because Im a veteran. The money for the removed club was never refunded, nor was the discount refunded and ultimately all clubs shipped. Fine, I guess. Whatever. Still have the free trial with a return window. Ultimately, the clubs and I didnt hit it off. Between *** per club on the range and course and I realized they just werent for me. Called them back to return them. They admitted they messed *** in shipping the extra club and offered to let me keep the clubs I had, refund me $50 AND send me an iron set. I declined. They agreed that because it was their error that my order came with an extra club, they would send me a return label, but the office assistant was out that day, so Id get it the following. Never did send me a return label. Given my experience with their customer service (screwing up my order, trying to talk me into more clubs that wont work, lying about sending me a return label) I didnt bother calling back again. Attempted to dispute the charge on my credit card, and wouldnt you know, they were ALL over that! Clubs have been put back into the original packaging and sitting in my trunk for several months now. Just waiting for that return label that was promised so I can ship back their clubs and get my refund.

Don't order from this company. They lie and steal! Been waiting for 5 months for my money back. Promised so many times and nothing! Have had my clubs return since April 14 and owe me almost $500. DO NOT ORDER! - Barb Walley
Wow what a rip off these people just give you the runaround left and right, I ordered clubs back in February, still today 8/14/23 no clubs, told them i wanted my money back> Crickets. Do not do business with these people period
Will file with BBB and the state of Nevada Attorney General's office on there shady practices.
They will steal your money! Returned terrible clubs within days, and 10 weeks later, I still don't have my money. One story after the next. And the most disgusting part - every time I call I have to listen to patriotic music while on hold forever - they have no rights to play this music. They are a fraudulent compay!
