I returned 3 hybrids on August 16, 2023. Every month I have contacted Patriot Golf by phone and email requesting my promised refund of $528.86 (I have copies of all the documents). Their website shows my refund is pending.
After 10 months of excuse after excuse I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California. I just want the refund that they promised.
Also, the quality of the golf clubs is way below standard, even for knock-offs. The third time I played with one of their wedges, the shaft snapped, and the club head and 8 inches of the shaft went helicoptering behind me. I requested a return authorization number by phone, but never received one.
Claimed loss: $528.86 plus $29.12 S&H for the return.
Desired outcome: Full refund of $528.86

This is not how any reputable company should operate. They’ve strung you along with excuse after excuse, and it’s completely unacceptable.
The fact that their clubs are subpar, breaking after just a few uses, only adds insult to injury. You’ve done everything right, filed your complaint, and you have all the documentation. Now it’s time for Patriot Golf to step up and honor their promises. Don’t let them get away with this. Keep pushing, keep making noise, and make sure they know you won't back down until you get your money back. You deserve better, and it’s time they deliver. Stay strong and don't let them off the hook.
