Never will I buy another thing from that store. I bought my Fisher Paykel washing machine from them a few years ago. I bought the extended repair agreement from them thinking I would get good service. Wrong! Numerous times this machine has needed repair and not once have they ever come and been able to fix it. They always have to order a part and then when it comes in, call me to schedule another service call. What the hell. Two weeks without a washing machine! And every time the service man blames me and tells me I am overloading the machine. [censored]! Things wear out. PC Richards service sucks.
