Today on 23rd July, I was charged $144 for an annual subscription to PDF Filer, which I never intended to purchase. I initially used PDF Filer for a one-time service and did not authorize any recurring charges. However, I noticed the unexpected charge on my account, and I immediately canceled the subscription upon discovering it.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and process a full refund for the unauthorized charge as soon as possible. I tried pdf editor online for 1-3 days and then cancelled the trial. But they charged me 2 USD next day, and 2 USD one more time. I told them to stop charging they asked me to fill in a lot of information on my credit/debit card and I told them to stop the trial again. They didn't respond. And yesterday 7 July 2023 they charged 96 USD from my card without any notification for no reason. They are scammers 100% I checked reviews and there a lot of people who were scammed the same way as I was. This www.pdffiller.com just charge money without any notification and when they want.

I was charged on my credit card without it being authorized. It was a $1.50. I need that to be refunded. I have never used that service. I went on website after the charge to make sure I have not did anything on there. And I have never seen the website before so you can imagine my surprise at the charge. Unauthorized credit card charges/overcharge
I had bought a plus subscription, which is 12 $/ month. I now see that I have been charged in total 347,86 $ this month!? 175,36 $ on the 26th of June 2023 and 175,62 $ on the 30th of June 2023 (today).
This is completely unacceptable (!) as my subscription has only been ongoing for a month. My subscription start date was on 05/16/23 and my subscription end date was on 06/30/23, so I have only had a subscription for one month. Even so, as stated, your website lists 12 dollars a month for a subscription, not this outrageous sum I have been charged twice, with only a few days inbetween. I demand an explanation and an immediate refund, or I will do everything in my power to let people know that you are stealing their money.

Subscription
We were charged 144$ for a “free plan”. We would be willing to pay for this service, however, when we log into our account there is no subscription active because it says it’s free and we cannot change anything. Because of the time difference, I had planned to cancel the subscription today thinking that this was the deadline. This lack of transparency is genuinely unacceptable.
(2) Even if I accept this lack of transparency on the billing date, the registration email did not in any way state that I would be billed an annual plan. I was under the impression that the monthly rate would apply and it is not acceptable to charge such rates without any clear statement. I have read every single email and none state the full amount that I would be charged if I didn't cancel the free trial.

Ah yes, the other account was also mine but forgot to deactivate. I wasn't aware about yearly charge, so I was surprised when they deducted that much money from me. I use pdf filler regularly, but yearly subscription was not in my mind.

Also, most people are complaining because when they sign up like me with their email, the annual charge wasn't clearly mentioned (It is at the bottom of the email.) I suggest you should highlight the potential charge in a more clear and noticeable manner straight from the sign-up stage or give us a notify email if the free trial is going to run out soon and ask for secondary confirmation. It's just a friendly advice but going through the whole angry customer process is not fun if the system remained the same.

I and a co-worker tried this app thru google. As advertised, it is a 1 month free trial. After registering and using the app, we immediately cancelled our subscription as we were made aware that we will be charged after the free trial period. There was a confirmation that our subscription was cancelled and that we can still use the app for a month. We registered on the 24th of April and a month later we received an email that a payment has been made. We were charged 144$ for a 1 year subscription which definitely we didn't made, as we cancelled our subscription within the day after we used it. We are requesting for a refund!

I thought I was suppose to be charged $8 a month, I was charged $102.71 just now, I need to cancel this subscription and I need a refund.

Unrecognized charge BE CREFUL WITH THIS PAGE
I used pedffiller ONCE. I logged in with the free trial I believe it was the monthly plan. Of course you have to add your credit card numbers but I canceled my subscription right after I finished my task, however they still made a charge for 1500 MXN (around 80 dollars) which seems to be the price of the anual plan. Fortunately I realized after a few weeks and my bank helped me to get my money back really fast. I think you can still claim it before 180 days.
Be careful with this page, at first thought it was my mistake but reading other reviews i see It’s a pretty common practice of them.

I just happened to be doing a search over my bank statements to look for charges and expenses from last year to write off on my taxes. I discovered this charge from over a year ago! I have never authorized anything like this! I would like to dispute with my bank, but I'm pretty sure that nothing will be done since it's been almost a year ago. Warning!
