i didin't want an automatic payment for the program and i wanted to use it the one time
i never received a prompt for an automatic payment when i used and payed for the program
As far as i am concerned when you want to subscribe to a program it should be a choice and not an immediate subscription you never asked for because then we get problems like this that you get a charge to your account and you have no recollection of ever subscribing to the program only the intention of purchasing it for one time use

Unauthorized $80 Transaction On Bank Account
On 06/21/2022 I had an $80.00 charge on my bank account from SupportPDFFILLER. I did not authorize this transaction and have never used their services as my employer provides editing services. Why would I pay to use another one, especially $80!

I had signed up for the supposed free trial which required me to input payment information for an “authorization” charge of $1. It seemed fishy at the time and so i immediately went in and made sure to cancel the subscription. Low and behold a month later i receive a charge of $103 for an annual subscription that i never wanted to pay for or use in any way. I went in and cancelled the subscription on my account that had been signed up somehow even tho i had no intention of doing so. I feel somewhat scammed and would politely request a full refund.

On 5/16 my PayPal account was once again charged 180.00 (reference number 928300GTEHM6GKE4). This was after working with PayPal to close my PDFFILLER
Account and reimburse me for charges since I was not using the service or a are of the chronic charges and finally talking with one of your representatives.

This was a scam I believe from the start. When it failed and the Vet could not use it or send it to the USDA for endorsement, aI had to pay The USVI Vet 205.00 to retype and sign a form last minute so we could travel with out puppy.

I only intended to create a monthly subscription plan and was not aware that it was actually a yearly subscription plan that I would not have agreed to, until I was charged with USD $96 3 days ago without authorisation. Is there any way I can get a refund? I only used PDF Filler once last month and I will not be using PDF Filler again and I really need the money for other bills.

I was just charged 96 dollars after signing up for the one week trial - and then after the trial we were supposed to be charged 5 dollars. I don’t know how to proceed and cancel the subscription. My account id is: [protected]

If you sign up to this service, avoid giving them your debt - credit card number. Last month, I tried this service, then cancelled it - but this weekend they took $96 unauthorized from my bank account. I am supposed to have my rent money due from my account tomorrow and I now cannot make my rent payment. There is NO way for me to stop this money from being taken before tomorrow!
I now have to call my landlord tomorrow and work out how to pay my rent...

I subscribed to the service for the month long free trial as I only needed to use it a few times for a PDF form. I most definitely halted my subscription maybe some 3 weeks ago and stopped using the service, I did not modify any documents after 5th April as the records will show because this is when I am sure I unsubscribed.
However for some reason this cancellation did not go through, and the company did not send any warning that a billing was pending.
I am kindly asking for a refund of the 20 dollar monthly subscription amount and have the privileges of subscription revoked/my account deleted, because I have no use for the service, was under the impression that my previous attempt to unsubscribe was successful, and as a student with minimal financial support living week to week, such a billing has a debilitating effect.

On 5/05/2022 I was noticed I was charged $42.64 USD for a recurring payment. However, I do not recall subscribing to a pdffiller subscription. Based on other complaints this seems to be a common problem with this website. Since I don't recall using this website I'm not 100% sure how they gathered my payment information, but I would like for this issue to be resolved. I have been charged this amount 4 times since 2/07/22 adding to a total of $170.56 USD.

Annual charge I did not consent to
I opted in to a free month trial for pdf filler, and went on to use it to fill out a few forms and I was happy with the service.
I realised now that on Saturday May 14th, I received an email from my bank stating that $154.73 has been deducted from my account balance for an annual subscription to the company.
I did not consent to this subscription or the deduction of that amount and therefore I would like my money refunded. I have faith in the credibility of pdf filler and I would love to work with them in future if they pay me back what I rightfully deserve.
