I don't know if PDF Master and PDF Filler are operated by the same entity but with 2 different names. On 17th July, I signed up for a one-off use with PDF Filler and was charged AUD$1.91 and received a credit voucher of AUD$1.92 on 19th July. On 11th Aug, I was stung AUD$70 on my credit card by PDF Master claiming I had gone over the trial period, which I disputed, and was given a refund. I was initially confused because the service I signed up with was PDF Filler, not PDF Master, so unsure how they got my credit card details. I made sure to also cancel with PDF Filler because my "trial" was up and did it around the 9th or 10th Aug. To my horror, when I checked my credit card account today, AUD$160 has been charged to my account. Please explain why this charge was made when I unsubscribed way before the payment date kicked in. I want my money back please.
