This company advertised on Facebook so I thought I could trust.
Placed order on Dec 2 for (3) granddaughter bracelets. Credit card charged on Dec 3, items still NOT received.
I was getting emails with tracking and delivery information, those have stopped. When I finally clicked on tracking link to see what on earth was going on and when to expect, I was horrified to see it was bogus - link was not for my order but for a supposed order for April 2022 that says was delivered. Definitely NOT my order as mine order was December 2022.
If you type in peachloft.com on Google, MANY different sites with different names come up for Peachloft. DEFINITELY a bogus company!
You cannot email or telephone them!
Desired outcome: Credit to my credit card and these people held liable.
Bought online December 9th never received it but you did take my money
After waiting 6 weeks for my order, it came today. I sent e-mails asking about this order. It was a Christmas present. The granddaughter's (4) bracelets are so cheap looking. Buyer beware. DON'T buy anything from this company. I should have checked for reviews before I sent them almost $39.00.
I also ordered a cosmetic bag compartment last Dec.28,2022, had already been charged and debited from my card but have not been delivered yet.
whats going on, why does it takes forever to shipped it?
