I have always ordered from Personalization mall - it has always been my GO TO place for personalized items for gifts.
This time - they dropped the ball.
I placed an order December 28, 2023 (after the xmas rush) and was told on January 8 the item was shipped. I monitored the tracking label for weeks and normally within 2-3 weeks I usually get my item. This tme it was February 2 and no update to the tracking info. So I contacted customer service and they sent me an auto generated response that it was shipped so I contacted their SERVICE department directly and they advised me "something may have happened that they were having issues with large items being delivered to Canada" so they cancelled my order and refunded me my money. I went back on Feb 8 to reorder the same item - only one size smaller so that there wouldnt be any delivery issues - and here we are February 28 and no update to the shipping status from Feb 8 - i'm assuming that I have to go over this scenario all over again so thats a 2 for me and i'm officially done with this company. Too bad - they had a good thing going but whatever happened in upper management or with their shipping companies - its not worth the headache or anxiety. Both of these items were a housewarming for someone who just moved into new home - and now they've been in the home for over 2 months I look ridiculous that I still havent gone to visit them because my "gift" to them hadnt arrived. LOCAL shopping will always still be the best. Hope you all have better luck than I did
