Peter Pan Bus Lines Bus service cancelled; no prior notice!

Bus service cancelled; no prior notice! NO REFUND of Uber ride. REF# XXXXXXX is the booking confirmation number for the purchased bus tickets (round trip from Logan Airport to Falmouth, MA). Total price= $156.00. The return trip was cancelled with no prior notice. To make my flight, I had to pay for an Uber ride, costing $193.09. Peter Pan only reimbursed me for $78 (2 return tickets). This is NOT fair. I had no fault in this matter. They refused to issue a refund for the Uber lift even after I complained to management. Peter Pan complaint # XXXXX.

I purchased a ticket online, adter selecting my trip, they increased the amount by $10.00 this is an illegal bait and switch and bad business practice On October 4th how much is a ticket from Peter Pan which was about 18 bucks for the 12:30 trip from Philadelphia to New York City confirmation number XXX-XXXX after they shoot me the price and I accepted the trip increase the price by $10 because I was stuck in there was not another bus before hours I was still legally dated a switch to pay the cost of this ticket and was forced to pay the extra money

Peter Pan Bus Lines Purchased a ticket New Bedford to Logan via Providence for Aug 13

Purchased a ticket New Bedford to Logan via Providence for Aug 13. Prov to Logan leg cancelled without notification (they had my email and cell#). Purchased ticket from New Bedford to Logan via Providence a week ahead. Peter Pan cancelled Prov-Logan leg without notification. They had my email and cell # because after the New Bedford to Prov leg, they emailed a link to me asking me to tip my driver cash!? NO notification that the Prov-Logan cancelled. STRANDED in Providence, missed flight at Logan, had to buy hotel room and new airline ticket. Requested compensation for hotel room, etc. No assistance from customer service, no feedback from Peter Pan!?

Peter Pan Bus Lines I went to NY city, and when I reached the other bus to Hartford and I found there was no bus to Stamford, the bus was left

I went to NY city, and when I reached the other bus to Hartford and I found there was no bus to Stamford, the bus was left. No support was there, No phone to call, and nothing to do. The two offices were closed. I got a ticket from Baltimore MD to Hartford CT through NYC. I reached NYC at 09:00 pm, and the next trip start at 08:30 pm from NYC to Hartford CT. The second bus was left at 08:30 pm and my first bus was late so I missed the bus. My driver called the connecting bus and they still left without us. I got *** for $100 to Stamford; and I called my wife to pick me from Stamford to my house. I lost $150, time and I used my wife car, my wife calls the babysitters to come for 3 hours, and she paid $210 for that.

Peter Pan Bus Lines I have been trying to receive a refund for over 2 month for a bus ticket that was cancelled due to the weather

I have been trying to receive a refund for over 2 month for a bus ticket that was cancelled due to the weather. On August 4th, I reached out to peter pan customer service because the bus ticket i purchased was cancelled because of tropical storm Isaias. I booked a round trip ticket to Washington DC but because my ticket was cancelled going there, I wanted a refund for both tickets since I wouldn't be traveling. I purchased my tickets separately, as I wasn't sure when I was coming back. My ticket leaving from NY Port Autority to Silver Spring, Maryland was purchased online on August 2, order number XXXXXXX, departing August 4. Payment type was a visa for $39. My ticket leaving from Silver Spring, Maryland coming back to New York was also purchased online on August 3, order number XXXXXXX, departing August 9. The ticket was purchased with a visa for $39, making the total refund $78. I have reached out several times and still have not received a response from anyone at Peter Pan. My request number is XXXXX. I haven't opened any new requests but I have responded to the email and still, nothing.

Make it impossible to buy commuter tickets they are legally required to make available, and shut down all phone service to avoid dealing w/ customers. I spend enough money with Peter Pan as a result of daily commutes between Cape Cod and Boston that I'm easily in the top .1% of their customers, and I would be in the same .1% even if I was able to buy commuter ticket books frequently enough to use them for my commute. Sadly, Peter Pan has made it IMPOSSIBLE to buy commuter books (they don't like selling them but the state mandates it) via a variety of deceptive and manipulative practices. It's not hard to see their motive: without a commuter book I am stuck paying $38 each way/$78 per day six days a week ($456/wk, an eye popping weekly commute cost) whereas the commuter book provides 10 rides for $90 and therefore represents a MASSIVE reduction in cost. Peter Pan has a history of problems with myself and others relating to these commuter books. This includes not allowing paying customers to board buses home because said customers brought their ticket book but didn't have the purchase receipt on hand when the driver went out of his way to ask to see it (in an attempt to allow higher paying customers to take the seats on a sold out bus, a directive that surely originated higher up the food chain). The problem at hand today is that PP has made it realistically impossible for working adults to purchase commuter ticket books, by closing nearly all in-person ticket windows (commuter passes can't be bought online, conveniently) and closing down their customer service phone number (the only way to get service now is by submitting a form on the website, not even chat service available). Their excuse for all of this is "COVID-19" which is disingenuous as proven by the surrounding circumstances. In the falmouth station the ticket window is closed, but the food stand operated by the people who also worked at the ticket window is open literally 4 feet away! It's apparently okay to sell tourists $20 lobster rolls but not okay to serve the commuters who keep Peter Pan solvent the 2/3 of the year when tourists aren't flooding Cape Cod. The ticket window in Boston is closed multiple workdays each week and only opens during the 9-5 hour for odd times, a fact Peter Pan surely will try to deny. And they've removed the ability for customers to speak to an employee about any concerns in a blatant attempt to hide from any problems-I've submitted their "customer service" forms on the website 5-6 times over the last 4 months and never once got a reply, and this is their ONLY avenue for service. Peter Pan doesn't want to sell the commuter books and lose out on the revenue, but the state legally requires that they do so. Because the Picknellys are too busy fleecing their customers and hiding behind a service form, I am forced to seek remedy here.
