Service or lack there of!
I ordered a dog bed, "buy one get one free" on August 18, 2021. They withdrew the balance from my account on that same day! I've emailed back and forth with them since September 4th four or five times. Requesting a refund to my account. I kept getting the run around and excuse after excuse! The most recent email to them was on October 18th to which I received NO Reply! I have filed a claim with my bank and contacted the Better Business Bureau. This company is nothing but a SCAM!
Desired outcome: Find these loosers and put them in jail!
Dog Beds ordered but never received!!
I ordered 2 beds from Pets Unlimited on September 13, 2021 and never received them. Tried contacting them and I get the same email over and over. I did some research today, October 20, 2021 and there is no longer an email or website contact. Just says does not exist. They are still advertising all over Facebook. I called my bank and put in a dispute so I can get my money back. This is a SCAM. Buyer beware!
Desired outcome: Get them off social media and have it officially marked as SCAM.
Pet Beds with BOGO Offer
I ordered 2 Pet Bed's and paid in full on August 20, 2021 and have yet to receive the items. I have sent several emails and after the second email claiming they were behind, even though I have ordered many items from other website and received delivery with a week, they are no longer responding to my requests.
The website has also changed it name, when I go and look for an order update that sight is no longer available.
Desired outcome: Receive beds or at least a refund

I ordered my dog beds on Sept 2nd. It is now Oct 20th and I still haven't received my dog beds. They charged my CC right away. My order number is #PU321Z117280239.
I have tried emailing the several times and have heard nothing back. I have filed a complaint to the BBB as well.
The total was 64.99 not a lot of money for some people but to me it is as my husband just got diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.

Calming beds for dogs
I saw the beds on line buy one get one free. I order the gray on September 9 2021. The beds were 89.99 for two and I put them on my credit card 9/9/2021. I got a confirmation number #Pu321Z141580239. I have sent them emails they do not get back with answers. I want to cancel my order and get my money back. This is October 20 2021 and I have not heard anything from this company. Please help. I ordered 2 x XL beds on the 22nd Aug and have recieved nothing to date. Emailed the company and they said I would get a tracking number which I have never recieved. It is very disaapointing not to have recieved the beds after after 3 months.

I ordered the dog bed on your BOGO deal on September 4th and have NOT received anything yet. I have sent several emails with no response. Every time I try to contact you in a different way online, I keep getting to a page that say "Something Went Wrong..." I can't even track my package as your email has a link, because it goes nowhere and again say "Something went wrong". Your company is deceptive. I want a refund.

I ordered the BOGO pet beds on 8/20/21 and still have not received them. The status on the site shows as shipped since the end of August. I have emailed several times and have only received canned responses from "John". I have asked for a tracking number multiple times and haven't ever received it. They then stopped responding to me after 9/25. They took my money for the items but never delivered.

Rip off company scamming people
I bought two 4xl beds and two months later all I received was one small [censored] bed that my dog can barely fit on. I got ignored for months with no resolve. What a rip off. Didn't realize I was dealing with a no life [censored]ty company that rips people off. Apparently lots of other people have the same problem. If you value your money don't order from this company.

I ordered the 2 beds for $39.99. They kept telling me they had shipped but they hadn't. I told them to refund the money since I hadn't received the beds. Last week they said the beds had shipped & gave me the shipping # so I could trace it There is nothing to trace! Want my money back & these people charged with fraud.

I ordered my two beds on August 31st and never got any confirmation nor did I ever receive the product. I tried to research the company to find a phone number and could get very little information. I did, however, find many unfavorable reviews. This is a total scam, and I can't believe that they are still allowed to be in operation. I will be reporting this to the Missouri Attorney Generals' office.

Status says it has been shipped. Does not say when it was shipped or when to expect delivery.
Poor Customer Service. Why is there no phone number?
I am worried, from what I have read, the beds are not as nice as described. And that they send the wrong size. And/or they only send 1 bed and not the free one!

I ordered 2 beds mid august. They had no problems taking the money out of my account but it is now mid october and they will no longer answer my email requests for a tracking number or status even though the order is saying it shipped. I keep receiving one of those canned messages saying -

In order to ensure the safety of our team, our warehouse is taking extra precautions when fulfilling orders. We want to make sure that every one is safe not just our team but your family too. Furthermore, all major carriers are experiencing shipping delays. You may experience extended lead times for shipping so please allow 5 to 7 extra days for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time. - do they know what 5 to 7 days is. It has been 2 months. I am going to try but I am sure I will never see that money again. Do not trust this company or order from them. Someone needs to shut this company down and facebook needs to ban them.

Back on June I ordered their BOGO pet beds. Paid for the biggest one since I have 2 dogs that would be sharing them... I contacted them in Sept and was told the color was out of stock and should be back the following week and shipped out then. Next week- nothing. I contacted them again and was told all colors were out new shipment would be that week. Next week nothing. Finally I told them to cancel my.order and refund my money. I have received one email after that stating that they would forward it to their finance department and I would get an email 24 to 48 hours after refund is eniciated... nothing. This company is a scam.

I ordered. They took my money. I never received an invoice or shipping information. I sent an email with no response. Sent another and was replied with my items out of stock but would be restocked the following week. The email was plan and had no pets unlimited info. Still another 3 weeks later and no invoice, shipping info or reply to 3 more emails. They stole my money.

Haven’t received my order
I placed an order online for two dog beds on Aug 11th. I sent an email to them Aug 28th wondering where my order was and also wondering why I never received a tracking number. I got the run around for a month saying they will look into it and get back to me ASAP which they never did, it was always me that had to reach out to them because the either forgot about me or didn't care. The last email they sent me was sept 28 and they have been ignoring me ever since. I've given up on the order I just want my money back and I don't think it's gonna happen.

I ordered calming beds on a special on 13 september 2021. My order was confirmed and payment was taken. After 10 days I enquired as I was not informed that the products has been dispatched. After 72 hours I was informed that they will pay attention to my enquiry. It is now 2 weeks later and still no products received. I have now realised that I have lost my money and will for sure not receive the products. It is extremely sad to me. I have learnt the hard way! It is also interesting to note that since I placed the order the company have never advertised on my instagram profile again... Please do not make the same mistake as I did...
