Everyone I have met with at PHILCO Roofing has been fantastic to deal with. Their crew came out and repaired our roof and cleaned everything up , (something I'm not used to seeing). Have a few other projects that we are looking forward to having PHILCO Roofing take care of for us.

His team did a fabulous job replacing my roof and gutters. I had hail damage as do many homes in this area ,and he was able to work with my insurance company to get these items covered. It's a beautiful end product that will last for many years. I recommend him without reservation.

First class business in every way. Highly reasonable price, phone calls promptly answered, phone calls ahead of time to confirm estimate and installation times, arrival for estimate and installation on time (early in fact) staff that is friendly, polite, highly skilled, hard working and fast. They completed roofing on two large structures in one day for me. Cleanup left my yard spotless. Above all, the degree of professionalism exhibited was the most impressive factor. I was overwhelmed by how positive the experience was.

Philco made repairs to my front porch roof in July 2022 - it had several leaks, some rotted wood, and needed repairs to the exposed under-facing. The did an OUTSTANDING job. The repaired portion blended in perfectly with the rest of the roof, did not leak at all after the repairs were made, and the did it an affordable price. I am a retired Army Colonel, and have high standards --- they lived up to my expectations and more. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your roofing and/or remodeling work. They were truly a pleasure to work with.

Philco put a new roof on our home in September and did a fantastic job. I cant praise them enough but Ill try. When I called them to get a quote, my voice mail was returned the next morning. Two days later the owner, John, came to our home and spent over an hour on the roof, in the attic, and inspecting areas where we had a tiny leak and a faulty gutter. Afterwards, he sat down and told my husband and I about the process required for a new roof and gutters. He also told us about his 20+ years in the construction industry as well as his experienced crew. He explained that he could replace the fiberboard on our dormers as well as the wood above our garage. He showed us samples of roofing materials and the corresponding prices, and then broke down all the individual costs for us. Wed spoken with other area contractors so we knew this price was competitive. The next day we drove to his office in Mooresville, chose the roofing material we liked, and signed the contract. John said the entire project would take one and a half days. Five days later, John and the crew showed up at our home at 7:30 in the morning and started working. They worked continually, taking only a lunch break, until it was dark. They cleaned up every inch of our property and were very respectful in the process. The next day, two contractors came and replaced all of our gutters. They worked swiftly and expertly, telling me they had worked with John for several years and added how much they liked him. The following week, John came by for his check and to see if we were pleased with everything. He also wanted to do a final check of the gutters and see how the finished work looked in the daylight. It looked fantastic and still does! We recommend Philco because they came at the appointed time, completed all their work, left our property spotless, and finally returned after a few weeks just to see if we were still pleased with their work.
