They cheat, lie, and don't help tenants
They cheat, lie, and don't help tenants. They always have stuff stolen, and the company lies about getting complaints from other tenants.
They are the worst property management group I've met
They are the worst property management group I've met. They do not communicate, try to cheat you out of money, as well as add charges onto your account without even checking with their tenant first. Poor response time and just awful service. They do not look out for the better of their tenants or provide any flexibility with any requests. They are rude. I do not recommend using them.
This was the worst experience I ever had
This was the worst experience I ever had. The leasing agent *** was extremely rude and caused me to sit outside in the hot Sun with my newborn daughter to only find out I was not eligible to view a property. She handled things with her emotions and was very nasty and rude. She wasn't clear or direct on their policies and I hope that you don't experience this type of treatment.. runnnnnn
They are unprofeshional and inconsiderate
They are unprofeshional and inconsiderate. Im a single mom who works ALL THE *** I scheduled a viewing and no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called the office and the receptionist said "oh he cant make it, you will have to reschedule". What? why didnt anyone call me BEFORE I went to the viewing? My time is valuable just like the next person! They dont know what I had to go through to get this schedule time! THEY ARE THE WORST!
I got like, twelve rental units managed by PIP Realty Group
I got like, twelve rental units managed by PIP Realty Group. I know a lot about property management, man. I used to work for this other company that managed, like, 400 units. But these guys at PIP, they've been awesome for the past four years. They handle everything, man. I hardly even have to do anything, just give 'em the thumbs up. They're really good at fixing stuff, big or small. And they find tenants super fast for my empty units. Plus, they're just really cool to work with, you know?
I'm a good tenant, always pay my rent on time, but I gotta say, dealing with PIP Management LLC has been a nightmare!
I'm a good tenant, always pay my rent on time, but I gotta say, dealing with PIP Management LLC has been a nightmare! I've had plumbing problems, their customer service is terrible, and don't even get me started on the mold issues. I had to make an emergency move from my previous rental, only to end up in another awful situation. When I moved in, there was absolutely no heat. Can you believe it? I went the entire month of October without any heat. And now, as I'm typing this, my ceiling is leaking because it's raining inside my place. It's just ridiculous. On top of that, my bathtub was out of order for a whole three weeks. My kids and I couldn't even take a proper bath. We had to rent a hotel room just to have a decent shower. Seriously, stay away from PIP. They're worse than ***. Don't do it.
Worst property management company ever
Worst property management company ever. Everything started off fine, until I had to make several maintenance requests for the same thing. I had to get my repairs done over four times for the same issue because the "repair man" apparently didn't do a good job fixing them. Then I was charged for one of the repairs because I contacted the repairman and told him that the faucet was still leaking. Now upon moving out they tried to send me an itemized *** stating I owe $1,600 over my security deposit based off of fraudulent repairs. I'm glad I took a walk-through video before I moved out. I will see them in court, they're just trying to get out of paying me my security deposit. If they think they can bully or scare me into paying this, they're crazy. I look forward to seeing them in court.
Me and my husband are owners from another state and we had a rental property in Alsip, IL
Me and my husband are owners from another state and we had a rental property in Alsip, IL. When it was time to sell, COVID-19 hit and me and my husband were under city mandate to stay at home so we couldn't go to the property and get it ready for the market. We didn't know anyone in the area who could help us with the sale, so we contacted multiple Realtors in the area. After talking to a few, we're so glad we found Derek and Jon and their great team who took care of everything from securing the house, to fixing it up, and selling it. We trusted their expertise and followed their suggestions on how to make the most money. Even with the market being tough because of COVID, we didn't expect to make much profit from the sale, but to our surprise, we got many offers in LESS than a week and it sold for MORE than the asking price! We would've been happy with these results in a normal market, but we were even happier to get them during such uncertain times. We can't thank Derek and his team enough for helping us with this sale and making it so easy while we were so far away. They always communicated really well with us and gave us the best advice. We're so happy with the results and we're glad that this house became a forever home for a family. We really trust their team and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area. Thank you so much again for all your hard work to get us the results we wanted.
This company, PIP Management LLC, is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with
This company, PIP Management LLC, is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. They cheat, lie, and make up "policies" without informing you, just to justify their actions. I paid the security deposit and first month's rent, but Katherine Anderson, without any explanation, refused to give me the key on the day I was supposed to move in. She demanded an additional $1500 for April's rent, claiming it was policy, but couldn't provide any proof or paperwork. I had nowhere else to go, and they showed no compassion. Alvin Palmer, the property manager, hung up on me and ignored my calls and texts. They forced me to pay April's rent, even though it wasn't due yet. During the walk-through with Alvin, we discovered filthy toilets, showers, and sinks, a front door with a security bar, broken closet doors, and a garage filled with trash. None of this was shown during the virtual tours. They clearly had no intention of giving me the key, despite the signed contract and my payment. When I asked about the security bar, Alvin casually mentioned that the property is frequently broken into by vandals and drug users. This information was never disclosed to me. They also secretly recorded a private conversation we had in their conference room, which they accidentally revealed later. How shady can a company get? Shelley, the contract person, had no knowledge of service animal laws and tried to charge me a pet deposit and rent. I had to educate her on the laws, which should have been her responsibility. After the walk-through, we informed Alvin that the house was uninhabitable and demanded a refund. They had clearly violated the contract in numerous ways. Katherine, of course, refused. I insisted that she return my money, and she arrogantly refused. The next day, my attorney called them and explained the situation. They had no choice but to return every cent, as going to court would have resulted in them losing and paying court costs, attorney fees, and additional damages. They knew they had broken the contract and possibly laws. Katherine had to swallow her pride and write me a check. Their behavior was completely unprofessional. Not everyone can afford a lawyer, and I wonder how many others they have done this to. They are one of the worst companies out there, and I hope they are investigated and shut down. They are opportunistic and don't care about customer service or professionalism. Do yourself a favor and find a better company to do business with. Any other company will be better. Find one that genuinely cares about your best interests from beginning to end. This company certainly doesn't.

I've been having lots of problems with my apartment's maintenance and pests
I've been having lots of problems with my apartment's maintenance and pests. When I call to get things fixed, they send unlicensed contractors who don't do a good job or even make things worse. And when I try to follow up, they have this annoying system that stops me from talking to the right people. Now my place is infested with mice, ants, and spiders because they didn't take care of it properly. On top of that, my lights keep flickering and my electrical appliances aren't working right because of power surges. And there's this awful smell coming from the basement that's making my apartment stink.
I would like to commend PIP management on responding in a timely manner on all of my complaints. From the heat, to garbage disposal as well as unruly tenants! They have addressed each issue to my satisfaction. I have lived here a number of years and Pip has proven to be one of the better managements companies I've encountered.
Thank you Pip
I appreciate the rapid response on maintenance work as well..
