Pivotal Property Management Pivotal is great!

Pivotal is great! They're always super nice and professional. They're really good at talking to you and getting back to you quickly if there's a problem. They're always really fast and get things done right away. I'd tell anyone to use them :)

Pivotal Property Management I had lots of problems with Pivotal

I had lots of problems with Pivotal. There was water trouble in a building they manage (not my tenant's fault) and they wouldn't turn off the water so I could fix it. They said they'd pay for the damage and fix it, but then sent me a bill for thousands of dollars that went to the wrong address for months. They charged 20% interest. I messaged them to say I was paying the bill, but they put a caveat on the property. Very unprofessional. I don't suggest them.

Pivotal Property Management I'm so happy with Pivotal Property Management since they started managing our condo building

I'm so happy with Pivotal Property Management since they started managing our condo building. As a past condo board member and unit owner, I know how hard it is to find a responsible and professional property management company. Having Pivotal on board is a whole new experience for me and many other unit owners. Our direct contact *** is easy to get hold of. Her responses to my phone calls or emails are quick and professional. She always works hard to solve issues that are brought to her attention. If you're frustrated by your property manager for not responding to your inquiries or felt ripped off by your property management company, it's time to switch to Pivotal Property Management.

Pivotal Property Management I am so mad at this management company

I am so mad at this management company. They manage the condo building where I got a unit that I rent out. They sent a notice about an inspection on all the units, but they sent it to the wrong address. They didn't even ask me about my new address until months later, even though they got mail that was sent back. So, I got charged 200 bucks for not responding to the mail that I never got. When I tried to talk to the condo manager, they didn't answer my emails and wouldn't deal with the problem. They wouldn't even admit that it was their fault that the mail didn't get to me. I wouldn't tell anyone to use this company. They're really bad at talking to people.

Pivotal Property Management PPM took over managing the *** townhouse complex like 3 or 4 years ago and they're breaking the law

PPM took over managing the *** townhouse complex like 3 or 4 years ago and they're breaking the law. They seem to be trying to ignore only a few unit owners' requests. I told them that a townhall planned for summer 2022 had to happen or else some of us couldn't go. This is a legal and criminal case (there's a restraining order between neighbors in the complex). I'm also complaining to the human rights tribunal because I need accommodation for my disability and PPM messed up all my accommodations since they took over. There are many things wrong here, not just human rights, but also business malpractice and breaking the law. That's why I'm complaining to the ***. Many of us didn't understand the renovation that was forced on us without proper accommodation. We couldn't all make it to the meeting to vote. Now the new manager Jamie Shima thinks it's okay for reception to block my emails because I "harassed" him for telling him there was a human rights violation and that PPM broke the law. They billed $27,000 to my household for the multimillion dollar project he blocked my vote on. That's illegal ***, super illegal. I've been asking for a week where to send condo fees that are in bank drafts and they won't even give me their address. I've lived here for 10 years and bad management at PPM is restricting my home ownership. Check out the google review for more info from the rights angle, but there's more going on here:
