Pizza breadsticks wings
Once again finally tried our neighborhood Pizza Hut and it took an hour for my order to get here after it left the store. We received cold hard pizza, hard breadsticks and cold boneless wings which are the only edible thing for the 37$ spent. I really would like a refund and not more coupons that I won't use. Every time I order from holt rd Pizza Hut I have issues. Really wish they would get it together. We used to love Pizza Hut.

I ordered the Detroit style pizza with extra meat on the whole thing. I got 6 regular pepperonis on each side with over kill of sauce. This was the worst pizza I had in years! Granted I don't order pizza hut but thanks for reminding me why. There was absolutely no bacon or baby pepperonis on it. Nothing that I ordered. It was a big dough and sauce loaf!

Your service sucks.. I spend an hour trying to get a pizza delivery listening to a pizza motivational speaker on recording.. No mention that my call will ever be answered. I ordered chicken from popeyes which will be delivered shortly... The entire time, still listening to that horrid recording from your brand that repeats and repeats and repeats... Product unsatisfactory, cold and burnt
Ordered a chicago thick pizza, the ends were burnt, and the pizza was cold sauce was cold. Taste was terrible. Cheese was not even melted and my children would not eat it. I had to dispose of the product. I spent 20.00 including tip for driver, and had to purchase additional food for my children. Delivery was good have no problem with. On february 03, 2021 I ordered "thin crust" pizza through your call center number [protected] at 6.52 pm where a lady took my call.
I ordered for 1 large pizza "thin crust" super supreme and other carnivor (buy one get one deal) from your qurum branch.
My wife collected the pizza and brought home, when we opened it was regular pan pizza not a thin crust as ordered.
The lady at the call centre messed up the order (please go through the audio recording which you record when customer calls).
If this is the state of your service then it's not worth eating with pizza hut, and that includes the quality of food which has deteriorated.
Please don't bother to reply with the usual email apologizing etc.

I want my money back. I ordered a box pizza special from my local Pizza Hut. For whatever reason, I got soooo sick. I missed a day a work. It started with rolaids and ended up to omeprazole to calm the effects of the food. Completely unhappy, I want my card refunded for the $40 I spent. I had to throw away the remainder of left overs because what I ate after delivery affected me for the next two days. I work for minden medical center and we do a lot of service with yall. We had an incident today where we ordered food around noon. Time went by and at 1 oclock I called them and they said they were short handed and had only one driver which is understandable. 130 the food still hasn't arrived. So my coworker called back and they stated it was dropped off at 1 oclock. So we called down stairs and talked to them at the ER table and they said they did have something from pizza hut but did not know who it was for. The driver left the pizza with them with no receipt, no name on the box to identify whose food it was for them to contact the correct floor. So when we received the food it was ice cold. We contacted the store and spoke to store manager and she was very rude to us and continued to be argumentative and then hung up on us. That is very unprofessional and us being a fairly big hospital they should have treated us with more respect than what we got. I am very disappointed in this store and will never do business with pizza hut again.
seems like it must be a training thing as I took tried to complain to the store only to be hung up on by not one, but TWO of the managers there. All they did was make excuses that they are busy and both hung up without any rudeness on my part. Basically too bad we got your money- Then when you try to call corporate you also get hung up on by a recorded message. Pizza hut click! NEVER AGAIN!
