no taco pizza at ogdensburg, new york pizza hut
I recently traveled to Ogdensburg, New York from Fort Wayne, Indiana for my Dad's funeral. At one of our gatherings we had ordered pizza from the local Pizza Hut. I was telling my family that they should try the Taco Pizza some time and they all looked at me puzzled and said our Pizza Hut doesn't offer it. I was puzzled too because our Pizza Huts in Fort Wayne offers it. Why does one Pizza Hut offer an item and others do not? I believe all Pizza Hut's should offer the same menu no matter what part of the country they are in. I can't imagine there are many other well known food establishments that have this problem. I got my family all excited about this pizza and what a let down they don't even offer it on their menu? Is their a solution for this Pizza Hut?
overdue refund
I ordered an online delivery back in March 23, 2019 and was charged for 325aed thru my credit card. The order was canceled and I was told when it was that I should receive the refund on my card in 4 weeks, I wasn't given any reference number, no confirmation number, no email or anything to hold on to aside from the words given to me by the rep from the order line. That the refund has been forwarded to finance. For weeks passed and I followed up I kept getting the same response whenever I call. That someone will call me back. That is ridiculous after spending minutes after minutes of calling and following up at the end the reps will just say some one will callback the next day and NO ONE does! Not a single call that I received. You took my money for nothing because the order got canceled now you want me to keep waiting without any clear resolution never been disgusted with your company this way. I need to hear from you people

Ordered online and pizza was 15 minutes late without a text notification to let us know that it was on the way. Both pizzas were undercooked, the dough was still white on the bottom with a touch of yellowish tint. Wings were undercooked and gristly. Only item that tasted remotely close to Pizza Hut was the cheese sticks. Only reason for not having a replacement order called in was hungry children. We order Pizza Hut frequently and this wasn't Pizza Hut quality! I'm not complaining to get something free I'm complaining because when someone orders a certain pizza it should taste like the pizza they ordered. Consistency is what brings customers back. I started working for NPC international Pizza in Little Rock Arkansas December 8th 2010 at that time I had a felony background and I never hid the fact 5 years into my career they ran me for a background check which I passed and was promoted to rgm I was terminated May 12th at noon 3 years after the policy change for my background even though I brought up repeatedly that I was concerned and worried about it the HR Director Jason hamerlinck said not to worry about it my background check passed I didn't need to worry about it anymore walked in at noon May 11th and terminated me

stores near me need help
I love Pizza Hut pizza, but the stores in my area are terrible that it makes me want to go elsewhere. Both stores seem to be understaffed and dirty.
I've resorted to doing carry out as it seems delivery times take over an hour and a half...all the time! The majority of the time when I arrive at the store after waiting the maximum time told (which is usually 30 minutes, my order is still 10-15 mins out. I have tried both pizza huts near me hoping things will be different at at least one of the, but they are not. Both places seems to be in chaos all the time.
Yesterday I went to pick up my order and watched at least two families walk out after poor customer service. I saw another family dinning in and had to go to the service window to pick up their food themselves because it sat there for a while while they two people running the counter tried to figure out how to use the computer.
This is just sad. Pizza Hut is a really great pizza. Please help the stores in the South Charlotte, NC area (area code 28226).
I want to make Pizza Hut my go to pizza again!

I ordered two pizzas on 5/10/19 at 5:39 pm one pep and the crust was falling apart and you can see with the picture below. The second pizza I ordered was a half pep sau and bacon and the other half is pep sau bacon onion green pepper and banana pepper. as you can see in the picture I got half pep sau and the other half is pep sau very little onion and no bacon or green peppers. I waited for 30 mins and my kids were hungry I couldn't go back and wait again for a pizza.

I have an issue with the Sumter store acting manager Joe so call manager and Valerie the RM. On April May 1st I placed an order with your store around 11:30am and I ordered some pasta and when it was delivered it was hard and dry. I called back immediately and request a redo. I was told it would take over an hour to send back out to me. So I asked him what was the refund policy he stated Pizza Hut does not have one. Which made me feel it was up to his discretion! So I asked for a refund since you don't have a policy! He tells me rudely that he could not give me my money back. So I asked for the RM information mind you I deal with you all a lot and he tells me that he was the RM and I told him he was not! and I asked for a full name he would not give me that information he stated Joe is all I need to know. They came 2 1/2 hours later with the replacement pasta which was and dry too! I explained to the driver I did not want it and I would be reporting this matter! So I called corporate the same day and made a report and I was told that someone would call me and the regional office would prepare my refund. I gave you all an email address and all phone numbers to reach me. I had to do my own investigation and track down the real RM Valerie at the Garners Ferry store on 5/9/2018 and she did not show any empathy. Nor did she apologize for his unprofessionalism. She was very nonchalant about the matter! Clearly she does not understand that without customers they would not have a job. regardless of what type of day she was having the customer comes first! You all have a staffing issue that needs to be address in Columbia, South Carolina. This mess is effecting the customers and the service you all provide. Have you all forgot that your competition such as Papa Johns, Mellow Mushroom, Eddies Calzones, Little Ceases, Marco's and Domino's etc. are in close range to most business and I'm sure they would love to take our money! You all need to visit the Pizza Hut in Columbia, SC and make the necessary changes. Please be advise I will be spreading the word about this experience. Pizza is not delivered till 10:20 PM even after 130 minutes. In the mean time, we contacted at least two times to customer care & they promised that it will be delivered in 15 mins. I donot have words to express about pathatic customer service. I need written explaination about the issue & reason of this delay.

I think it's unfair you charge a service fee. I can go to other pizza company's and pay with being charged the service fee. There are other pizza chains that doesn't gouge the customer. I went to the Pizza Hut in Lewisburg, Tn 37091, (5-6-19). Had the worst service I have ever received from this store. The waitress took a while to seat me a party of two and was very hateful. She told me it was her first day back after a death in the family and she didn't have to be nasty. Strike One!
If she was not ready to be nice with the patron, she should not have come back. She pretty much demanded my order in a foul tone. Strike two!
Other patrons were asking refills, others were still waiting to be seated, and another party just left. Can't say I blamed them. Strike Three!
I live in Lewisburg, try to eat lunch close to work. But today that did not work.

On the 4th of May 2019 my friend and I stopped at the Pizza Hut in Louisville, MS to eat. We both felt we were certain there were specials we'd seen that were not on the menu.
Neither of us wanted to buy a 20.00 pizza. We asked the waitress in every way possible weren't there any specials, 10.00 pizzas, 7 or 8.99 pizzas. The waitress insisted there were not to each question. My friend's glucose was low and she was shaky. We decided to eat the more expensive pizza, but I'll tell you, it really ruined the meal. We were not prepared to have to pay so much. We both ordered a pizza and took some home after eating. To add even more insult for my friend was the fact she had ordered from Pizza Hut at the hospital twice in this past week. So we paid and while at the counter saw the one sign about the $5.00 line up specials. The woman at the counter explained that employees are told not to tell people about that special unless the customer specifically asks about it. We are really verging on a case of fraud here. I feel so taken advantage of that it will be a good while before I ever go back to Pizza Hut. This was very unfair and leaves me with a sense of being used. Recently my daughter who is 19 went in to drop off an application for a job at the local pizza hut. She was told by manager that he will review the application and be in touch. A day or 2 had gone by and my daughter received a text message from the manager she handed her application to asking her a general question about info on her application. She answered the question and he said he will be in touch again. A week goes by, and he again contacts her via text asking if she had found employment yet. She stated no and he said he may have a dish washer position opening up, incase she is willing to do that job. He then proceeded to message her via text stating/asking if she would be willing to "come Spring Clean hos house and she could make more money that way".
Not only is it unprofessional to contact an applicant via text message but I am disgusted and horrified of such a suggestion. It was unprofessional and HIGHLY inappropriate of this manager to contact her and ask her that.
She has blocked his number since.

I was trying to order a pizza online but unfortunately you have to spend over $10 for delivery. So I order some cheese sticks along with it that I didn't really want. Delivery guy tried to hand me 3 boxes at the door and I told him should've been just 2 items. Pizza and cheese sticks. He said take top 2 boxes. Opened my pizza and it wasn't very warm. Looked in other box and looks like I got a pizza that had been riding in the car for a while rather than the $5 cheese I didn't want to begin with. I wound up paying nearly $20 for cold pizza. Tried to call them and line was busy so I am submitting this complaint here. Not a good experience for me.
pizza order they screwed up
The only complaint I have about our order is that I specifically said in the special instructions to cut it in square's. Well they did but after they had already pie cut the damn thing. So we ended up with extremely uneven slices of several different shapes and sizes pizza as you can see in the pics below. Some people might think it's not something to make a big deal about but I disagree, my wife and I like things a certain way and I don't think asking for our pizza to be cut in square's is too much to ask for. If wasn't for the fact that we live over a half hr away I would've taken it back and had them make us a new one just like the person who cut it in the first place should've done. It's pretty obvious they knew the mistake they made and with a sad attempt they tried to fix it then sent me home with a jacked up pizza for my wife and I to try and enjoy, which we did not!

I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up and I left a 3 tip...An hour later I got an alert stating my account was charged twice so I called and the manager Izeck was rude telling me they didn't over charge me when I'm looking right at it he kept arguing with me and hung up.I also called back he argued again and then the GM Carmen got on the phone and acted like the way he acted was no big deal and we got disconnected so I called back and she was laughing! On 4/29/19 Monday I ordered several pizzas and wings for CDL students here at John Tyler Community College. This was a business order. The food was supposed to be delivered at 11:50 but at 12:00pm it wasn't here. I called the store at 12:01pm and stayed on the line for 8 minutes (via my iPhone records) to be told that they were behind and the driver was about to leave. She said they will give me half off due to the fact that this was for a class event which was ruined. She said to tell the driver to call the store once he gets here to have the manager to apply the half off. I asked her can she do it and she said the system won't let her because it has to be a certain amount of time late. Please note that my students only get an hour for lunch. By the time I get off the line it was already 20 minutes late. When the Driver Earnest arrived it was around 12:25. I told earnest what the lady said so we called the store 3 times with no answer and the call center picked up. He assured me when he got back to the store that he would handle this with his manager and not to worry. There were 3 witnessed present who heard this whole conversation. I wrote a tip out and wrote in the half off total but somehow they stilled charged us. Today I called to verify that the discount had been given to find out it hadn't. The manage stated the system showed he left at 11:58am and was back at 12:00pm which is not humanely possible. She even stated it might be a glitch. If you map quest the address it takes longer that 2 minutes to get here and even longer to get to the second floor. The manager didn't like that I was challenging the subpar responses from her and giving her factual details about the day. She proceeded to hang up on me. I had to call back to get the area managers number. This was very unprofessional. I would expect a better experience for such a company. I would like to get the half off that was told we would get. The Bluebonnet/Jefferson Highway location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is the worst Pizza Hut ever. My pizza is often cold and they never season the crust even though I specify. ALeo every single time I order wings or anything with sauce they don't send it. Even if I pay for it. And if it comes with sauce like the p'zone then they definitely won't send any. Can they just do these simple things right. They've called me a liar in the past when I called to tell theme they've screwed my orders up more than once. They are despicable.
