I gotta say, my kiddos are huge fans of pizza, and honestly, who isn't? We're regulars at PizzaHut, and every weekend we order the same thing. But let me tell you, last time we ordered, I was so upset I almost cried. The food was all wrong, and I was charged almost twenty bucks more than usual. And to make matters worse, the service was just plain awful. I mean, I get it, mistakes happen, but this was just a complete disaster. The crust was all wrong, the sauce was all over the box, and there was literally none on my pizza. It was a mess. And to top it all off, the service was the worst I've ever experienced. I mean, come on, we didn't even get a refund! Needless to say, my kids were super unhappy. I'm gonna have to take my loyalty and hard-earned cash somewhere else from now on.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I got from PizzaHut. I placed an order for delivery at 4:36 pm, and waited patiently for my pizza to arrive. At 5:19 pm, the delivery driver called me to confirm my location, which was cool. But then, when I tried to call him back at 6:04 pm, he didn't answer. I was getting pretty hungry at this point, so I called the store location at 6:58 pm to find out what was going on. And guess what? My order had been cancelled without any notice! What the heck, man?

So I talked to the manager, and I was like, "Hey, what's the deal? I was really looking forward to that pizza." I even told him I was on my way to pick it up within 15 minutes, because my kids were really craving some cheesy goodness. But then, when I mentioned that I might have to call corporate to complain about the situation, he straight up hung up on me! Rude, much?

Honestly, I think this location needs to do some serious retraining of all its staff. There's no way a business should operate in this manner. If you're gonna offer delivery, you gotta follow through on your promises. And if something goes wrong, you gotta communicate with your customers and make it right. That's just basic customer service, y'all. So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with PizzaHut right now. Hopefully they'll get their act together soon.

Aside from the hair incident, the pizza itself was okay. The crust was a little too thick for my liking, but the toppings were good. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and the flavors were balanced well. The cheese was melted nicely and had a good stretch to it.

Their product and service has gone downhill. I ordered from them and my food never arrived. The last pizza I received was only halfway cooked and didn't taste good. All they said was they were sorry.

I decided to give them another chance and ordered a sandwich and wings, but my order didn't even show up this time. It's frustrating to see them change their pan pizza recipe and it's not as good as it used to be. They also stopped offering free peppers and Parmesan cheese, which was a bummer.

But what really takes the cake is that I reported an incident to Pizza Hut a week ago and I haven't received any response from them. This is completely unacceptable. If they keep this up, they won't have a business for long.

I won't be ordering from them again. It's a shame because they used to be a great option for pizza, but now their product and service is the worst.

I just had my second experience with PizzaHut and I have to say, I am not impressed. The first time I ordered, I thought maybe the employee who made my pizza was just not properly trained. However, my recent order has left me feeling disappointed once again. I ordered a pizza with three toppings - ham, pineapple, and onions - and was shocked to find that there were only a few measly pieces of each topping on each slice. I mean, come on! I can't help but wonder if this is a cost-cutting measure that all Pizza Huts are implementing. I certainly hope not. I will not be returning to the Pizza Hut on APD 40 and I will be looking for a new place to purchase my pizza. It's a shame because this location is so close to my home, but I refuse to continue to be disappointed by the lack of toppings on my pizza.

Overall, I would not recommend PizzaHut based on my recent experiences. If you're looking for a pizza place that actually puts toppings on their pizzas, you might want to look elsewhere.

On April 3, 2021, I decided to try out Pizza Hut for a pick-up order. I called their number at around 11:00 A.M., but to my surprise, no one answered. I tried calling again, but still no answer. Frustrated, I decided to drive over to the store located in OKC. When I arrived, I saw a sign that said "call this number," which was the same number I had been calling. I tried calling again, but still no answer.

Feeling annoyed, I walked into the store to see what was going on. That's when I met Paul, the manager. I asked him why they weren't answering their phones, and he yelled at me to get out. I was taken aback by his rude behavior and asked him again why they weren't answering their phones. He yelled back, saying they were too busy.

I was shocked by the way I was treated and felt like the employees at this Pizza Hut were not trained properly. They didn't know how to handle customers or gain their confidence. I left the store feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I decided to order a pizza from another place down the street. When I arrived at my destination, I told everyone about my horrible experience with Pizza Hut located at 7900 N. May Ave., OKC. Everyone agreed that it was unacceptable behavior from the employees and the manager.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone. The lack of customer service and rude behavior from the manager was unacceptable. I hope that the owners of this store take the necessary steps to train their employees and improve their customer service.

I gotta say, I am a huge fan of Pizza Hut. However, the folks who work there sometimes seem to be messing up the company's good name. Every time I order online or over the phone, it seems like they can't seem to get my order right. My food is always cold or overcooked, and I even got a pizza that was only halfway cooked! Needless to say, I was pretty upset.

I mean, come on, if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen! Back in the day, Pizza Hut pizza wasn't nearly as greasy as it is now. But hey, they still have some great deals and coupons, so I can't complain too much. The only thing that really gets me is how expensive their sodas are. I'd rather just stop at a soda machine or grab a case of soda somewhere else and get my money's worth.

Despite the lazy people working at Pizza Hut, I still think it's a great company with some seriously good eats. If they could just get their act together and make sure my food is cooked properly, I'd be a happy camper. But until then, I'll just have to cross my fingers and hope for the best.

I'm following a complaint against pizza hut in edinville kentucky on saturday the 10th of June 2023 my husband and myself came in to place a order. There where two ladies working that day. I first went through drive-thru n Noone answered us so we went into the store.

We wanted to place the 3 topping pizza and was trying to place the $5 add wings to our order. We couldn't use the app as it wasn't working. There was a group of people who came in 20 .min after we were there trying to place our order and the lady just walked away n took There order ahead of us. She went and made There order n still hadn't placed our order. It had been 35 min at this point and she finally placed our order.

This is very Unacceptable of customer service to treat a customer this way. I tried to call today Monday June 12th to tell somebody what had happened and asked for the phone number to the franchise and they told me they refused to give. It to me that they couldn't give it to me and then hung up on me. If something is not done to resolve this issue I will be reporting this to the news media as well as the local paper. I am very good at investigating things and I will find how to get ahold of the franchise. I came to order pizza for a take away at Pizza Hut Taman Anggerik Emas, Johor Bahru, Johor. The staff did not entertain me with a welcome smile and made me to wait without acknowledging me. He packed the food orders for the grab drivers. He didn't even look at me and came over to the counter after a while. Then, he stood and took out his handphone, checked it slowly and then only started taking my food order and that to in a super rude tone. I realised that he was sick with a bad flu and cough and yet came to work. He coughed so badly until the customers behind me walked out of the shop.

I conclude this complain as the staff that took my order as lack of customer service approach, rude and unhygienic. This incident happened on 28/5/2023 between 07:28 pm to 07:35 pm.

But in counter it’s clearly mentioned they are taking Amex photo attached what if I didn’t have cash I have to walk all the way to bring cash again

I went to Pizza Hut to pick up an order and the store manager look me in my face and turned her back keep in mind this wasn’t the first time she did this. The service sucks really bad only when she’s working. Grenada need a new store manager with a better attitude. No wonder they can’t keep anybody there her nasty attitude is out of control and something need to be did about that.

Ordered for dine in a personal pan pizza, classic tomato spaghetti, mushroom soup, wedges, crispy fries, soybean and sprite drinks at 7.16pm, 28th April 2023. Order number T-[protected]. Until 8pm, I just got pan pizza, drinks (the sprite was tasteless, no sugar - didn't order for sugar free sprite). At 8.15pm, I need to go for Maghrib prayer, paid and asked the staffs to pack the balance for takeaway. Haven't got the spaghetti, mushroom soup, wedges and fries even at 8.30pm.

So twice now Ive tried to order on the mobile app and it says that they do not deliver to my address which is a [censored]in lie because I order delivery every week last time I called the store and they said yes they do deliver to my address but they couldn't use my reward points or give me any of the deals that the app had that they were in app only Tonight I tried to do a mobile order it tells me the same thing so I tried on my husbands phone and on his phone when I tried to redeem my reward points it said that the store did not honor that coupon I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app I tried to do it on the web and I tried to log out and then back in and nothing fixed it I spent an hour and 45 minutes trying to place a mobile order I then called the store and tried to place an order I waited on hold for 25 minutes and was still on hold when they closed so I then hung up It's absolutely [censored]ing ridiculous your app wont work and your employees are too [censored]in lazy to answer the phone!
