I purchased 2 medium pizzas and 1 large pizza on April 5/2024 at 4:12 pm. It said it would be delivered by 4:47 pm. 5 pm still no pizza. I called and complained around 5:08 pm. The girl I spoke to said the order was dispatched and should be here in 5 minutes. 5:20 pm still no pizza. This time I called and said I wanted to cancel the order. The man said it was already dispatched and could not be cancelled. He called the store who called the driver and said it would be here in 5 minutes. The man was apologetic and offered me a $10 credit towards my next order. The pizza finally arrived at 5:30 am. The driver said nothing, did not even apologize for being late, and of course all three pizzas were cold! Worst pizza ever. I had family over for dinner and it was a disaster. I was embarrassed that I had made them wait so long only to get cold pizza in the end. I do not think that we will order from Pizza Nova again as this is the second time this has happened to me. It took over 1 hour which is not acceptable.
