I recently had a truly frustrating experience with PlayerUp.com, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others about their unreliable services.
As a seller on PlayerUp, I expected a seamless transaction process and timely payments. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
First and foremost, PlayerUp failed to pay me for my sales for over two months, despite repeated attempts to contact their middleman support team. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable.
It's disheartening to put in the effort to provide quality services or products to buyers, only to be met with complete lies and non-payment.
The lack of communication from PlayerUp was particularly infuriating. Their middleman support team appears to be non-existent or unhelpful, as I sent numerous emails and messages through their platform and telegram, but received no response whatsoever, after they know about honest review about their website has been posted they immediately responded with threats to banned my account and they immediately did. It's as if they have no regard for the concerns and issues faced by their sellers.
I believe that the issues I encountered with PlayerUp raise serious concerns about its practices. It's important for potential users to be aware of these issues and exercise caution when considering this platform for their transactions. I strongly urge PlayerUp to address these problems to improve their reputation and user trust
Potential sellers and buyers please steer clear of this platform, as it is unreliable, unresponsive, Scam and ultimately a waste of time, effort and money.
There are far better alternatives out there for those looking to sell or buy their gaming-related items and services.
