I bought poker chips from them, but they never sent me them. Only thing they can do is to post excuses in live chat.
I've been playing this freaking game since 2012 on n off from 10k up to 7b. (Several times)So yea I've experienced quiet a few of their scams n horrible services. Matter fact I just had 4.1B like an hour ago now it's 400m! Couldn't win A SINGLE hand once I reached 4.1B and server was changed couldn't find friends! So I assumed I was in dead pool again! No matter what hand u got u will loose no matter what u can't beat their rigged system! It's their way of making $$$$$$. Even on golds! Once I've lost 1000coins! Just one morning! And they wanted proof that I had it. How would I know it will be disappeared in the morning if I did then I would take a pic of it every min of the day! Pokerist really should be taken down! If it was a game that ppl actually can win and go on its a good game but scamming ppl and selling sky rocking expensive chips and then take them all back? That's 100% scam!
Been playing for exactly one year. Never helped anyone with chips or broke any app rules... At the time of loss had 15 Billion. On the date of 04/10/16 been notified brake in my gmail google account then opened pokerist app and witnessed someone playing it. The app started a message " you where looked in from a different device, press "Restore" button to continue from this divece" so I've spent next 3 hours pushing that button as someone been doing same at the other end. Finally they gave up and I had 20 min to transfer 7 Billion in Guest account on my IPad. Started to write to support. The guest account has locked almost immediately and would not let me do anything else. The main account been emptied that evening and when I awoke at 6 am 04/11/16 almost all the chips on new IPad account that has locked on me has been gone. This is telling me that a staff member deliberately robbed me and I will not hear from crooks again! Very disappointed with Apple letting apps like such to exist. Thank you for reading and beware!
Pokerisk jail me for just telling me i violated the rules... without details. Now they lock my 1b and dont respond to my email at all. How can a game provider do such thing. Are they legal to do that? Can we report this to Apple or anyone know who we should report to ? Pokerist are as good as a robber... LEGAL ROBBER? TAKE THEM DOWN.
Well my friends just bought 600 mil for me so I can play. I play for a while and made it to 1.4 billion. Then got excited and played more, but ended up losing more than half and left with 650, almost what I started with.
I've gone back and kept playing and all of a sudden, I get kicked off the table and 350 million gone missing. I get an email from them saying I have violated their rules. And they have taken away the violated amount. First of all those chips were bought today and sent to my account. I have won almost a billion, but lost all of it and got back to the starting amount. How in the hell did I violate anything and get punished. It all happen today! Chips were bought today. Played today and won and lost.. and chips were taken away and got the email explain why. Lol
All I did was thanked my friend for purchasing for me and played. And out of nowhere they will put this restriction on for nothing. How can anyone buy any amount and feel free to play and feel safe? I never had this issue til today but it's absurdly ridiculous. Suppose they investigate and feel like you have violated because u were lucky and have won so quick, this could happen to anyone. I understand people do help friends and do violate rules. But for me my chips were bought today. 600 million plus by two different friends half and half each. I've won not a lot but close to a bil within an hr and lost almost all back in three hrs or so. After all that in four hours after the purchase and playing they have sent me violation notice and forcefully took 350 away from me. It's definitely a scam site using addicts to make big ridiculous amount purchase and you can't even get anything out of it. Purchasing 360 million when on sale cost 100 USA dollars. U can lose that in one hand sometimes. But when u win all u can do is be happy u have larger number on your account and that is it. lol can't even cash out. And if u do something slightly suspicious then they block your acc or taking your chips away. Lol sound fair? 😂

Been playing for a month now started with 100k, I understand customers frustration as I believe the game is rigged and a fraud by manipulating each person hands. This is considered as fraud and a criminal offence. People who paid and feel aggrieved should file a civil law suit on pokerist that will teach them a lesson not to blatantly defraud customers and not reply . Their are many reviews online which can easily support your grounds in a law suit atleast you will get real money of them. Pokerist enjoy ignoring customers but they cannot ignore a law suit. Lol
After my chips finish I will delete this crap game and be done with it. I will never buy chips as my money is precious. Lol.
I played all in over 25 hands without 1 win that's not real poker. This game picks and choose who they want to win. People with higher stack always wins. Have 3 of kind gives a full house. Have a full house gives 4 of kind. This game sucks. Played all night and would not let me go above my balance. I will start doing something useful with my time instead of wasting it with pokerist.
I also believe pokerist send there own workers on tables to take customers chips as I have met some unusual people. People who want to friend you then come and steal your chips.
downloaded your black jack 21 game and it sucks rules are totally different then what the game is rules say dealer peaks at card and reveals if he has black jack and that was not what happened to me in several hands dealer allow u to split cards and double down and then u end up losing all bets because dealer never revealed he had black jack like rules say he should, so in classic black jack dealer should turn his card over after peaking at card if he has black jack and in modern black jack card is not revealed but if dealer has black jack players that split cards or doubled down hand only lose original bet they dont lose all bets, so what type of black jack is this one?
Pokerist just froze my account. Been playing for about 4 months and got up to one of the biggest chip stacks 545b. My daughter invited me to play in a private room and when i got there another player who has been asking me for chips was also there. I told that player no it is against the rules to transfer chips many times. I played for about 10 minutes, lost about 80m chips and left room. My and my daughters account got frozen. Pokerist gave both of us a BS stock answer to play fair. Is there really no recourse to this thievery? No one to call?
Same thing happened to me. Bought 120M chips. Got to 525M chips very easily... When suddenly everytime i got beaten by: flush K got beaten by flush A several times; AA & AK got beaten by 3 of a kind; two pair got beaten by straight.. Seems they always gave me second of the best hand. Even i got the same card with other players, 5 times in one table
525M down to 78M in two days. This is a scam. I will not buy any chips, and will delete the game
Kamagames is nothing but a money scam. I was taken for several thousands of dollars. The VIP is a joke..All they want is your money. The system is rigged for the dealer to win 90% of the time. I wish we could form a class action lawsuit against them...

Their game is fixed and you have employees who know the setups and what order the cards are going to come. You trick people into thinking that the cards are random but they're not. My friends and I know it's fixed because we've played in live poker games and in other online games and have never lost more than 3 hands in a row, but in Pokerist, I have lost more than 13 games in a row (I don't play many hands) and so have my friends. I play with pocket pairs, 7 or higher or A king, A queen, A jack, A ten (I can't attest to what cards my friends play with) and your strategically placed employees always play with the worst hands and always win. I know they're employees because they have 10 billion or more in their accounts which are opened on the day they start playing, coincidence, absolutely not because you can't purchase that many chips to play with unless you have $1500 or more in the game to begin with. Ive been watching the players and the game for a while and have documented many discrepencies and will be glad to share them with the FCC. You're a criminal enterprise from Asia and this really saddens me to know because I thought Asians were honorable people but you're not! I will post this review in every website possible, including Facebook, and warn all my family and friends and their friends never to go on any Kama games and definitely not to purchase any money to play their fixed games. I'm going to contact the better business bureau in every state of the United States and the FCC and ask them to prevent your company from advertising or selling your games in the United States and if I can't I will personally wage a campaign against your fixed games and company. You have cheated and mistreated my friends and me for the last time.
After all efforts and hard time playing I have had 7B + on my account at Pokerist app.
Yesterday morning I logged in Pokerist and found out all my chips disappeared from my account.
I contacted Pokerist support, however they informed me that I lost all chips during a normal game...WTF? I finished playing a game around midnight, logged out and went to bed. Next morning and after logged in I found out all chips gone...
Had long email discussion with support team, provided some real proofs that I couldn't lost chips during a normal game as I wasn't even logged in ...
Their final reply was "Our security team not found any suspicious activity on your account. Unfortunately, we can no longer help you with this problem".
Pokerist cheats and reaps off... they simply steal chips from players' accounts. We cannot do anything with that robbery.
It wouldn't surprise me if the chips were stolen by Pokerist staff!

Yes guys, the logic behind all these are the profits they need to sustain the company and their greed in earning more and more...just like typical companies, sales target got higher and higher, these employees having no choice but to make you spend in every possible ways. so pls my advice is contain our greed on winnings and stop spending if u got addicted to this game, go to the smallest table and play. There are many other things to do in life, by spending so much time in this game including money is too much a person can waste, having so many others far better enjoyment we could have choose from which benefits us in all ways.

I only play blackjack but have not fallen for their constant adds of spending money or inviting friends. I've played over 2000 hands and kept logs on 75% of them. This game totally cheats and is fraud. So many times deals 2, 3 or 5 first card while games is 8, 9 and mostly 10. I've seen game when 28 of 30 games, 15, 16 win in a row. I've had over 3 million and then over several days game won 90% of games. I would never spend a penny and certainlly never invite anyone I know.
