I bought poker chips from them, but they never sent me them. Only thing they can do is to post excuses in live chat.
after buying sever million of chips from pokiest .com I found that what ever game table you play on, every hand you play you will not win any hand till the amount you bought has gone, I have found this several times when having top win hand for it to pay the lowest hand, I am not the only person this has happened to, as many friends have seen the same thing, same as how can you loose chips from your account when not on the game or when you on game see your money go from your account but you not betting or playing the hand.

I had the same experience but never buy chips. I lost 7 million quick and seemed none of my hands won. At first I won big with hands that shouldn't have won then it seemed luck changed. I have been playing online poker awhile and know I'm not that bad. I love playing poker so I'm going to try another provider. I also noticed the blinds incorrectly changing order a few times. I'm calling them rigged.
Man ive lost billions, no matter how u play, what move u make, ull always lose, i gave money away to friends and i got 16 billion taken away from me because of that next morning... its very important no one spends money with these ppl. Ive addressed that and all they said is that a 3rd company does their audit, but its bs . I wish a lawsuit can go against this company ..
I just wanted a straight answer why pokerist changed it's rules. Once you are above 1.5 B you cannot play lower. Now I can't play with friends that have a lot of chips. Does anybody know the answer?

They won't let you play lower tables when you get above 1.5 bill because they don't want big stack to help small stacks.pokerist wants people to buy chips from them..simple

I seem to be having the same problem as quiet a few of your players.I have been playing in your tournements lately and every time I get myself in front, especialy when I'm nearly through to the second phase and once or twice through to the third phase, my chips just disappear and a box comes and says you have lost try again.I don't know whether this is a deliberate ploy to get people to keep buying more chips or not but that's a bit noughty don't you and this game is not free to play is it.you do charge us to play don't you so please can you let me know what intend to do about it.Thank you, mlasetta@hotmail.co.uk
Only yesterday I complained about the same thing and bobs your uncle it happened again, this time 9 times one after the other which leads me to believe it was done on purpose, is this the answer I asked for don't think so, so why doesn't Pokerist do something about it, they are quick to take your money but by the looks of it when they are at foult they just ignore you, so come Pokerist what are you going to do about it or don't the people mean anything to you just taking people's money is what your all about and not to provide a descent service.just a little loyalty to your customers would go a long way with people or don't you care.Mlasetta@hotmail.co.uk
I bought a lot of chips learning the game, got the hang of it and had 45b. Then one day i cant sit at any table. Tried to contact their support several times, but never any answers.
Then one day 44 of the millions are gone...? And again, no answers from them.
As i see it this site is just one big scam. Dont spend a penny there!

DO NOT BUY SERIOUSLY! I have spent over 300 USD and this app has DELETED every single one of my accounts or has crashed! If you make a new picture or place any bet you're real world money put into this game will be deleted and, never seen again. It is a SKAME and, if you don't believe me just read the reviews before you put money into this game. I have downloaded countless versions on my comp just to be told the exact same thing...( regardless of safari or windows. 5x ver or saf or, 2x ver of win in my family) My comp was up to date but, still it would not refund or reinstate my account!. Point blank period this app WILL take you're money and, you're going to LOSE.
This is one of the worst ipad apps, the site is a fraud...they have a ton of cheaters playing (saw one player get 7 straights in a row) and the site itself will have u lose over and over, trying to force u to buy chips from them. One of the worst websites/products i have ever seen.

I am new to Pokerist. Bought 3 mil in chips. Not much but it's just for fun. Noticed I win and then after a certain point I can't buy a hand. When I fold it gives me the hand and when I stay I loose 10-15 hands in a row. I won 4x the chips I bought and was playing with the big boys and while 3 people at the table kept getting hand after hand after amazing hand I got crap. Most hands played to the end so I saw all the cards and I lost 2 mil over 15 hands and not once did it give me a win. Now I am down to the original amount I bought. I have played enought, for several months almost every day and when the system goes against you it is against you and then there are people with huge piockets who ruin it for everyone. Every hand that bid 100's of thousands or a million after the first show and the winner wins with a pair of 7s or once with a high card. I tend to fold on those bids. Most I would have won but when I do stay I can have three of a kind and still lose.' I had kept tying people with pairs but they always gave the chips to the other person. Am I just a bad player or are there rules to the system that I need to know in order to win. Like should I bid high and first and the computer favors me or is there nothing I can do because it sets you up to lose everything so you have to buy more?

These crazy people treat this app as a dating site. Pathetic! I was harassed by this Turkish guy name Jonny. What a ###. Anyways I do agree on the above comments regarding the games being cheated. I'm on level 33 and I cant get pass the level. I lose at every hand. I would have the same card as the other person but they would win and I lost. Wtf? I'm uninstalling this app, it sucks! Dont waste your time.

i have seen so many friends of mine lose billions, at one point you'll start losing and if you do.. ask yourself y? maybe because they want you to buy chips from them? you like the game, you like playing, you enjoy winning they know that.. so what you do? u get frustrated and buy chips and at one point you'll lose them again..
Got two accounts on pokerist play on my iPhone had 6b went bk online day after and 3b was missing emailed them got standard email bk if there is an error on there side they will contact me still waiting over a month ago I was playing today and 540m went missing again they took it while I was playing its a scam I don't buy chips from them I think that's y they have taken them I prob won't get em bk the amount of chips they have taken in there money would b over £700 dick Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people need I say more
Played today and previously put my loosing down to not understanding the rules, but there was a blatant
cheat today when someone with a pair of 6's beat my two pair Kings and Aces. I wouldn't have believed it had I not seen it with my own eyes. I stood up but kept watching the game and saw a guy win 10 consecutive hands and his winning had was always made up from the flop (usually the last card). Once my chips are gone I won't buy anymore and I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid the site.
Noticed they sometimes take the high card on certain hands on ties that are not official rules and sometimes don't. It happened on a few times and I turned my head on it. I lost 7 million chips in a few days and got down to nothing. I already wrote them off but found others on this site with similar experiences.
Yep me too and no matter what say if e.g you bet 10mill and others at table bet under 5mill in Omaha the 10mill guy will win something back regardless how bad his hand is and they have told me this because I went and complained about it that they have to give something back because of the High Betting... How does that even make any sense I asked them I said at a casino that would never happen winner wins all regardless of loser bet so much!

Pokerist is the biggest scam poker game evr played. You buy chips from them only to lose them within an hour or so, no matter what stakes high/low or table you play. I have had milllions taken from me and poker jailed for helping people. f*** their limits and f*** da owners of this ### game

POKERIST block me from playing for NO GOOD reason. I can't see any table to play at. They frozen several of my account like that. There HELP support group won't reply - There support group is a joke. They want me to start over and create another account? sWhy so they can Freeze that account for no good resaon again, Time to go to another site /app and spend my money at.
This is crook app. LAIR AND CHEATER. They don't let me sit at any table, cant text friends, cant see friends even though they see me. I sent them several emails but only one replied saying that they will investigate and let me know if they find out the error come from them. Of course, they control it, they just don't want me to get back to the game because I don't buy chips from them. it is funny that while everything is not working, only purchase site is working on this porker CHEAT. Had 3.4B of chips in the morning, logged back in at night, was getting an error message "bad parameter", then logged in again lost all of my chips, all 3.4 Billions.

We have paid real money for some of these chips via Apple in app purchase, Apple doesnt want to know about this issue either

Pokerist club by kaga games was cheat anyone . When u have a lot chip they moved u from this server to another server . Locked your table ad hacked all your chip and gold coins . Then you have to buy chip and coins on store . That sucks . Anyone don't download and install pokeristclub by kaga games . I wish i can hack server to shutdown pokerist
For me I would buy some chips a billion at a time, and they would just disappear out of my account. I contacted them and they couldn't give a sht. So I stopped using them for over a year. Started again, thinking that they must have sorted it out, got my stack up to 1 billion, playing a game and losing, went to top up my stake at the table, only 13 million left, so in conclusion ...THEY ARE A TOTAL FKING RIP OFF

Words cannot express how utterly disgusted I am with Pokerist. I have been playing now for about a year. I had finally gotten my account up to around 900m when suddenly I started being booted from the table in the middle of a game. I then began to experience winning a hand, and the chips being awarded to another player! I open typed at the table on one occasion "I have a straight flush! how the hell did it say I won.. but you got the chips?!" of course there was no answer.. I assumed that this was a bot and continued to play at other tables. later I had a winning hand once again.. I got booted from the table I was at, and all of my chips were gone leaving me with about 4m. Needless to say I was PISSED! I emailed support at KAMAGAMES. In fact, I have emailed the over 10 times and gotten NO response. while waiting for a response from them, I decided I would purchase 3m more in chips and try again to see if perhaps it was a one time occurrence that my chips disappeared. I built my account up pretty quickly.. I got up to around 200m .. lost down to about 85m the won back up to about 140m. I was a table with a friend of mine and some other people.. my friend typed in the room.. "they are playing together at this table on a team" "I can tell by the way they are talking to each other" I said ok.. lets switch tables. the second I typed that, we were booted from the table.. I was left with only 4m .. I tried going back to the table (and I have a screen shot of this) no one was at the table but my 102m was lying on the table! I was left with too little to sit at the table.. one player "guest" came sate at the table.. the chips instantly went to them. and then the table was empty again.. THIS IS ROBERRY!
I AM ANXIOUSLY AWAITING SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT POKERIST. Does the better business bureau do anything about situations like this? hmmmm...
I have bought chips from POKERIST 3 times with my credit card, 2 of the times within the next day or two my credit card had unauthorized charges from outside uses. THe first one was a CVS in California of about $10. that went through the second one was an attempt to charge $1500.00 of landscape architecture design plans in Mexico that luckily the credit card co called me first to verify if this was my charge or not. Of course it was NOT! But my credit card information was compromised both times. I know you are thinking it must be coincidence. The first time I had that same credit card number for years without any issues. As soon as I used it here on POKERIST. I had to get a new credit card# after the CVS issue. So I get my second credit card with new # and no issues until 7-8 months later when I again go online to buy more chips this is when I get the call from Credit card company asking about the landscape Co. Luckily the credit card company called me to verify and luckily the items were not charged to me. But it was apparent that the company's security is not secure at ALL. I too have had the chips gone missing from my account, twice now. Users talk about it frequently and call it the work of hackers. Apparently the hackers have access of getting through the company's security and helping themselves to other peoples accounts. Just this morning 5/12/15 I go to play poker and my account is missing all of the chips. $400M. THe first time they stole 700M. I bet they want me to go online and enter my new credit card in there again...But HELL NO! I am done with this site. THe hackers I guess are still trying to get their landscape design down.
There is a new cheating manuever in Pokerist high stakes games. When you're betting near 500M, other players will 'bomb' you with dozens gifts of worthless ingots - so many of them at once your atavar times out and you lose all your chips. This happened to me twice, i lost 2B. Pokerist must know about this but chooses to ignore it.
This site has been hacked! I have lost over 200 million dollars in chips when I have won the hand and they paid someone else! I have been reporting this issues for 3 days because EVERYDAY I lose hands. POKERIST support is researching their logs but are useless. Please BEWARE and go to other sites. I am FURIOUS! It just happened again! The player leaves the table as soon as they illegal payoff occurs. My biggest complaint is the lack of support from POKERIST. GO PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
The game is a scam they constantly keep taking chips out of my account ! I have several accounts and it happens in all of them one account I have is actually frozen I was playing and won and was booted off the table and it says tables or friends not found with 931 million in it I have emailed them many times and all they say is as soon as they find a problem they will notify me and that's been over a year ago this game shouldn't be allowed to just take what they want from you I was playing last night and won a pot of 200m and the next had the game froze up and booted me off the table and they took 260m out of my account ! There should be some type of website that up can report them so they can terminate the game or make them refund the chips back I have spent a lot of money purchasing from this game and keep getting robbed by them !
