Store not opened at opening time
I am a doordasher. Store is located in lake st louis missouri. Opening time 10am. I went through drive through to pick up order at 10:50 am when i was told they were closed and would open in 15 minutes. This was Thursday Jan 26. I waited for 15 minutes where then i was ignored therefore having to decline my doordash order . This is not the first time I have experienced rude and blatant disregard from this specific employee otherwise i would have just chalked it up as a bad day but her behavior is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Something needs to be done. I tried to contact Syed Mansoor , Director of Operations, and his line is unreachable. Messages are full
Attitude from a drive thru worker
Drive thru worker at store #13970, date Jan-25-2023, time 4:13.
When I drove up to the menu/speaker no acknowledgment for a good minute. I ordered a drink all he said was "pull up" there was no 'is there anything else I can get you?' I found it very rude. Got up to the window, he told me my total, fine. My card got declined, swapping money around no problem. but I don't like feeling like I'm holding people up. I asked if I could pay inside, at this point he had my card and I had my drink. He told me I had to give the drink back, he did not give my card back until I gave him the drink. (I have a migraine and a 15 month old in my back seat) I get my child out of the car and go in, the cashier super nice, I told her that I was just through the drive thru and my card was declined and that I needed a large coke. She goes to get it for me, the guy from the drive thru starts telling her that "She can do it herself"
I don't know anything about his day and how it is/was going, and he didn't know about mine.
I don't think anyone should be treated that rudely, and I hope he's not normally like this.

I am writing regarding your Popeyes franchise here in Spanish Fork. Unbelievable is what I can say. I went there last Friday at approximately 3pm. There was 2 men, Josh and Jay working. That was it. No one in the kitchen to cook food. Orders were being turned away due to no food or lack of. They were doing everything they could to make the customers happy. Where is your staff, if you can't take care of the customers and their orders you should not be open. Those two men deserve a huge raise, bonus and pat on the back. The lobby should have closed. They didn't have time to put a sign up regarding being understaffed. If you don't have the help, you sir should be there working. I have also copied this and sent to corporate. I don't know where your work ethics come from but those two men showed you up and were amazing. I hope that if and when I choose to return, things will have changed for the better. If not, I suggest you sell and find another line of work.
Food and service. Hot wings not hot anymore
Russellville Arkansas Popeyes went thru drive thru made my order drove up and was paying my bill I ask the young lady a question and in the middle of me talking the lady picked up her phone and was talking to somebody on the phone. Why are they allowed to bring there phones to the line and the window ? I love your ghost pepper wings BUT there no hot anymore. Weeks ago they where hot and now just regular. If I can not get them hot I won't buy them any more. Manager in their store during the day hours needs to pull all there phone and put in there office they can have them on there breaks. Not happy with this popeyes.

My sister and myself are disabled. Its painful to walk into the store and up to the counter when we have two orders to fill, paid for individually. The new policy at the drive through stated above is to go back in line, after waiting how ever long we already have to place an order, pay and receive our food to place the second order in the car. For your information, there are many other choices along Wade Hampton Blvd, in Greer SC that would could visit. The new 1 order per car to me seems your people arent able to multitask two orders per vehicle? This policy is unheard of at any other food establishment in our area and may force us to use the many other options we have available who are more customer service oriented.

Chicken and customer service
They tried to serve me returned food from another customer because they gave him my food. It took 45 minutes to get my order. They acted like I was crazy for not wanting the food that had already been served to another customer that brought the food back after having it for 25 minutes. Serving returned food is against the law. This is not the first time but it is the first time I seen it happen I went in the store to see what was talking so long. That's when they told me that my order was served to someone else they said they would make my order over that's what 5 minutes later the man walked in and handed them the bag and said he got the wrong order and they asked him what was in the bag and he told them and they said here's your food ma'am I said that's not my food now this is very unprofessional and it's very dangerous even you do not serve returned food i'd like to know what is going to be done about this this is the location and ashland city tennessee i'm thinking maybe they do this at every popeyes that's owned by this particular business it is a franchise it said they owned a thousand or more restaurants anyway I hope something's done about it i'll never eat there again

Wait time hwy 58 Chattanooga
Why is the dining room always closed? Does the owner know at least 5 cars left after waiting over 20 minutes in drive thru line. I’m still waiting in line. I don’t know what’s going on inside but the line moves a car every 10 minutes. Are they short workers? The line is out to the main rd. People are circling building and leaving. This will be last time I come to this location. It’s ridiculous dining room is closed. Their loss is great of people leaving.

Popeyes at Dammam Airport employee is acting cheap, I ordered 2 piece chicken combo and the guy who was preparing the order put in 2 pieces but the other guy - probably the branch manager - told him to remove one piece and replace it with smaller piece, I highlighted this to him but he started to raise his tone insisting he did the right thing, I walked away and left him the order.

Order #8 on 1/13/2023, I place my order butterly shrimp and new wing, my shrimp was hard, I ask the supervisor if I can get some shrimp that not hard, she as the cook to make some more all them, and put the old one in the trash, I waited for 15 min, she said to the cook he to slow, once I got my order the cole slaw was sitting out for 15 min, look runny, I ask if I could have mash potoates, she said to me you put you hand on the coleslaw very nasty, told her she forgot my wings she very nasty, I ask her name she said she will not give me her name, she told the other staff to get my wing and get me out the store, I ask for the phone to corporate, she told the staff no to give me the nubmer when and, and still hollering from the back for me to get out the store, very unprofssional, very bad customer service. I contacted your office by phone last week. I have not heard back. I purchased Popeyes gift cards for a Christmas gift. I bought them at Target in Kingston NY. We tried to use them at Popeyes in Kingston NY they dont except them. I called Poughkeepsie NY, They dont except them either. We have nowhere local to use these cards. Do you offer a refund?

The manager at the Popeyes in Little Elm, Texas on El Dorado Parkway and FM 423, she was extremely rude to me and called me a [censored] inside the restaurant in front of customers, her own workers and worst of all small children in the dinning room. All this because I didn't answer her question. I got her name from an employee, the manager's name is Natalie.
Desired outcome: I hope someone from the popeyes managment team has a talk with this rude, curse talking mgr named Natalie, cursing infront of children who are eating dinner, just so wrong.

I got a Popeyes story for you, 1-6-2023, the Fort Smith AR. one on zero st.. I go there and there is a long line, two people give up their place in the drive thru, so I finally get to where you order and there is a sign that says please pull up to the window, well 20 min later I get there. I was getting 3 orders for the office and they proceeded to tell me they can only take one coupon from me so I explained how long I was in line and she said sorry, so I asked to speak to her manager and she said the same thing after I explained it to her, finally the manager got me her GM and no help there either, so asked for a phone number of her supervisor, she wouldn't give it to me and said she was the GM, to which I said well your a Horrible general Manager then and she told me in a very hateful way that I could just leave and then called me a [censored]. Poor customer service from from manager
On December 31st, purchased 10 pcs. chicken (spicy). I was told that it would be ready in about 12 minutes. I agreed to wait. My order was cashed at 5:05 PM. I waited for close to 20 minutes. Left the store at about 5:25 Drove home about 12 minutes away. Packed out my groceries and readied the oven to warm up the chicken. The chicken was all dark (refried). I broke a pc. from the leg, the bone was black (stale).
I took the chicken back to the store(6:10PM) to see if I could get an exchange for freshly cooked chicken. When I got to the store, I saw the manager and beckoned for him to come to talk with me, as my goal was to do an exchange quietly. Johny(Manager) as he claimed his name was looked directly at me and then averted his eyes. I spoke to the same young lady that had taken my order earlier (Lindsay) and explained the issue. She graciously agreed to exchange but advised that it would be 10 minutes and that she personally would go to the back to do the exchange.
I advised that I still wanted to speak with the Manager. Johny reluctantly came out, so I asked him to look at the chicken as it was not fresh. He asked for my receipt and promptly told me that I left the store 1 hour ago and as such he could not exchange as it was more than 3 minutes. He insisted that I left the store at 5:00 PM. I asked him how could my receipt be timed at 5:05, I waited for 20 minutes. How could I have left the store an hour ago?
Johny refused to do an exchange and advised me I had to elsewhere and insisted on a refund, I advised him I did not want a refund I wanted to chicken as that was what I had planned for my family's dinner. He said he could not replace the chicken. A refund had to be done.
I was in disbelief as in the store there is a sign displayed that "Popeye's employees had heart, and that they would not have any excuses, but would fix the problem". Clearly "Johny" missed that class and did not read that sign.
I got my refund, left the store that I won't ever return to, and I will ensure that my friends and family members go elsewhere as "Johny" advised.
Maybe if I had gotten loud and cussed, I would have gotten the service. However, I had no plans to cause a show. But Popeyes store #4736 needs new management. Johny needs to go as he is clueless about customer service. Lindsay on the other hand needs to take a bow.
Johny - your management skills suck, you need to be in the back washing the oil from the grill and sweeping the floors maybe that will make you humble.
