I placed an order when I picked it up I asked was the extra mash potatoes in there and was told yes! Guess what when I got home not only was it missing but also the one that went with a dinner so I paid 6.99 for 2 pieces of chicken no biscuit was in it either!

Ordered at store #10887 today on 11/10/21. Paid for a large coleslaw, large fries, and a chicken sandwich. Was given only partially full containers of coleslaw and fries and told that this quantity was normal while other Popeyes have never given us this little amount before.

To whom this may concern My name is Kierra Austin and I have been a loyal customer of Popeyes for the longest. Today I had quite an experience. I purchased a spicy chicken sandwich along with French fries. I began to eat the sandwich and noticed a nasty taste in my mouth. I proceeded to look over the sandwich and the entire back of my bun was filled with cooking flour.

This is totally unacceptable! I then went back to the Popeyes to return it and to show the manager what was given to me. The manager was completely rude to me and not once did he give me an apology for his store's wrong doings. I told him how that was completely unacceptable and he kept repeating "that's fine" I told him I would call corporate in this situation he then again said "that's fine".

With the way he treated me I can tell this has happened before, but this time it happened with the wrong customer. I will attach the photo I took to this email. I put in a report not too long along with the corporate office and I will be sure to wait for your response to this important matter. Thank you.

11/8/2021: I just purchased a chicken sandwich from the Cleveland Avenue store, East Point, Ga 30344. This is the second time that my sandwich has been unsatisfactory but the first time I am bringing it to your attention. My chicken breast was crunchy on the bottom. I removed the sliced pickle just in case I was wrong about this and the chicken meat was still firm and has a crunch to it. This definitely was not the coating. I examined the piece of meat and it was firm in some areas and tender in some. This leads me to believe that it was not fully cooked and not fit for consumption.
I get 20 minutes break and was not in a position to drive back and have it replaced. Like I said this is the second time I have not been able to eat my lunch which I pay good money for. This is the the only store it has happened in out of all the stores I regularly visit around Atlanta and the South.

I hope you can resolve this situation. I will continue to purchase my sandwiched but just not from the store on Cleveland Avenue.

Today, November 7, 2021 I placed a takeout order in the drive thru lane. I specifically placed an order for two (2) 8 piece family meals with mashed potato and three fried apple pies. I requested NO WINGS on my orders and asked for drum s ticks instead of wings. I had to repeat my order FOUR different times before she understood what I wanted. Upon m y arrival at home I find chicken WINGS included with my two orders. Do they not know the difference between chicken wings and drumsticks? This is a direct reflection on the lack of proper management. This makes the THIRD TIME in recent weeks that my takeout order has not been correct.

Complained 11/4 at 4:40 about me request for crispy chicken but so uncomfortable of the call returned recently with GM Shantel at my previous complaint with Popeye's chicken, Returned the call on the number on cell phone ended up to be her husband. When I called back according to her she was GM Shantel that left me a message on my cell phone regarding any additional concerns. The number I called was [protected] last call at 7:58 stating she is the General Manger Shantel at this location. I tried to contact Popeye's on the number provided [protected] but no one answers this line directly so dialed around as any customer would do. Tried to talk to GM Shantel but she wanted to over talk me so I said please talk and when I can talk let me know. When she was done, I spoke but over talked again. If i knew as a customer to go though so much for an extra crispy chicken, maybe KFC is the resolution.

the commercial with a black woman with half her chest hanging out is disgusting and very disrespectful to young girls and females in general

I have had a few experiences with Popeye's in Millen, Ga. The last 3 times I have been there the food and service was really bad. I understand that it is hard to keep good help these days but I feel that it is also good to keep the customer happy. Well the food has been cooked and cooked again making it dried out and taste really bad. The food actually looks like we ended up with the smallest pieces in their bin. I have given this Popeye's numerous times to make me feel good but that has yet to happen. I do not plan on visiting them again. I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way, just that I am willing to tell about it because we are wasting our money on food that we can barely eat. I let it go for the first 2 times with a mad but forgiving heart. I just can't let this time go as easy because we are spending our hard earned money to eat there and it is being wasted. I look forward to a answer back from you about your chain of Popeye's and tell me what you are going to do about it.

The date of the last incident was 10/31/2021 ($27.29) A receipt was not given at the time of purchase.
I would like a refund of all my transactions but I don't have the dates of the other 2 times. I just know that each one was over $30.00

I am at a loss for words regarding your latest tv ad featuring a very inappropriately clad, very divulging actress with almost showing everything up top for all to see. Her long painted fingernails, heavily made up face doesn't say anything about chicken or the quality of a meal at Popeyes. All it says is sex appeal sells and we at Popeyes, are going to exploit it to the max. I might understand this approach if one was selling adult items such as liquor or drugs or entertainment, but not for a chicken restaurant that I take my family to. Please come up with a less degrading type of advertising.

For two days straight i had issues with the same restaurant not providing the right item food the is ordered. But this time not only did i pay for a combo completely different, i also got a surprise with something looking like glue or crayon inside the beans and rice dish that was ordered with the chicken tender combo. Also, i my first order, i order for white meat chicken 3 piece white meat, instead got dark meat. This happen on day two.. First day, no beans and rice but instead mashed potato and gravy and neither one of all orders was spicy chicken. Can someone please investigate what is happening inside your restaurant and its a shame we cant even go inside to even check for cleanness etc.

I placed an order at the Popeyes in Glenwood, IL on my lunch break. I asked before leaving drive-thru how many sauces do I get for my order and was told 2. When I arrived back to work to eat, there were no sauces in my bag. I tried calling location to speak with some one to resolve issue, but the phone just kept ringing. There was no voicemail to leave message so I continued to try to reach someone over the phone. So still unable reach and speak to someone i decided after work to try to go back to location with my receipt and get sauces on my way back home. They do not allow any in at the location, everything is done through drive-thru. I tried to knock on door because of course the drive thru is completely busy and I shouldn't have to wait in drive thru for more than 20 minutes just to get the sauces that should have been provided in the first place. I am very upset with the way things played out. Also, with noway to speak with an manager at the establishment.

I just saw your new commercial. I cannot tell you how offended I am by this commercial.

You had a woman representing your company who was a class act. She was the reason I tried Popeyes.

Now you have a classless, scantily dressed woman representing your company.

Your diverse hottie sauce commercial is disgusting and advertises to young generations that sex sells. If you really gave a crap about your food you wouldn't have some slut with her tits hanging out trying to sell a sauce. Sure is sad that Popeyes is going down the same [censored] street that Carl's Jr. used to use. Now look at them. They are all but gone. More people care and have morals in America than the few "diverse, woke, blm etc" band wagon jumpers.
Popeyes has the best chicken out there hands down. You don't have to bow down like this commercial to sell your product. Wake up and get your morals back.

Arrived in the drive-through around 7:15 PM and the line was around the building. Decided to wait and see how quickly it moved and for 15 minutes moved approximately two cars. People were driving over the drive-through curb to get out of line because it was ridiculously long wait times. I understand that there is a labor shortage however how is it that with no dining room open you can't staff for drive-through. You know what's coming yet it's like nobody's there and working. you only have a proximately three stores even remotely close in the middle metro Detroit area and you guys are throwing away business with this type of service. Very disappointing

I have visited the Popeyes location on Charlotte Ave in Nashville TN THREE times, and found it closed. Yesterday, I went to the drive thru, and a voice said, "I'm very sorry, I'm not able to take orders at this time." My previous visit found the store totally closed at 130PM! Previous to this, I have complained about other locations but have heaped PRAISE upon THIS location. But while I love Popeye's, you're going to have to convince me to continue to visit your stores.
