I was going to call and have it replaced but with no luck the number is not working my bun on my spicy chicken was hard that I couldn't eat it I keep trying to give this place a change but with disappointment every time if it isn't rude staff it poor food never again will I stop here

Popeyes Unethical behavior/lacking public relation skills & training

Tonight (Sunday, May 30, 2021) approximately 9 pm, I went to the south MacArthur Drive Alexandria, La., store & purchased $40.00 worth of food items as I usually do to feed my entire family. Nothing no less than the 16 piece meals or 20 pieces meal with extras. This Popeye's, I worked in when Popeye's 1st came to Alexandria, La. Which is many years ago now. In any type sales, I'm trained, "the customer is always right." At any rate, I ordered the 16 piece meal with extras. When I drove up to the pay window this young man told me they didn't have 1 of the biscuits & asked would I like to exchange it out for an additional thigh & 1 side. "I agreed." After driving to my home, I find there aren't any biscuits or peppers I ordered on the side. Frustrated, I drove back to the Popeye's politely & courteously explaining what happened (along with the receipt). I'm now 70 years of age, the young man working the window had on a dark colored hooded jacket with the hood over the Popeye's hat, opened the window texting or playing a game on his cellphone. I explained to him my situation, he twisted the entire conversation & deal he presented to me. I reminded him again of the deal he presented to me, which had nothing to do with not recieving my biscuits & peppers. His response to me in a very sarcastic tone, "so you want your biscuits?" Before I could answer, he again asked the same question sarcastically. I responded, "yes, I want what I ordered Young Man." He blurted out, "that's all you had to say is that you wanted your biscuits." I replied, Young Man, it's self explanatory, look at the receipt I gave you you're holding in your hand." He then slammed the window & made some muffled remark about me to someone in the store. Later, he came to the window with 6 of the 8 biscuits comes with a 16 piece meal, reluctantly, I again had to remind him of the 3 peppers. He only gave me 2 of the 3 peppers I ordered & previously paid for. This isn't my 1st time ordering food from any &/or all the fast food establishments and as usual, come up short of something. This complaint isn't to cost the young man his job, for there's so many in the streets blatantly refuse to work or can't pass a background check. I did not drive back to the store adding extra mileage to my vehicle to be handled & treated in such an unprofessionalized manner. 'Especially when I'm not the one at fault." He kept my receipt with the store #, transaction #, times & name on it. So, the complaint I'm submitting to you is true. Again, I will not the Young Man be terminated from his job, However, a bit more of PR training & skills would hopefully alter/alleviate his attitude with the very folk who make up his paycheck, as well as monies for the Popeye's Corporate Offices and Affiliates. "Perhaps!" I'm a lifetime customer with Popeye's as well as a long time former employee & still, I'll continue to patronize Popeye's. Popeyes Chicken sandwich

I have been to 2 Popeyes in the last month and have had awful chicken sandwiches at both locations. I have loved your sandwich and always stop if I see a location where I am. I just ate at a location today in Keller, TX, I believe, and the sandwich was so rubbery it was not edible - 2 bites and threw it away. Prior to that I ate at a location on Beltline in Irving, TX which I have eaten at before and the chicken was so dry you couldn't chew it.
I don't think I will be ordering again. What a disappointment since I loved the sandwich enough to drive miles to find a location.

Popeyes Service

First of all, I do not have a product complaint. However, I am unhappy with the service at the Popeyes #13156, 3150 Telegraph Rd., St. Louis, MO 63125. Yesterday, 25 May, 5:02 PM, I placed my order. When I got it home, the red beans and rice I ordered were not in the order.

Today when I returned to the restaurant to order lunch and get the rice, the place was closed. A sign said it would open at 2:00 PM. I can see no reason for the restaurant to be closed in the middle of the day today, 26 May. This is poor business practice. How can I frequent a place of business that is not reliable?

Desired outcome: Reliable staff and hours and my red beans and rice.

Popeyes Service

I visited the Popeys Store
2665 Wesley Chapel Rd
Decatur, GA, 30034
Very bad service. The manage (female African American) arguing with a customer
who was let in by another employee by accident. She said she could not serve
all the people that was allowed to come in.
The drive thru was temporarily down because it was back up before we could
get our meal.
We ordered a 11 piece meal for $24.99 with 2 large sides. and biscuits
We took what we could because they were out of almost everything.
I just did not like the arguing because I was locked in the building with
2 uncontrollable people that could not be the bigger person.
I ask for spicy and I received mild. I ask for mixed and I did receive mixed
7 thighs, (1) Leg, 2 breast, (1) wing.
Worst chicken ever. I asked for a Large Strawberry lemonade and they only could give
me a Medium Fanta Strawberry with no money refunded.
The arguing was the stress I never know what may happen these days.
I need to be compensated for this chicken that I still have the next day.

Popeyes Incomplete order

I have had such a difficult time with the restaurants in my area. About 3 weeks ago I went through the drive thru ordering 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 large order of fries, 2 strawberry pies and 2 large drinks. When I got home I didn't have the 2 pies and I paid over $18.00 and I wasn't offered a receipt. I called the store and they said that without a receipt there was nothing they could do. I was upset. So I called back and spoke with Josh, the store manager. After telling him what happened he told me he was putting in the book I was going to get 2 sandwiches and 2 pies free. Well, I went up there today and tried to collect. I was told that they only had me down for 2 pies and no sandwiches. The food is good but the way you conduct business sucks.

Popeyes On-line order cancelled and no notification

I placed an on-line order for a 16 piece fam meal. 1 Hour later went to go pick it up. When I arrived, the sign on the door said "Doordash and on-line orders pick up from drive through. This was my first disappointment as it ended up being a 35 minute wait. When I got to the window, they informed me that my order was cancelled and to contact customer service for a refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund and a voucher for a 16 peice fam meal

Popeyes Got my order wrong at last two stores I went to

I went to the store in Russellville ar ordered 2 Brest an a wing an two mashed potatoes when I got ready to eat had one breast one thight an one piece I couldn't make out an two red beans an rice the second time was in attalla al I ordered the same got one breast one thigh an one leg one red beans an rice an one pototes an a biscuit that could have been used for a hockey puck i usually stop at a Popeyes at least twice a week but this is terrible service I drive a truck an a lot of the time I get my meals to go an I don't want to have to open everything in it to make sure it's right before I leave

Popeyes Special offer, and my experience trying to resolve iti

I did a 2 for 1 offer for chicken sandwich. HAD to take uber eats up on this. I added the items to my cart and went to checkout, but noticed I was being charged for 2 sandwiches. I did not place my order, but called my Popeyes location, Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil ON at listed phone number [protected]
Explained to woman and she said I should only order 1 sandwich and the free one would be added. Back to site and ordered 1 chick sand, oh coleslaw and a 4 piece dinner. Order came and there was only 1 sand. I called restaurant back, got a male this time. He checked order and of course he told me I only ordered 1. He tried to find the employee that I talked to, but some other woman, same accent, told me it wasn't her I spoke to! She asked the other staff and they said they had NOT received ANY phone calls. So I got EXTREMELY angry. Stewed all night and some this morning and decided I Am NOT going to let this go.
The ONLY reason I ordered was the offer. The $7 freebie equals the delivery cost and the handling fee. I am on a budget and look for any way to maximise my options. We do love Popeyes chicken so it was a win win.
Not the [censored] that followed.
At very least I want a coupon for the free chicken sandwich I didn't get.
