Fulfilling an Order
On August 8th, 2021, I placed a significant order with Prana Heart ($121.97). I got a confirmation of my order confirming that it went through and then a message that their staff was affected by the shortages and my order would be delayed.
I have yet to receive tracking information on my order. I have emailed them four times asking about the order (#301517) and to date have received no response. The number listed on their website doesn't work.
This was, in part, a gift - the birthday has passed but Christmas is coming. I would like my products but would accept a refund if the products aren't available.
To add insult to injury, I just received a email with them this morning "We hope you're enjoying your first order! Have any questions or feedback? We'd love to hear from you. As a reminder, for a limited time, you can get 10% off your next order!" Seriously? I can get 10% off my next order where I send them money and they give me nothing?

Fulfilling an order
I am filing a complaint because I placed an order on September 5, 2021 & I have yet to receive the products I ordered. On their website, it says orders are processed within 3-5 days & shipped out. On their website my order is still showing that it isn't even fulfilled yet! I emailed the company 3 times already & haven't gotten a response. All that was sent was an email that said they were very busy & orders will be late. This was an email that was sent to everyone on their email list. Now, just now, I tried to email them again and it says that the email isn't there anymore! I used the Shop Pay for the payment of these products. So now I have to figure out what I can do to have them get their money back to that I can stop making my payments. I do not want to pay for something I'm not going to receive.

I ordered a bracelet almost 4 weeks ago and have received NOTHING! I received an initial email from Prana Heart stating they were getting my order ready to be shipped. A couple of weeks later I got another email thanking me for my patience, as they were really busy and would ship my order soon.
I have emailed customer service numerous times...crickets. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and encourage others who have been scammed out of their money to do the same. I want a full refund! Do NOT purchase anything from this company!

Item never shipped, no communication
I ordered 3 Mala necklaces on the 21st of July, 2021. My card was charged but I can't look up my order. It still has not shipped, I have sent four emails and each time there has been no reply. Its like I don't even exist to them, but they took my money! If I don't hear from the company in the next week I will be disputing these charges with my bank. I would like to have my order shipped, or a full refund. My order # is 300784.

I placed an order on August 21st 2021 it is now August 27th I'm registered with shop for tracking information and I have received nothing I have sent at least four emails and have not got a response to any of them in this time at all I want to know why I want to know where my order, I have ordered from other companies since the 21st and received my orders from them but you have not even sent an email

Lack of response to queries
Over the past weeks, I tried to contact Prana Heart via their website (got an autoreply but never a follow-up), via email to their support desk (no reply), and by phone (the 855 number is not in service). I purchased several pieces of jewelry on April 8, 2021. One of the pieces, the Calm Under the Waves Turquoise Wrap Bracelet (Order #295588), was falling apart around the setting of the turquoise stone after less than 2 months. I also asked if the large stone was truly turquoise (it is advertised as such). I cannot wear the bracelet because of the unsightly appearance of the foil-like wrapping around the stone.
The only reply I received was an acknowledgment of my query. I have yet to receive an answer or a refund offer, which is what I prefer at this point.
Desired outcome: Refund of one of the turquoise wrap bracelets (the second one has not been worn)
Natural Labradorite, Aquamarine & Crystal Quartz Hand Knotted Mala Necklace
Your customer service is less than lacking, as a matter of fact it's sub zero. I received my hand knotted mala and after 2-days it was broken. I've emailed and phoned twice and absolutely nothing. What i did receive is an email to write a review and I did but it was far from favorable. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. Advice: answer your darn emails and get back to your customers rather than blow them off and ignore communications from them. I refuse to promote your business to my friends.
Desired outcome: replace the mala. I refuse to pay money to return it after reading the reviews from other customers.
I agree the customer service is sorely lacking.
Bracelet that supposedly was delivered but not to me
I ordered a Lapis and lava rock Hamsa bracelet from Prana Heart. It was reported delivered by USPS, but apparently was not delivered to my mailbox. It is quite likely that it was delivered to another person who decided to keep it. It has been investigated by Raul, the local postmaster at the Panorama City Post Office, 91402, and he agrees with my deductive reasoning about this "disappeared" item. Finders Keepers and all that. Considering that it was sent via USPS with a tracking number, they have at least $50 in insurance on the item, Prana Heart can afford to give me a replacement.

Wow that's messed up I'm going through that right now I ordered something on August 21st it's the 27th I've sent for emails no response nothing but they took my money I don't have updates on my order I don't even know where it is if it's been sent ship nothing will not order from this company again and I think I'm going to hit Facebook and everything else about this company
Failure to send item purchased
On October 15th, 2020 I purchased an item from Prana heart. The charge went through on my credit card and I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to ship. It has been two months and there has been no contact from the merchant despite two phone calls and an email with a screenshot of the charge on my credit card

There is no way I can reach out to this company. They took my money right away and yet I have no way to track my order or even to cancel my order.

I have been calling customer for several hours today because my order was to be delivered yesterday. I paid extra for expidiated order, but have not received the items I ordered. I have ordered twice from company before, but paid only for basic shipping and received items in a timely manner via "snail" mail. However, I requested 2 day delivery, paid extra, and this is 3RD day an no order recieved. What gives?

Good morning. I wish this wasn't so negative as I am contacting customer service for help and really do not want to complain. I purchased two of these bracelets, warmind for 2 weeks, and the bracelet broke right on my wrist. I really really love it and also put one away for a gift for this coming Christmas for a friend. I was wondering if you gotten any notices like mine? Have you come up with a better way of beating it so it won't break? I have one that I like to be replaced that's mine that is broken. And the second one is brand new still put away for Christmas. I do not want to give it away as it will break like mine did. I was not tough on it at all. I purchased two bracelets in early February and got an email saying I would get another email to say it was shipped. When I didn't get that I emailed them to see if they sent it, they said they would send it soon, be patient. Then I got an email saying they sent it. Still didn't receive anything and I asked for a refund...then several times I had to ask for a refund, now I have filed a claim with PayPal because the company, three months later, has not refunded my money and is no longer corresponding with me.
