this company used OEM parts to replace or repair when necessary. "Oh, yes, mam', only OEM parts. Sometime after purchasing the policy, I realized I did not have any information on what they do replace and price of deductible. I made 2 calls before I got the booklet. I finally got the booklet on 1-9-24. I was reading it last evening and under Schedule Of Coverages, it states that they can use remanufactured , non OEM parts or used parts at their discretion. This is exactly the OPPOSITE of what they told me when I inquired if they used only OEM parts for repair or replacement. Now, after calling, they tell me they can only give refunds within the first 30 days. They did not even send me the booklet (which is how I found out they can use anything they want) until 40 days after signing (and..like I said, I had to make 2 phone requests to get the booklet on coverage.) After reading the reviews, it looks like I am not the only one with problems with Premier. The first rep. I spoke with hung up on me,(bad cust. service) I would have never purchased a warranty policy without knowing if they used only OEM parts.(reason I asked this question,)please listen to the recording at time of purchase.
