The company called my cell phone to inform me that I have been selected and won a vacation.
I was transferred to Fernando to review the details of the "special offer" and basically you are offering a pre-paid vacation.
I had to confirm that I was over the age of 18 and had a credit card to check in to a resort.
In the end there was no free vacation or winning, they wanted me to pre-pay for a vacation $500 US per person that I could use at anytime.
In addition to that they wanted me to tour the resorts and there was a timeshare plug as well.
This was a huge waste of my time (on the phone for 30 mins). The best part is you cannot email them any questions or complaint they have that part of their website disabled, so you are stuck. Even thought it states in their Privacy policy that you can put your questions and concerns in writing and email them on the website.
What a poor way to run a business.

This is just a hustle, a rip-off. First they contacted me and offered me two vacations for $900. They always ask for the money up front. After I take the first vacation (which they screwed up the reservation), they tell me that I’m not eligible for the seconds vacation. They in turn offer me an alternate vacation package. This additional package costs extra. By now I have paid $900 for 4 nights at a Cancun 2 star resort with crappy service. I go ahead and pay the additional $650 for a 7 night vacation in the Dominican Republic. They then call me back telling me bad things about the Dominican resort. They tell me that there’s a rat infestation and that to cancel it in order to book something else. Turns out once I cancelled there’s no refund. (Which was never stated previously) and the only thing they have available is in Mexico.
They just stole from me and there’s nothing that can be done about that. Its businesses like these that do badly for Mexico. I then go to booking.com and find that there’s nothing wrong with the resort and they had it available for $380 without having to give the money up front and can cancel for free up to 2 days before. I learned my lesson. Do not accept anything from anyone saying “you won a vacation”. I believe that I was not eligible for the second vacation because I didn’t purchase any timeshare in the first vacation and they stole my $650 because either they didn’t have any business with the Dominican resort or they lost whatever business they had with them for having a bad reputation. I hope that it’s the latter.
This is a legal way to fraudulently obtaining money from unsuspecting families who are looking for a vacation, i was made to pay for a Dolphin Experience which never happened, i was given refund forms to complete to reimburse to my credit card, nothing, nada, zilch. After calling me religiously each day they stopped calling, stopped taking my phone calls, stop replying to emails, its like they never existed. I will not stop this campaign i will ensure whatever medium is available to get the message out with your help. SCAMMERS.
