Premier refining facial peeling mask
I have bought a few products from Premier Dead Sea physical shop located in Singapore AMK hub level 1 which including 1 anti aging cream,1 bio therma mask, 3boxes peeling mask and 1 medical device. All I spent was around $4200+ After several times of application the peeling mask, the skin around my cheeks and lips started to feel tingling, swollen and redness. As a new customer, I was persuaded by the salesperson to bought 3 boxes at one time to get lower discounted price. The outcome is far beyond the expectation. My skin was allergic every time applied the peeling mask and the picture I took was the worse condition. I don't think I will visit the premier shops again!
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a kind respond for my circumstance.
Scam, ripoff, lying, illegal, overcharging, grabbing my hands, touching my face
I bought a "nice" lotion and a bar of soap for $50 EACH and they are literally online for $15 EACH. I want a refund before I have to make anything legal. This is the last time I will be complaining before just legally reporting this scam. This was in Des Moines, IA and there is no reason I should not be refunded at LEAST the difference in price for each item. I have seen countless other complaints about this pace recently seeming like you do this to everyone. I would like a refund before this gets too out of hand for this "business."
Desired outcome: Refund $100
Product and service
On September 20, 2020 my husband ordered for me Classic eye serum and classic age defining cream (see the screenshot). Today I have received my purchase, which is great. However, when I opened the eye serum box I was unpleasantly surprised. The box was ripped off inside, because obviously the original bottle has been replaced with a fake product. No booklet, no list with ingredients. The product I receved looks absolutely different from what I saw in the company's website. What I received costs 3 times less than the original product for which I payed. I have attached pictures so you can see. I am absolutely devistated because it is such an arrogant attempt of a fraud. How can I ever trust this company? So dissapointed.

Rude email received
I had a free facial appointment which I was unable to go for since my babysitter had a last minute emergency. I admit I had to cancel and rescheduled twice before but both times I clearly explained why I was unable to attend. I have a couple of young children, one of them being a special child. And I clearly remember that day I emailed deadseapremier, my special child went through a phase where he did not like me using my phone, so instead of calling, I sneaked to compose an email to inform them that I would not be able to make it and apologized. Why couldn't I make it? Because my child was having one of his outburst.
After, I did not receive a call from them which is fine. It was a free facial and seeing as I wasn't able to make it or cancel the free facial (which I tried to cancel before), I figured if they didn't call then it is ok to forego it.
One year later... I recieve an email reply saying "to hell with u".
Seriously?! Do I even need to say more?
And that was all they replied, no name of who composed and sent that email. Just that it was from deaseapremier replying to my email one year ago.
one of your staff that was queueing up at a bus station
I was at Macau for my holidays and was waiting for the bus MT4 towards the other side of the island to have dinner at A'lorcha. I was there on 7 Jul and the bus stop is in front of Galaxy. One of your staff, was in your company's business suit and had suddenly came in front of me in the bus queue. So I clarified I was there first and was looking at the bus map to make sure the stops were where I'm headed to. I was there with my husband but she started hurling abuse to me like I'm from mainland China, not realising I am a tourist from Singapore and could understand word for word what she was scolding me. It happened at 6.30pm at the bus stop. Got me really disappointed with your service staff and I doubt I will ever buy any of your products again. If she was polite enough, she could have asked if I was in the queue and followed behind me because obviously I am in the queue with 3 other strangers in front of me. Please look into it closely.
eye serum
This product worked fantastic in the mall. I get it home doesn't even come close to what it did in the mall. I was told that doctor oz supports it. I was told a spa would be opening in the altamonte springs mall and that is why the big guy michael was there to help. He gave me his direct number to ensure no issues and email, neither of which worked after i got the product home and follow the instructions. I paid $535 for this nonsense. The worst part is that i was told there was 100% money back guarantee. Now i cant even get an exchange because i am beyond the 14 days exchange policy. I would and could have canceled the purchase immediately, but i disputed it and now im being charged back for it and cant even use it. I had an allergic reaction. So buyer beware this is not a good product and it isn't cheap. If there product was so good wouldn't they stand by the 100% money back guarantee the sales person claims it comes with. Oh and doctor oz is not a rep for this product of company!
Was Micheal in town as a "skincare expert" and "genius"? Did he apply the products to your face? I think he may be the person who defrauded me at the Gold Elements store in Nashville, TN. (Gold Elements is one of the brands in the Premier Dead Sea line.) By the way, I am surprised you were not a victim of the unpublished/not on display no refund policy. Check to see whether Assaf Amar is the owner/president of this store. If so, I am suing him in Tennessee. Please know that you are not alone! There are literally thousands of victims of this scam.
All of them!
Sold to me at" cost" by the "brother of the women who founded the company" who he said has a spa in Ny and only three other cities. The products are horrible! Very little volume and do not last the promised 6 months. The facial peel is a joke, and " peels dead skin" off almost any surface. The stuff that comes off is not skin cells! I looked under the microscope, no keratinocytes seen! I fell hook line and sinker and bought three mask products...two of which are almost identical and the mineral one you use with a magnet to remove OMG what a joke. I was in a rare mood at the mall that day. Lesson learned.
They cancel auction re-selling to preserve their prices
My mother spent alot of money on this stuff and, upon her passing, still had several unopened packages with no expiry dates. Wanting them out of the house, I put as much merchandise as would fit into a Standard Shipping Box, and put them up for sale on eBay for pennies (trusting the market to establish the "going rate"). Based on pictures in other auctions, these were the same items as being sold in other auctions valued between $250-$450 for the sets, and I was asking $20. Within days Premier contacted eBay and identified my products as bootlegs, based only from the pictures. As some have proprietary packaging (oddly shaped bottles) and all had either Copyright or Trademark stamps, I asked Premier (3 times over 3 weeks) to clarify specifically which items were bootlegged, so that I could sell the rest. I received no reply. eBay will shut down my account if they get another such report. They are not a "respectable" business with "honorable" practices.
Agressive, dishonest and a scam.
I was approached twice by these sales consultants, once on each end of the Fayette Mall. They were very invasive, asking personal questions and insinuating that I was unclean. When I tried to refuse one of the demos, the sales woman said "Why not? DO YOU NOT EXFOLIATE AT HOME?! Ugh." and then tried to proceed to guilt me into letting her demo a third product on me. I kept explaining to her that I was not a person to make impulse buys, and that if I was interested in the product that I would look it up online, or return after I'd done some research. She became very pushy and kept trying to negotiate. The price went from $170.00 to $200.00 to $140.00 and then finally to $50.00. When I rejected her final offer she became extremely rude and threw her "business card" at me and did not respond at all when I told her to have a good day. The other sales consultant, a man, made inappropriate comments and repeatedly made remarks about how dirty I seemed to be since his product was removing so much dead skin cells. I had showered about three hours before coming to the mall. When I told him I wasn't interested, he huffed and said "OHHH OKAYYY" and threw his hands up in the air.
The woman sales consultant kept asking me exactly what products I used, how often I used them, how I used them, how much I paid for them, and then made comments about them degrading them. I mainly mentioned many products from LUSH, and she kept mentioning how they were subject to United States laws and how they aren't allowed the freedom like Israeli companies. She also lied and said that natural beauty companies could not put SPF in their products since they couldn't be tested on animals. This is not true... there are plenty of natural SPF options out there.
I feel like these little stalls in the mall need to be dealt with. I understand that I could have simply just walked away, and that I could have firmly said no. But, they prey on the people who find it uncomfortable to do this. Many of the people they pulled into their areas were the elderly and those at the mall on their own. They are smooth and swift talkers and will counter anything you question of them. I don't mind a demo of a product, or very interactive customer service. But, I do mind when people get rude with me when I refuse a product, a very expensive product, that I do not want or need at that moment. And, to beat it all, you can get all of their products on Amazon for about half of their lowest price. They say it's worth $200.00, when you can get it online from between $25-40. These sales stands make me not want to go to this mall on my own, or to wear headphones when I'm there. I just want to browse and go to the stores I'd like without being harassed. I'm fine with many of the other stands that illicit attention because they will at least be civil.
Didn't disclose refund policy
My experience was very similar to those of other unfortunate victims of Dead Sea Premier kiosks. I was walking through the mall, en route to the parking lot, and a guy from this kiosk snagged my attention and offered to do a demonstration of the eye serum product. I really didn't have time to stop and be put through this demo, and I didn't feel like spending any money on cosmetics. But he worked his charm on me, saying flattering things and telling me I deserve to pamper myself. Now, I've bought cosmetics products before, and I would not have been surprised if the total came to $100-$120 for two products. So when this guy said, "How many pairs of shoes do you have? How many purses do you have? How many faces do you have?" I thought, well, I have just this one.
I know I should've asked the prices instead of assuming they'd be approximate market price, but even so, a customer should be able to get her money back if she decides it's more important to pay the bills. I should also have asked about the refund policy. I just figured it wouldn't be all that expensive, and anyway I was all the way across town and unlikely to return a product. I didn't plan on it, at least.
After the transaction went through, he tried to sell me something else. I don't even know what he was going to try to sell me next. He seated me on a makeup chair and said, "You will bless the day you met me..." That's when I looked at the receipt and saw $434.40 listed as the amount for this stuff. I suddenly got really sick to my stomach. That was an excessive amount and more than I could afford. Worse, it was an impulse buy, brought about by pressure tactics and guilt about my having only one face.
The salesman, however, has two faces. He has the one that tells you you deserve to be pampered, and then he has the one that tells you you don't get your money back. When I asked for a refund, he pointed to a sign that was not visible from where I had stood. The sign says "No Refunds - Exchange Only." Of what use is a sign if it is not prominently displayed? Plenty, if you're the salesman.
So, not only were there no prices listed, there is also no refund, AND the sign saying no refunds is not placed where customers can see it. Of course I should have asked what the products cost, and what was the return policy, but even before that, I should not have fallen for that "How many faces do you have?" line, and I should not have even stopped for the demonstration. I was not in the mall because I wanted to specifically stop at that or any other kiosk. It was completely unplanned, from beginning to end.
Anyway, the guy got on the phone with his boss, and he told me that if I would come back on Monday, "she will help you for sure." So today, Monday morning, I drove all the way across town (which is an hour each way, by the way) to try to talk to the manager about getting a refund. She asked me what is wrong with the product, and I told her that it's unopened and the only thing wrong is I need to pay bills. She said it's not up to her because "it's a global company." She said it isn't possible to give me a refund. She tried to sweeten the pot by giving me a jar of exfoliant and a jar of lotion - a $240 value, according to her - to mollify me "because I want you to leave with a smile on your face, " she said. This is probably only possible because they mark up the prices of their products specifically in case of customers like me, who want a refund. They won't make any money if they give you your money back, but they won't lose so much if they promo some of their inventory, especially if it's not really $240. If they happen to sell any of it, that's just icing on the cake.
I asked for a phone number for a corporate office, and she gave me a number [protected]. When I called that number, I was informed that the corporate people have no control over the kiosks, because the kiosks are run independently. In other words, it was within the manager's capabilities to grant me a refund. She had told me it was up to corporate, and corporate told me it was up to her. My guess is that she was out far less than $240 giving me a couple of jars of stuff than she would have been if she had given me my $434.40 that I initially spent.
I didn't want the freebies. I didn't want any of the products. A complimentary jar of lotion does not pay the bills. I'm not going to see that money again. The only thing I can say is, the products supposedly last for two years, which means I won't have to spend any money on facial care products for two years. Who knows, the stuff might actually be all right. But I can't get any pleasure or enjoyment out of it, because of the circumstances surrounding my purchase. Whether I use it or not, I will not be returning for more.
Some words to the wise: ask prices. Ask to see the return policy. Do not purchase if you can't afford the products. Don't fall for any guilt trips like, "You have only one face." Yes, you have only one face, and it's probably fine the way it is. Keep using your normal skin care products. You also have only one roof over your head. It isn't your purpose in life to help these con artists keep one over theirs. If they call out to you in the mall, remember that this is an American mall, not a bazaar on the spice route. You choose the shops you go into. You're not seeking these people out. They're after you. They figure you have money to spend or you wouldn't be in the mall in the first place. They figure they should get a chunk of it. Well, they shouldn't, based on their business practices alone.
But, if they get you on a hook, just go right up to them and tell them, "Are you trying to tell me there's something wrong with the way I look? You have disrespected and insulted me, and there's no product you could sell me that would take back that disrespect." That's one thing these salesmen would probably hate to hear. They like to think they're so charming and smooth. If some guy who doesn't know you from Adam seeks YOU out and tries to tell you you need something for your puffy eyes, after telling you what a beautiful woman you are, he's just insulted you. He will insult you further if you let him, by taking your money. He will again insult you by telling you you're basically stuck with a product, no money-back guarantee. He's telling you he has so little faith in his product that he doesn't expect you to return for more in the future, so he better get all he can out of you now. (However "puffy" your eyes are - or aren't - when he tells you they're puffy, that's nothing compared to how puffy they'll be after you finish crying over the money you flushed down the drain.)
If you take control of the situation from the beginning, letting him know that you will not do business with such an insulting individual, and then walk away, then not only have you saved yourself a bunch of money and time, you've also put the little jerk in his place.
I did suggest to the manager of this kiosk that she put the "No Refunds" sign where customers can see it, or at the very least tell them that she doesn't give refunds, and she agreed that it would be a good thing to do, but I'm not holding my breath. If she did, she would scare a lot of customers away. On the other hand, if she and her salesman would be upfront and honest about prices and refund policy, and not live by scamming people and not rely on one-shot deals to make sales, maybe people could feel some modicum of trust when stopping by their kiosk. In the long run, honesty would be the more lucrative way to go. Then maybe they wouldn't have all these complaints and negative reviews.

Rip Off & Scam
I live in Greenville, SC, and was ripped off by Premier Skin Care at the Haywood Mall in Greenville. I've filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and I urge everyone who has posted here to file one too! Go to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en#last
How did they rip you off because I just bought from them last week and they charged me twice...just wondering if that is what they did to you and how you handled it?
Kiosik Scammers
Totally ripped off. I paid over $1, 800.00 because I am idiot. Same products on Amazon for 20 cents on the dollar ! Smooth fast talking salesman at a kiosk in the West field Mall in Santa Ana. I have NEVER in my life been so thoroughly conned. The products are nice but not made from gold. . Do NOT stop at their stand . Run past they work as a tag team, investment in your skin, , claims are unbelievable. . They ring the items up separately, pile on the "gifts", family benefits . To say I have buyers remorse would be an understatement. My mother is spinning in her grave.

THATS RIGHT DO NOT STOP TO GET YOUR MONEY TAKEN FROM YOU..
IT COULD BE FOR SOME PEOPLE AS IF THEY BEGIN FEELING LIKE THEY 'AVE-TO' BUY SOMETHING..
THEM SOUTH AMERICANS (MOSTLY) WORKING THERE ARE LIKE THAI PEOPLE WHO ARE DESPERATE FOR MONEY..
THEY KNOW ME WELL NOW, AFTER I HAD TO KEEP WALKING AND TALKING THIS:
"MY BATHROOM'S A SHOP!", "I DONT THINK SO..."
SO YEA, BE AGGRESSIVE OR COMPLETELY IGNORE THEM, MOISTURIZING CREAM AND SAND... YUKKK!
DIMMER THEIR MOODS, ONLY A GOOD SALE "AMP'S" THEM UP, TRY TELL THEM TO PISS OFF
I got my money back! Had to fight hard. Got it on video. https://www.facebook.com/jill.nelson.75 Feel free to watch and share it! These scam artists have got to go!
I was also approached by a relentless salesgirl at the Westgate, St Luke's Mall in Auckland, New Zealand. Seems these people use mine (and many others) hard earned cash to jet set around the world selling their phoney wares ! Much like others who have commented, this stuff was utter crap and $250 worth of crap at that ! I also attempted to return my products without success so all I can say is "BUYER BEWARE". If you have money to burn be my guest otherwise "EYES STRAIGHT & FULL STEAM AHEAD ! Do NOT stop for these charlatans.
Scam. Rip off
Dead sea premier kiosk
Scam. Robbery. Dirt bags. Boca raton town center kiosk has these vultures out watching. They go fishing for you while you are walking by. They lie and tell you that they are owners of the company. The offer starts at $400 for the scrub and day cream. Then you say. . . " i'm not spending $400 on products". They start offering you items for free. Cleansers. Toners. Serums. After the $400 offer, it went down to $200 for the same products. Then they give you a free demo. At this point you're looking for a clean getaway. They even took out dummy receipts of $10, 000 to say that some other victim spent that much money on the product.
I called them and told them that they must return my money after i saw the same items on web sites for $10 - $13. I told them i would file a complaint with the mall owners and file a fraud complaint.
They lie and steal from the public. The product may work but they are over charging and lying to do so.
Moral of the story. . . When at the mall. . . Keep walking!
I am disgusted at the way these people are abusively charging the public.

My friend and I had the same experience in Nashville Tn in June of this year. We too are disgusted with the way they are able to get away with their sales practices. We have already started complaints with the BBB and the state of TN. On Aug 13, we will be demonstrating at the mall. If there are any other victims out there that want to join us in a peaceful demonstration... happy to have you with us.
To be fair, the food isn't that expensive, $80 for 4 people at Taco Bell is more than just a late night snack. Hell, $80 for 10 people seems expensive at Taco Bell.
burned my face
I was stopped by this young guy, I'm. Handicapped and he took advantage of me, he bribed my 2 young granddaughters to keep me there, he really didn't touch my face and he showed me the cotton ball and he thought it was dirty, the cotton ball was clean. I left with 2 bags that I thought was. $163.00. The guy, Gal lied to me I never got the receipt that he said was in the bag. My. Bank. Statement total was $983.91, I flipped . When I tried the cleaner, it burnt my face raw. I went to return everything. The young lady said she couldn't help me she just said no. Returns. I never saw no returns sign and he never once say no returns. I would have not made any purchase. From him. BIG TIME SCAM. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau, already reported them to the mall leasing manager, taking them to small claims, and making signs to put on my handicap cart. Going to ride around their space, to let people know that they are scamming People.
Tasha, I didn't come here to argue with anyone, I just wanted to let others know about the premier by dead sea. So you can say mean things I don't give a ###. Go away !

Tasha4 is right these people are scammers that work at the kiosks. I have interacted with these people. They use unethical tactics to sell their products and anyone without a cosmetology liscense should not be touching your hair or skin!
Tasha4 is filled with blatant hatred.
Over-priced
I was walking through the Parkland Mall and was enticed into trying the Salt-scrub for my hands, I did like the salt-scrub, but thought that $50 per jar was too expensive. However, the sales girl "EVA" talked me into it. She then convinced me to buy the Premier Eye Serum. Now, I did like both products and bought both, I spent $100 on (2) jars of the salt-scrub and I spent $90 for the Premier Eye Serum. Total $199.50 (including tax). Now, six months later, I decided to buy another bottle of Eye serum, I went online and found a web-site called "Magic Spa . Net" where my original $90 bottle of Premier Eye Serum sells for $58.95 CAD a $33 dollar difference. I ordered the bottle and paid using Pay Pal, for security. Note; Canadian and US dollars are currently on par, so prices in US and Canada should be the same. The secret ingredients in the salt-scrub is nothing more than regular sea salt and baby oil. Read the ingredients on the bottle. I discovered that I can make my own salt-scrub using the following; I buy (2 cups) of Himalayan Natural Crystal Salt from my local Health Food Store and I add 1/4 cup of Baby Oil, mix it up and store in an air tight container. It works exactly the same as the Premier Salt-scrub, at a fraction of the cost.

SALES TACTICS
ON NOV 29TH I VISITED THE MALL AND THE FIRST PERSON I ENCOUNTERED AND WAS MOBBED BY WAS A SALESMAN FROM THE KIOSK. AFTER 2 HOURS OF ON AND ON SALES PRESENTATION AND PRODUCTS ON MY HANDS AND FACE AND EYES I WAS CHARGES OVER $2000.00 IN PRODUCTS SOME OF THEM WERE ALSO DUPLICATE PRODUCTS BUT WITH OTHER NAMES. I DID NOT TAKE THE PRODUCTS WITH ME AS THERE WERE MANY BOXES AND I WAS ON VACATION. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SHIP THEM IN 7-10 DAYS . UPON MY RETURN ON THE 2ND OF DEC. AT 748AM I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED THEM NOT TO SHIP THE PRODUCTS AS I DID NOT WANT THEM AND ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY OTHER. THEY SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL BACK I GOT A CALL AT 3:58 PM FROM STATING THAT THE PACKAGE HAD BEEN SHIPPED! I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE PRODUCTS AND THEY SAID NO RETURNS WERE ACCEPTED, I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS NOT RETURNING ANYTHING SINCE I DID NOT HAVE THE PRODUCTS. I REFUSE THE PRODUCTS ON DEC 6TH DELIVERED BY UPS AND THE NOTICE STATED THAT THEY HAD CERTAINLY BEEN SHIPPED ON DEC 2ND BUT NOT UNTIL 9:46PM.
I ASKED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO RETURN THE CHARGES AND AS I DID NOT HAVE THE PRODUCTS THEY RECEIVED A LETTER FROM "EMPORIUM RETAIL", SENSATION SERVICING COMPANY STATING THAT AS SOON AS THE PRODUCTS ARE PAID FOR THEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED, WHETHER YOU HAVE THEM IN YOUR POSSESSION OR NOT.THEY STATE THAT THE SALES CANNOT BE REVERSED AND BECOMES FINAL THE INSTANT THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE IS SIGNED.
I WROTE A LETTER TO THE MALL ADMINISTRATION ON JANUARY 4TH ASKING THEM TO HELP ME RESOLVE THIS MATTER AND NEVER RECEIVED AN ANSWER. AS OF THIS DATE, OVER THREE MONTHS, I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY SENSATION PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE NOT TRIED AGAIN TO SEND ME THE COSMETICS. I WOULD THINK THAT BY THIS TIME THE PRODUCTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN RESOLD AND RESOLD.
NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT ONCE YOU DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE YOU DON'T HAVE THE ENERGY TO VISIT OTHER STORES IN THE MALL AND THE OTHER TENANTS IN THE MALL SHOULD BE UNHAPPY OF HOW THIS IS AFFECTING THEM AS WELL.

Sales Kiosk in mall
Hi:
I have read several complaints about the kiosks in malls that sell these products. I went through this scam in Vegas while going through the PH Mall and got ripped to the tune of $625.00. What a fool I was. They sure are good at talking fast and getting you out. I hardly knew what I had when I left. At any rate, the products are good, and I do find that they work. I wanted to let others know that I found them and the same things plus more that I was scammed for in Vegas on amazon.com. I got the whole bag of same products for under $100.00! I just wanted to help someone who might have liked the products like me, but were scammed at a mall kiosk. Now I find that the products are fine and also actually reasonable at the right place. Hope this helps someone that might have been as stupid as I was, but liked the products.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Well count me in as one that was duped aswell. I did read on the receipt after reading your comment. Too Late. Went onto the internet and and discovered the same products being sold for a third of the price. Even with shipping it would work out far less than what I paid. I must admit that the product is good but unfortunately there is NO PRICE Controll.
I like big butts and I cannot lie. You other brothers cant deny.
I got ripped off, too. I went to Discovery Mills Mall in Georgia, and got stopped in one of their kiosk. So, the people working there were extremely nice. They offered me cream for my eyes. They "promised" a two year supply for the cream. It looked like a great offer to me. So, I purchased it and let the sales woman write "Two Year Supply" on my reciept. So, I finished the cream and went to the mall to get another cream. Of course, it was a scam. They started telling me there's a different owner and don't know anything about this deal. But the company's phone number, name, and so on was the same. They are liars and it's all a scam, no costumer service, no returns . Please be careful and keep caution.
Pyramid Scheme
At Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco. This lady with an accent lured me to the kiosk. She used something that is like cleanser on my skin and start giving me those statements on how I should take care of my skin better. I decided to try it out since she said she'll give me a discount for it at the cost of $40, then I gave her my debit card and before she rung up the product, she told me to stay and ask me to check out another one of their products. Then, after that, she tested a third product on me and told me she's going to include it as a gift. In conclusion, the final price was way beyond that cleanser thing that I originally plan to pay with my card, at nearly $270! I told them, I'll skip the second and third product and I'll just stick with the cleanser. However, they WILL NOT let me go and still use their tactics to convince me to spend $270. Then, what I believe is the store the manager came out and said "I'll pay for the $40 one for you so you'll only have to pay $230". He even showed me the $40 in cash out of his wallet. Then to avoid getting into the argument with them, I responded "I'll stick with the cleanser and if I like it, I'll come back" but they still didn't let me go. They then dropped the price from $270 to a ridiculously as low as $115 and I still avoided it. After wards to avoid any further confrontations, I ended up buying the second product they've tested on me for $70, which is a moisturizing cream with a bar of soap. When I actually used the product, it's nothing different from Ponds which I could get it for $8 at Walgreens vs. this garbage at $70, or as they claimed it, originally $200. This company is truly a pyramid scheme and how should I report to the mall on them?

Sales Tactics
RUN ! Do not walk away from these sheisters and con artists!
Having tried to resolve this issue (I want all my money back, $500 in exchange for their shoddy products) first directly with the involved sales associate (Yoshi Sofan [protected]), secondly with his purported manager (Kobi - [protected]), and thirdly, through the customer service link on the company's website (www.premierdeadsea.com) I now turn to you in the hopes of a final resolution because I never received a response from anyone associated with this company.
The sales people's techniques go way beyond what is acceptable (they will charm and cajole you and WILL EVEN PROMISE YOU A DATE!), do not have their merchandise priced, have extremely thick accents that prevent you from understanding them - or they claim not to understand you - keep throwing merchandise in a shopping bag that was initially told to be free but for which one gets charged a ridiculous amount of money. For instance, their Miracle Noir Mask is priced on their website at $165.00 but at the kiosk they claim it is ppriced at $300.00!

I was badgered into buying the special eye cream and serum set from these people. That night my eyes swelled, got red and itchy from the products they put on me. I tried it again and the same thing happened. When I read my slip, it was all sales final. Shame on me for buying this garbage. $140 later in the trash. Really, don't fall for it. I asked for samples to try at home first, but they wouldn't give me any. Now I know why! If you have to, be rude and keep on walking!

Okay...I agree that I got ripped off at a kiosk Northpark Mall in Davenport, Iowa. I purchased the Premiere Anti-Aging Cream and pump gel, the also threw in a few more products, for a total of 5 products and paid around $500.00! STUPID? Yes! BUT, I loved the products, all of them. I recently paid $60 on Amazon for the Premiere Anti-Aging Cream and tried the Psoracalm cream. My skin is extremely sensitive and I also have psoriasis (which I see a dermatologist for). My face was red, bumpy and peeling on my nose and above my eyebrows. I tried the Psoricalm cream and I also layered on the Anti-Aging cream and the redness, peeling and bumps were remarkably GONE within a few days. NOTHING, even my prescription creams worked prior to this. So, I recommend the Psoracalm cream and the anti-aging cream, but DO NOT buy from a salesperson or their website, go to Amazon or find another distributor online.
I had the same situation today at the Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax VA. I had arrived there 20 minutes before any of my favorite stores opened. I had nothing to do and the guy from the kiosk stopped me, he applied some sea salt on my hands, and offered me 2 salts, plus shampoo, plus hands cream for $112. I said I will think about it, he went on and on with his products and how wonderful they are and how I need to use them because I need to take care about my skin. Then he showed to me the Eye serum, so wonderful, he even opened the web site with price on this serum that was $295 or close to it. Then he actually demonstrated the product and applied it under my right eye, the price went down to $100 - and “it was only for me, because I need it so much and he cares about customers, of course he would not make any profit on this sale, but he just want me to have it…”. I bought the serum. Then I went to another store and in the fitting room I looked on my face at the mirror, the skin under my right eye was swelled, and started itching. I ran back to the kiosk and told the guy I don’t like his product, I got some allergy and it feels weird under my eye and look much worse than before, he said - no it looks better. I told him I want refund, after 10 minutes of fight he finally agreed to give me refund. My daughter had noticed the difference between the skin under my eyes when I came back home. I guess that was my lesson, my inner voice was telling me all along: don’t buy anything from him, it is scam, he cannot sell $300 and $2000(that he said he has) at some suspicious kiosk in the mall hallway, which is so ridiculous. I should listen to myself, because I felt so stupid and tired all day after that purchase and return conversation with the guy. Don’t trust them, run away.
I got scammed too in New Jersey at a mall. The guy grabbed my arm and pulled me into the kiosk. He was very attractive and sweet; but a typical salesman. I wound up buying some of the stuff like a fool; but he promised me a "gift" of a credit towards their product. Well, when I got the bill there was not a credit at all. I am writing and calling my credit card company and refusing to pay part of the bill. They are a bunch of liars and their stuff is WAY overpriced. We need to stand up to these foreigners who are ripping us all off. Regardless of whether the product works or not - the issue is their strong arm tactics. I guess I'm a sucker; but I will stand up for myself.
