I cancled my move with this compny a week before they were suposed to pick up my things cuz plans had changed. But Daniel Navarro was so cool about it and gave me my refund right away. He didn't even try to make me feel bad or anything. He was always easy to work with from the start and if I ever need to move again, I'll def work with these guys or any company that Daniel works for!
I had a good time with this company
I had a good time with this company. I needed to move out suddenly for personal reasons and I called around like crazy. Many companies tried to give us quotes over the phone but when Dave called he offered us an in-home or video estimate. Because it was so last minute we went with the video estimate, Henry called right away and gave us a fair price for the move and got us scheduled for two days later. The office staff was very communicative, they let me know when the truck was arriving, they let me know when it left California and the driver reached out a few days before it arrived in Austin. The delivery was uneventful and everything came in good shape. Very happy to recommend Presto Movers to anyone who is looking.
I paid $5000 (originally quoted $4500) for a move from California to Idaho
I paid $5000 (originally quoted $4500) for a move from California to Idaho. The move was supposed to happen on May 5th, but my belongings didn't arrive until May 9th. I tried to contact Henry, the sales rep, many times, but he didn't respond until I posted a bad review. He called me right away and said I had to take down the review if I wanted to find out where my belongings were and when I would get them. When my belongings finally arrived, they had over $6000 in damage and some items were double marked, which increased my rate from $4500 to $5000. Henry offered me $600, but there was a catch. I had to take down all bad reviews and write a five-star review. Otherwise, I wouldn't get anything for my damaged goods. I think this is blackmail and an attempt to take away my freedom of speech. My dad always said, "Sometimes you have to count your losses and stand your ground." I don't like blackmail (and I saved Henry's text telling me to take down the review). Shame on this company and shame on Henry.

I called Presto Logistics to move my stuff from Cali to Georgia. I did it 7 weeks early and it was easy. The customer service was friendly and answered my questions. I got a quote through Facetime with Henry which was *** for 300 cubic feet and I paid a *** deposit to book it. My pickup date was Monday (1/17/22) and I finished packing on Friday (1/14/22). I realized I had more stuff than what was on the original quote, so I called Presto and spoke with Dave Parlo. We went through my inventory again, and he emailed me an updated quote to sign, still priced at $2600. On Monday (1/17/22) at 6:00 am, about 6 guys showed up to my home ready to move. As soon as the last box was taken out, the head guy says "sorry, you have to pay a little more"! I told him I spoke to Dave already and he kept saying there's nothing he can do, and charged me for 25 more cubic feet. The price went from *** to *** for 25 more cubic feet. My belongings arrived to Georgia 8 days later on 01/25/22. The 18-wheeler wouldn't make it down my street so I had to rent a truck and meet the driver at a nearby parking lot. The driver was alone and didn't have any movers to help. He offered to unload and load my truck by himself no problem but that would've taken him a long time and I didn't want to stand around and just watch him struggle so I hopped in truck and helped him out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Presto Logistics, Inc. charged us $*** more than they said they would and messed up our stuff. They broke a Quad and a couch, even though they packed them. The people who handle claims for them didn't even look at everything we said was damaged. We want them to pay us back for what they did.
Presto Logistics messed up big time!
Presto Logistics messed up big time! They didn't put together our stuff, and they even used our own boxes to move our things from Simi Valley, CA to Genoa, NV. On February 4th, they picked up our stuff from our old place. Then, on February 7th, they dropped off our stuff at our new place. We got some people who worked for Presto Logistics to back us up on this. They even signed some papers saying that they saw what happened. When they dropped off our stuff, they dropped our Samsung Washer and broke it. It's a Samsung Model #*** and it cost us $899.00 plus $270.00 for the stand. We had to pay Any Appliance company $288.85 to see if they could fix it, but it was beyond repair. The dryer wasn't working right either. We got it refurbished for $749.00 plus $270.00 for the stand. They also broke an antique side table that was worth $600.00, a patio bar cart worth $700.00, a decorative Rooster Statue worth $40.00, and two Crystal Platters worth $250.00 together. They even messed up the walls when they dropped the washer and moved our stuff into our new place. We had to pay $450.00 to get that fixed. They also broke the glass on our computer table that was worth $350.00. They said they would put our TV together, but they didn't. We had to pay $239.00 to get that done. They even used our boxes to pack our stuff, which was worth $500.00. They didn't even put together our Sauna right. They left out some screws, and that's worth $200.00. They also didn't put together our dining table right, and that's going to cost us $150.00 to fix. We haven't even opened up all of our stuff yet, and we're worried that there's even more damage.
Thank you for the great service from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with Henry and I felt like I was cared for from start to finish.
