I booked a rental car for my trip to Florida I paid Easerent RAC in full 139.00 I have the paid invoice & credit card receipt. Priceline still charged me 78.00 and provided different explanations 1 gave charges that I paid showed on invoice, then said they had to hear back RAC Company this was in 4/8/24
I booked 1 room 2 guests 3 nights Planet Hollywood Cancun this was for my daughters wedding. I was charged 1977.68 this included a rental car that I never booked, this amount never gave any break down. I finally received a 22.00 refund for the car and I received an email from Priceline stating the hotel charged for 3 guests not 2. Priceline made the reservation I didn't, hotel issued 2 wristbands for our room and were returned before we could board shuttle to airport
I booked a car through Priceline @NuCar Rental paid 141.00 this included coverage I was then charged 127.00 by the RAC company for the rental and coverage I filed a complaint with BBB, Priceline never responded. I have all correspondence, receipts. this has taken hours days of my time not to mention the anxiety, anger and disappointment. I feel completely hopeless and taken advantage of.

Claimed loss: 78.00 Florida RAC651.66 extra guest CANCUN127.54 Nu RAC

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund for the money I am owed 857.20 The charges listed
