wen i joned the Proffesional Travel Center program, my heat pump brok. i worked with *** from Home Improvement, who sent a crew from Experts HVAC Solutions to help me. they were able to get me just the right heat pump unit for my needs. *** and his crew from Experts HVAC Solutions were professional, courteous and went out of their way to help me when unexpected issues came up. i appreciate their help and i am very happy with the work they did.

Kitchen and Bath planning: I just finished planing 2 kitchens and 6 baths with Professional Travel Center, LLC. During the planing our home was under renovation, walls and dry wall were removed in some areas and new rough-in walls were put in other places. Me and *** worked entirely via Zoom and coordinated with my contractor via Zoom. I was not on site but in a third location. I visited a local cabinet dealer to see the kind of cabinets (***) being suggested by ***. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks and it went very smoothly from start to finish. *** is a real professional with great design sense and sage suggestions. Before the order was placed, I had my contractor double check her cabinet suggestions for measurements. A few minor adjustment were made and the order was placed. The cost of cabinets ordered compared to their retail prices was palpable savings. My wife and I are most pleased with the cabinet designing and ordering process. I commend *** for her professionalism and insightful design assistance. Doing kitchen and bath design virtually was not a problem, I recommend it.

Me and my wife are really happy with Professional Travel Center program. We've been members for a few years and the first benefit was saving money on a new water heater. Then we saved big on Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. We loved how it turned out. We also saved a lot on painting our house exterior. They recommended a local company in Denver that went above and beyond. We are so happy. We have two more projects coming up - Carpeting for the second floor and more Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. The people at Professional Travel Center really care about their members. Matt and *** and others are great at helping us and giving us good customer service. We're excited for more projects and maybe some travel too. We're happy we joined PTC and our money is well spent.

we went to a talk in Clearwater Florida. we didn't buy the thing. they said they'd give us a $100 Amazon card for our time. but we only got a $5.00 card.

I bought a bed set (bed, dresser, and 2 nightstands) from Crate & Barrell through PTC in Sept 2021. They tried to deliver it many times, but the dresser and nightstands were messed up every time, so I didn't want them. Crate & Barrell gave PTC their money back in July, but PTC hasn't given me my $2,017.23 back yet. I've emailed and called PTC a bunch of times asking for my money, but they haven't helped me. Can you help me get my money back soon with ACH?

Professional Travel Center, LLC is a great travel agency. They have a wide variety of travel options and their staff is very helpful in finding the best deals. The website is easy to navigate and the booking process is simple. They offer great customer service and are always available to answer any questions.
