Psychology Today Avoid Parker Ruben Counseling Center, PLLC at All Costs

As a Psychotherapist, I strongly caution against engaging with Parker Ruben Counseling Center, PLLC. They have a history of taking money they should not take and providing a nightmare experience for professionals. Despite having the academic credentials, they refused membership and still charged fees. Numerous attempts to seek explanations and refunds were met with ignorance and lame excuses. If you value your time and money, steer clear of this center.

Psychology Today I found the BEST therapist for my kids!

I was searching for while to find the perfect therapist for my kids who was passionate and a specialist at what they do. MSB Counseling Services Inc. has been a true BLESSING! The dedication, resources, and just compassion she has is just incredible. It is very hard to find a professional in any field who is actually passionate about what they do and always want to do the right thing no matter what. I recommend MSB Counseling Services Inc and rate it 10 out of 10. My family had found a new friend.

Psychology Today Wonderful Counsellor!

Melinda has been seeing my husband and I for addictions counselling. I found her website on google and booked with her. We do our sessions over zoom. I was concerned about doing a zoom session but she's been so so wonderful! The progress we've seen over such a short period of time is amazing. She creates a safe environment for both of us to feel supported and heard. She pinpoints traumas, triggers, and supports us through those by giving us tools and explanations to heal and guide is forward together. We look forward to our sessions with her each week! Thank you Melinda!

Psychology Today Transforming My Mental Health: A Review of Lynn Crawford on Psychology Today

I was having trouble with my temper and anxiety, and that's when I stumbled upon the Psychology Today website. I've heard some people say it takes a good amount of searching to find the perfect therapist, but to be quite honest, I lucked out and found Lynn Crawford straight away. Her manner is gentle, and accepting which made me comfortable enough to open up about my struggles. With Lynn's help, I've been able to free myself from the negative and destructive thoughts that I've had constantly plaguing my mind. I'm learning to understand and accept my feelings, which has helped me achieve an inner peace that I never thought was possible.

If you find yourself dealing with anxiety, anger, or overwhelming stress that you're not sure how to manage, I highly recommend giving Psychology Today a try. Take that leap of faith and give a therapist like Lynn a call, you'll be surprised at how much it can really help. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Psychology Today Mixed Review of Psychology Today's Website and Therapist Experience

So, I gotta say, my experience with Psychology Today's website was a bit of a mixed bag. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's a cool website with a lot of really useful information and resources. But when it came to actually finding a therapist and scheduling an appointment, things didn't go quite as smoothly.

For starters, my first appointment was hella delayed. Like, I don't know about you, but when I'm dealing with some heavy emotional stuff and I finally work up the courage to go see a therapist, the last thing I want is to be kept waiting for almost twenty minutes without any acknowledgment or explanation. Not cool, dude.

But hey, I tried to keep an open mind. Maybe the therapist would make up for the late start with some insightful advice or something, right? But nope. Five minutes into the session, the therapist's phone buzzed and they pulled out a sandwich and started munching away while scrolling through their laptop. Um, excuse me? I didn't come here to watch you eat lunch and check your Facebook notifications, thanks.

To be fair, the therapist did eventually put down the sandwich and try to engage with me. But it felt like they were always looking at their computer screen or rifling through papers instead of actually making eye contact or actively listening to what I was saying. And instead of addressing the emotional abuse that I specifically mentioned in my initial email correspondence, the therapist kept going on and on about some legal jargon that I didn't really understand or care about. It was frustrating, to say the least.

And then, to top it all off, the session ended with the therapist telling me that they weren't the right fit for me and scribbling down a few other therapist names and addresses on a scrap of paper without any phone numbers or real details. What am I supposed to do with that? It felt like such a waste of time and energy, especially since I had to wait over a month for that initial appointment slot.

Overall, I think Psychology Today has a lot of potential to be a really helpful resource for people seeking mental health support. But in my experience, the actual appointment booking process and therapist interaction left something to be desired. Maybe I just got unlucky with the particular therapist I saw, but based on my experience, I'm not super eager to go back anytime soon.

Psychology Today Review of Psychology Today's LMHC Exam Preparation: Exam Simulation Falls Short and Customer Service Disappoints

Psychology Today (psychologytoday.com) is an expensive website that offers LMHC exam (NCMHE) Preparation. However, I must say that I am not impressed with the exam simulation that they provide. It seems that they have outsourced the exam simulation to Casepro, which is not good at all! The format of the exam is such that the correct answers provide additional information on which you base the next set of questions. Sadly, their simulation does not provide this additional information. They only present columns of numbers, which are hard to interpret and do not provide any way to learn from errors. To make things worse, the format of their exam simulation is always changing, making it even harder for users to use it.

Customer service is another letdown with this website. They cannot even answer basic issues, and when they do, it is usually to say that "they are in the process of upgrading." Based on my research, it appears that many people have raised similar complaints, and yet there seems to be no action. I find this unacceptable, especially when one has spent a significant amount of money on their services.

If you are interested in purchasing exam simulation tests, I would recommend that you go with a company that does fewer exams and specializes in the field. You do not want to waste your hard-earned money on a website that cannot deliver. Psychology Today may have a lot of resources, but in my opinion, their exam simulation is not one of them.

Psychology Today Disappointing Experience with Psychology Today Magazine Subscription

So let me tell you about my experience with Psychology Today. I was really excited to get my hands on their magazine, which I ordered back in January 2021. But let me tell you, it's almost the end of April and I still haven't received any information about my order or gotten my money back. As someone who lives in another country, I had to pay $20 extra for the subscription and even paid for a full 18-month subscription upfront because I thought it would be smooth sailing from there on out. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

I tried contacting their support email, which happened to be really hard to find, but they did respond to my messages a few times. I gave them my contact information as well but despite all of my efforts, I'm still being ignored. It's really disappointing when you invest your time and money into something but receive no respect or acknowledgement at the end.

I'm starting to feel like they've just stolen my money because it's been months and I haven't received anything. I would have loved to show you some screenshots of my messages with their team, but I'm unable to do so at this time.

I really hope that no one else has to go through what I'm going through right now. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Psychology Today to anyone.

Psychology Today Psychology Today: A Comprehensive Directory of Mental Health Professionals

I've done some bookmarking on this website called Psychology Today (psychologytoday.com), and I gotta say, it's a pretty good gig if you're looking to find yourself a therapist or counselor or any sort of mental health professional. They got a directory of all sorts of folks, and it's easy enough to filter through the listings based on your preferences and needs.

But listen, finding the right therapist ain't always easy. Sometimes it can take a bit of grunt work to find someone that you vibe with. Personality is a huge factor here - you want someone who feels relatable and comfortable to talk with. But don't stress too much - there's plenty of individuals listed on this site, and they all bring something unique to the table.

One thing I will say is to be careful with some of the reviews you might see. Sometimes people get a bit hasty and throw out negative blanket statements about a given therapist, but that ain't always useful information. Sure, they mighta had a bad experience with someone - but remember that everyone's experience is their own, and what didn't work for them might work just fine for you. It's always good to do your own research and see what feels right for you.

So yeah, overall I'd recommend checking out Psychology Today if you're in need of some mental health help. It's got a lot of listings and plenty of options to choose from, and it's a great starting point for anyone who's just starting to dip their toes into therapy waters. Keep an open mind, stay patient, and good luck on your journey!

Psychology Today Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior from Psychology Today's Female Counselors

Hi everyone,

So, let me tell you about my experience with Psychology Today and their counselors. In the past few years, my family and I have hired two different female counselors. We were hopeful that they would help us achieve what we needed. However, both counselors turned out to be unhelpful and unprofessional. At our first consultation, they both seemed concerned and interested in helping us. But over time, everything turned into a nightmare. We attended in-person meetings, communicated through email, text messages, and phone calls. However, their behavior became increasingly disrespectful and harsh. Honestly, we left their "office" feeling terrible and disappointed in lack of assistance and their unsympathetic behavior. One of the counselors was even worse than the other. They made us feel as if we were ignorant about everything and guilty for all the issues we had.

I mean, come on, that's not how a professional counselor should behave! They are supposed to help and support their patients. Yet, instead of helping us through our troubles, they drained us of our money, both insurance and cash, and provided no assistance to our family.

I hope this review can help others avoid falling into a similar trap. It's frustrating when you're in desperate need of immediate help, and instead, you're cheated and misunderstood by arrogant, racist, and hypocrite counselors and therapists. It's just not fair.

My family and I hope that you find the right counselor to help you achieve your goals and needs. May God bless you and your family.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Psychology Today Review of Psychology Today & Clear Perspective LLC Counselor

Yo!

I gotta give you the 411 about my experience with this website called Psychology Today (psychologytoday.com). I ain't gonna lie, it's straight-up dope. They got all kind of articles, blogs, and resources about mental health and psychology. It's like a one-stop shop for everything you need to know about mental health and how you can improve your emotional well-being.

Their website is easy to navigate and they got all kinds of topics that you can search for, like depression, anxiety, stress, and relationships. You can even find therapists in your area to help you with your mental health issues. It's like they got everything covered.

I also gotta tell you about my experience with a counselor named Nicole Marie McNeil at Clear Perspective, LLC-Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC. Bruh, I'm telling you, this chick is off her rocker. Me and my boo went to her for family counseling for our daughter who has some serious mental health issues, but this chick was unprofessional, rude, and straight-up disrespectful to us.

She was working with The Division of Family Service Children's Division, and she was so bias towards our daughter. She didn't listen to anything we had to say, and she would cut us off whenever we tried to speak. She was calling our daughter's name, the foster parent's name, the case worker's name, and everyone's name except for ours. Like, what kind of messed up ish is that?

She even had the nerve to write not one, but two letters to the judge telling him all kind of lies about us. Ain't nobody got time for that. We don't recommend using Nicole McNeil as a therapist or counselor, and we hope that nobody else has to go through what we went through with her.

So, in conclusion, Psychology Today is the bomb diggity when it comes to mental health resources, but Nicole Marie McNeil at Clear Perspective, LLC-Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC is a hot mess that you need to stay away from. Word.

Peace out.

Psychology Today Unprofessional Behavior from Therapist Found on Psychology Today

So I tried using Psychology Today to find a therapist for my daughter and ended up having an experience that I never want to have again. At first, things seemed great. But as soon as my daughter's medication was delayed, things became very difficult. We were using a local pharmacy that our insurance did not approve, so we had to try to find a way to get the prescription filled at a different pharmacy. After two days of trying to sort things out with Dr. Carole Wilkinson, my frustration started to boil over.

When I finally had a chance to speak with Dr. Wilkinson myself, things got even worse. She was extremely disrespectful and talked to me like I was a child. When I finally met with her to collect the prescription, she didn't even get out of her car or bother to turn off her engine before handing me the prescription and speeding off like she was in a hurry to get somewhere.

To be honest, I'm still pretty upset about the way she treated me. As a therapist, she should have been more professional and understanding. Instead, she treated me like I was nothing more than a nuisance. I really hope that no one else has to deal with the same kind of disrespectful behavior that I experienced.

Overall, I would recommend that anyone looking for a therapist on Psychology Today tread with caution. While there may be some great therapists out there, my experience suggests that there are some who can be downright rude and unprofessional. If you're thinking about reaching out to a therapist on this site, make sure to do your research first and ask plenty of questions to make sure that you're getting the kind of help that you really need.

Psychology Today Beware of Close-Minded and Judgmental Therapists: My Experience with Mark A Kolodziej on Psychology Today

Psychology Today is a website that is widely used by those seeking therapy, counseling, or psychiatric help. Although it mostly connects clients with therapists, it is also a source of informational articles, blogs, and relevant news regarding the mental health industry. I recently found myself on Psychology Today's website in search of a new therapist to help save my marriage. My husband and I were at a breaking point and I knew we needed professional help before deciding to separate.

After browsing through several therapists, I came across Mark A Kolodziej's profile and decided to give him a try. Unfortunately, my experience with him was far from pleasant. During our session, I mentioned that I was a prostitute at one point during my marriage when my husband was unable to work and I had been fired from my job. I explained that I did it to put food on the table and that I had not done it for a year now that my husband and I were in a better place. However, Mark A Kolodziej humiliated me by saying that because I had asked my husband if it was okay to escort before doing it, I had already cheated. I was taken aback by his comment and explained that my husband was the one who contacted prostitutes for sex and spent money that we did not have. I believed that our marriage is between two people who are in love and have an agreement regarding what is okay and not okay. The fact that my husband was doing whatever he wanted without asking for my permission was wrong.

Despite my explanation, Mark A Kolodziej remained silent and later suggested that my husband and I had to figure out if we wanted our relationship to be monogamous or polyamorous. However, I had been monogamous for a year, and there was nothing to figure out. I felt like he judged me based on my past when I was looking for a way to provide for my family, which was neither helpful nor supportive. I was hoping that he would be impartial, but it seemed like his Christian/Catholic beliefs clouded his judgment. Ultimately, I left his office with no help for our marriage and feeling inferior.

As a result of my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone seeking therapy be cautious when choosing a therapist. Consult with friends, read reviews, and do your research before making a decision. The mental health industry is already stigmatized, and it doesn't help when therapists are close-minded and judgmental. Overall, Psychology Today is a helpful platform for people looking for mental health resources. However, it's important to remain mindful of the therapists you choose as they can either help or worsen your situation.

Psychology Today My Experience with Psychology Today: Difficulties Reaching Qualified Professionals & Violation of Ethics Code

So, I wanted to share my experience with Psychology Today website. I have been trying to reach out to a counselor for help with my ADHD, but I have been facing a lot of difficulties. In the first week, I tried to contact a counselor but did not receive any response. However, I received a misspelled text from someone in another city trying to scam me for money. This made me wary of proceeding with their service.

In the second week, when I tried to contact qualified professionals listed on their website, I realized that either the phone numbers were out of service, or they were not answering the calls. Moreover, they were not responding to emails or contact forms either. I suspect that a few profiles get blocked without any reason. I decided to visit a counselor listed on the website, but the office was deserted, with no lights and no sign of activity. On further inspection, I found out that none of the counselors listed were present in the building, which is a worrying sign.

To make matters worse, when I did receive a call after waiting for two days, the psychologist told me that she was not accepting appointments currently and did not handle ADHD cases. She referred me to someone with less experience, who did not even bother returning my calls. I decided to check the business address, which turned out to be an old broken-down building. I saw some abandoned offices with a few signs of the counselors no longer being there. The suite number did not even exist. However, after some digging, I found out that the counselor was listed with a different name within the same building.

When I visited the office, I found a lady sitting at the reception who shrugged her shoulders and said that they were not handling many appointments. She offered to help me with my ADHD but did not write down my details, which is a red flag for someone like me, who has a short attention span. She gave me a business card with a different name on it, which was not very professional. I had to drive to the office and back home, which was a waste of my time and gas. The lady did not show up, and the calls went straight to voicemail. This was a big red flag for me as it violated ethics codes, and it also risked harm to prospective clients.

I understand that therapists are busy, but it is upsetting when they do not return calls as it violates the ethics code in many ways. It erodes trust in the profession, risks harming the client and fails to promote accuracy, honesty, and truthfulness. Clients with mental health issues trying to reach out for help and expect a response. It is their right and dignity that psychologists should respect. It is unethical to not return calls and selectively choose clients, and it is essential that all therapists adhere to ethical practices.

Psychology Today Disappointing Experience with Psychology Today: Lack of Support and Poor Service for Therapists

I recently signed up for Psychology Today as a therapist looking to grow my practice. However, I've had a pretty unpleasant experience with their service. It seems that they don't forward emails properly, and as a result, I have missed out on anywhere from 10 to 15 potential referrals. When I reached out to them to see what was going on, their response was not very helpful. They simply told me to check my profile more often.

What really bothers me about Psychology Today is that they seem to care more about collecting money than actually helping therapists like myself. They're the only game in town when it comes to online directories for psychologists, and it feels like they take advantage of that fact. They show little commitment to their users and have zero morality when it comes to providing good service.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Psychology Today. As a therapist, I rely on platforms like this to connect with potential clients and grow my practice. It's frustrating to feel like I'm not getting the support I need, especially when the only alternative is to go without any online directory at all. I hope that in the future, Psychology Today will take more responsibility for the impact their service has on therapists and invest more in making it work better for everyone.

Psychology Today Frustrated with Psychology Today's Appointment Booking System - Is It even Legit?

Okay, so I have been trying to get an appointment with a therapist through the Psychology Today website for a hot minute now. The thing is, I keep running into the same seemingly never-ending loop. I call up and ask to be put through to someone to schedule an appointment, but every time I do, I'm told that it's not possible and that I need to call back. Alright, fine. I'll call again. But guess what? The same thing happens again and again, and it's just getting frustrating at this point.

To top it off, no one has bothered to call me back after I've left my contact info. It's like they're not interested in actually helping people or something. Am I the only one who's experiencing this? Because it's making me wonder if this whole website is even legit. Like, are they actually connecting people with real therapists or is it just some kind of scam or fake-out? It really makes me question the legitimacy of the entire operation.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed and frustrated with my experience so far. I really hope that someone from the website will reach out to me soon and help me actually connect with a therapist, because as it stands, I'm not holding out much hope. Ugh, why does everything have to be so complicated these days?!

Psychology Today Questioning the Credibility of Psychology Today: A Review of Their Article 'Is Chronic Self-Absorption the Root of Mental Illness?'

So, I was browsing through the interwebs and came across Psychology Today, a website that promises to offer expert insights, tips and advice for mental health. I spent some time exploring the site and stumbled upon an article that caught my attention. It was written by some guy called Leon F Seltzer and the title read "Is Chronic Self-Absorption the Root of Mental Illness?".

Now, I must say, the name sounded a bit too fancy for my taste, but hey, let's give it a shot. As I read through the article, I couldn't help but feel a bit irritated. The writer suggested that mental illness is somehow related to excessive self-absorption. Okay, I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion, but really? That seems like a bit of a stretch.

But that's not even the worst part. This same writer went on to suggest that trauma victims should just "get over it" and stop making everything about themselves. Uh, excuse me? What kind of nonsense is that? As someone who has dealt with mental health issues myself, I found it incredibly insensitive and ignorant.

Honestly, reading this article made me question the credibility of Psychology Today as a whole. If this is the kind of content they're promoting, I'm not sure I want to take any advice from them. It's easy to sit behind a screen and spout out opinions, but until you've walked a mile in someone else's shoes, it's better to keep your mouth shut.

Overall, I think Psychology Today has a lot of potential, but they need to be more careful about the content they publish. Mindlessly spouting out opinions without any real understanding of mental health issues can do more harm than good. So, be cautious when reading their stuff, and take everything with a grain of salt.

Psychology Today Beware: My Terrible Experience with Professionals Advertised on Psychology Today

Psychology Today, it's like the go-to site for those who are searching for some help with their mental health. But let me tell you something, I've had a really rough time with the professionals here. They advertise their services like it's nobody's business but when it comes down to it, they're the worst mental health professionals you will ever come across.

I mean, come on! This site is supposed to help people find the right mental health professionals for their specific needs, yet I've had some really terrible experiences. If you're going to advertise yourself on a site that is supposed to help people, the least you could do is provide quality services. And let's not forget about the false advertising. It's really frustrating when you believe you're going to get the help you need and it turns out to be a complete bust, not to mention a waste of both your time and money.

If I were you, I'd steer clear from this site and find a mental health professional elsewhere. The last thing you need when you're trying to improve your mental health is to deal with unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent mental health professionals. Save yourself the trouble and find someone reputable that your insurance will cover.

Psychology Today Navigating PsychologyToday.com to find the right therapist: My Experience and Tips

So, I went to psychologytoday.com looking for a therapist to help me with my problems. I tried a few times but some of the therapists seemed too young for me. I was hesitant about using them. After looking for a while, I found a few with impressive credentials and contacted them. Unfortunately, one of them never called me back even after we spoke on the phone and another one didn't bother to reply to my message.

I have to admit, using this website can make you feel like something is wrong with you. It's hard when you're trying to take the first step to seek help and you come across therapists who don't seem interested in helping you. But I didn't give up. I continued to search and eventually found a therapist who was a perfect fit for me.

I think psychologytoday.com is a great resource for finding a therapist, but it's not always easy. You have to be patient and willing to keep looking until you find the right therapist for you. Don't let a few bad experiences discourage you from seeking help. Keep trying and remember that there is someone out there who can help you.

Psychology Today Beware! My Experience with Psychology Today's Verified Therapists listings

Yo, I wanted to share my thoughts about Psychology Today and their therapist listings. Recently, I had some not-so-great experiences with a therapist I found through the website. I noticed that this therapist had the "Verified by Psychology Today" badge on their site, which made me think they were legit and all that.

But then, after a few sessions, I started feeling like things weren't quite right. The therapist was always running late and seemed disorganized. They even canceled on me a couple of times with no notice, which really sucked.

Anyway, I decided to reach out to Psychology Today to ask about their vetting process. I wanted to know if they actually checked up on these therapists before giving them the stamp of approval. But you know what? I never heard back from them! I sent them a message through their website, but it was like shouting into the void.

Honestly, I think these listings are just for anyone who wants to sign up. There's no real verification process, and no guarantees that you'll get a good therapist. So, if you're thinking about using Psychology Today to find a therapist, just be careful. Read reviews, ask questions, and trust your gut.

Psychology Today Navigating the Psychologytoday.com Directory: A Mixed Bag of Pros and Cons, with Some Caveats on Vetting Process

Psychologytoday.com is a website that boasts a vast network of psychology professionals who are listed on its directory. I stumbled upon this website while searching for a therapist for my mother, who has been feeling anxious lately.

My experience with this website was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the website is easy to navigate and the directory makes it simple to find and filter through a large number of licensed professionals. However, the downside to this is that the website's vetting process for these professionals may not be very thorough.

I discovered this when I found out that a man who lives in my building was listed as a professional therapist/social worker on this website. In reality, this man is actually a con artist and a drug addict who preys on the vulnerable in our community, particularly seniors. Due to the lax vetting process of the website, he can pass himself off as an expert focusing on seniors.

My advice to anyone using this website to find a therapist or psychology professional is to beware of scam artists looking to take advantage of preys, especially seniors who may be more vulnerable. It's important to research any potential therapist thoroughly before making any decisions.

Psychology Today My Experience with a Dishonest and Unprofessional Therapist Found on Psychology Today

Psychology Today is an interesting platform to find therapy for your mental health. However, my experience with one therapist was less than desirable. I found him through Psychology Today's website and unfortunately, it was the worst therapist experience I have ever had in my community. It's just my opinion but, pardon me, the truth hurts sometimes.

This therapist lied about me and I found that to be quite disrespectful. Not only that, but he also was overly flirtatious with me which made me quite uncomfortable. Despite my request to try a certain type of therapy, he refused unless I paid more money, which I found quite unprofessional. To top it off, during a crisis a few months prior, he abandoned me without referring me to another therapist or giving any closure. It was quite a traumatic experience.

My advice would be to keep searching for a therapist who will be competent in their field and who will provide the best possible experience for your mental health. If you decide to take a chance with this therapist, you may be causing yourself more harm than good. So don't be like me, keep searching!

Psychology Today Unreliable Therapists: My Experience with Psychology Today

I must say that Psychology Today is a website that puts itself out there with a lot of confidence. I thought it looked like an alright website, it seemed like a place where people can find a reliable therapist to work with, but, alas, that's not what happened to me.

Once I skimmied through the website, I stumbled upon a counselor with a suitable skill set, who mentioned that he had had ample experience in the field I was seeking support in. Delighted, I reached out to him. However, in the first session itself, I realized that he didn't have the vaguest idea as to why I had approached him on psychologytoday.com. To my disappointment, he had exaggerated his experience, leading to the gnawing feeling in the back of my mind that I might have wasted my time and money.

To my utter surprise, the day after our session, his experience field on the website changed completely, where he removed some of the intricate skill sets from his profile. The whole thing left me feeling like they play games over there. I wouldn't recommend trusting the site. It's just better to be safe than sorry!

Psychology Today Unreliable Service: A Review of Psychology Today for Business Needs

This website, Psychology Today, has been causing me some issues that are really putting a damper on my business. I've been experiencing trouble with insurance companies attempting to contact me as they are blocking every call that comes my way. Unfortunately, it seems there is no possible way to unblock these calls and it's really hurting my ability to do business.

I attempted to reach out to their support team but they were not much help at all. They advised me to give out my *actualphone number to clients which seems completely unnecessary to me. What's the point of having a phone number with them if I can't receive calls from important institutions like insurance companies?

Moreover, the messages I do get from clients when they call through Psychology Today are very sporadic and unreliable. This company just seems to be collecting fees and not really taking much of an interest in their customer's satisfaction or resolving any technical issues.

Overall, Psychology Today seems like a really shady online service. It appears to be based out of another country which might account for their lack of transparency and absence of interest in providing good customer support. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone use them. They are just not reliable enough to trust with important business needs especially when it comes to the important interactions with insurance companies. It's important to find a reliable service for your business needs, and Psychology Today just does not fill that void.
