The last 3 times I have gone into Publix to pickup a few items, the check out lines were ridiculously long. Tuesday night topped it all. There was 9 people with groceries in the 10 Items or less "speed lane". When the store mgr. finally got on the PA system for the second time, the line shortened to 5 people. Add this to the nonexistent service at the Deli, the pre-made Deli salads that are brown-edged, the small cramped aisles, along with the half-molded bakery items still on their shelves.
Publix employees themselves do not even buy deli salads. I can get in and out of Albertson's and even Winn Dixie with a few items quicker. I can even get through WalMart's cashier-run check out with a week's basket of groceries faster that I can get out of Publix fwith 3 items.
Since Publix does not have think it needs to hire more workers and/or declines to raise their wages so that employees will stay, they have finally lost me as a customer after about 12-14 years.
After shopping at Publix for many years I have watched it decline steadily and dramatically in recent years. I have finally had it. I will no longer shop for anything at Publix. I may have to drive further but it will be less stressful.

290 and surrounding stores don't feed the starving lobsters so they don't have to clean the tanks.

David from 6905 collins av Miami Beach Fl didn't let me go in with my emotional support dog. The mojority of the times I go to Publix with my dog. I went Thursday November 15th at 7pm and did shopping.
I was drinking water poured from a newly opened gallon of spring water and couldn't figure out where the "pond water" smell was coming from. I opened the gallon to find the smell coming from there. I can't determine if it's sewer, pond or a combination, but it is horrible.
The ready fried chicken in the box, used to be great. Most of the 8 pieces were fresh cooked, and juicey. Now, the chicken pieces are tough, not freshly cooked, mostly breading, very little actual meat. Publix used to have the best fried chicken. I hope store will correct this. I miss my good chicken. I don't want anything.
Store employees ignoring African American customers. Not speaking making eye contact. Acknowledging their presence period. Then when you greet them their faces ball you feel such hostility shopping for groceries unnecessarily.
I purchased a gallon of Publix drinking water and it was normal clear looking, I went to drink it today and it looks like algae growing in it and it is green! It is NEW and Sealed! The expiration date is March 30, 2020. I am very concerned, because I drink a lot of Publix water, and don't know what poison I have consumed!
I shop this store 1 or 2x a week & they are always out of the
1% half gallon milk & Eggo regular size pancakes. This has been
about 1 month that I recall. I will have to go elsewhere. They do not
keep the shelves filled, there is always something missing.

No appealing, Valentine's Day cupcakes at Publix, I went to bakery, they told me everything was on the floor, as I went to look at these cupcakes, they looked horrible to the eye, nothing I wanted to take to my grandsons schools. I went back asked again, the bakery person told me no mam, I told you that is all we have.Order, put your name on it.
My Dart coffee cups leak out of the bottom and sides. How do you sell coffee cups that leak coffee on people's clothes. Are they going to pay for my ruined pants because they are cost conscious? How many pairs of pants that are not worth suing over have been ruined by their cheap purchases. It is guaranteed they know. It happens on every cup.
Managers at the Partin village location in Kissimmee mistreat their employees a woman was yelling at my sister who is an employee who was in the verge of tears. Please send this to corporate this makes me scared. I fear for her.
Kathy in the pharmacy was very rude you ask her a question and she give you a rude answer and then she say it very loud you don’t have insurance it’s just so wrong for her to work there she doesn’t know what customer service is

Not only high extortion prices that go up every week, now no cash back at their new self serv checkout. Walmart will give you $100 cash back at self serv checkout, even if only for a candy bar. Anyone shopping at this dump must be out of their mind. If you ask why, you get some arrogant flunky and excuses! If it wasn't for Yankees they'd go broke.
I like Publix but my biggest complaint is why do they charge $16.49 for 20 pieces of small chicken wings? The wing is cut in 3 parts, the wing tip must be discarded and is not a part of the “20”pieces. This is $1.65 per “small” wing.
This is ridiculous!
