PurePlay payment not received

I have been trying to get paid my winnings now since 10/28/2018. I have sent you all the proper paper work, even sent the paper work my certified mail with return receipt, which has your signature on it showing that you have received it. You owe me $10 from 1 tourney and $100 for finishing 2nd in the $500 weekly tourney. My attorney also sent you 2 different letters requesting my payment. Please pay me

PurePlay pure play poker

I have not been able to log onto Pureplay since they did maintanence a few months ago. I have been corresponding with Pure Play Customer Service evey week since. Customer Service is useless, I keep getting the same return message asking me if the issue was resolved. I keep telling them the issue can not be resolved without their help. I ask customer service to email me or call me and get no response except yhe same response asking me if the issue has been resolved. And before the maintenance they owe me over $ 100.00. Very frustrating not getting any customer support to fix the problem.

PurePlay pureplay poker

I paid over $200 for a years membershp that should have lasted through October. I played poker on the site for several years and played several months after paying this years membership. The site was updated about 3 months ago and I am unable to login since it wasupdated. I've sent many complaints to their support system. I usually get back an email stating they hope I have resolved the problem but no help as to how to resolve the problem. Is the site still in existance?

PurePlay online poker

Had been playing on this site for about 15 years I beleive. Site goes down for so called routine maintenance. Site has never returned back to a login status. had submitted proper forms to claim my winnings, about 2000 dollars if i remember correctly. Heard somewhere they may have foled for chapter 7 bankruptacy but no confirmation of that yet. Any help you could provide, if getting a laywer, would be appreciated. Thanks Gary

PurePlay prize winnings

I won 1st place in the 1000 cash game in November which is 300 dollars, still haven't received anything and the site is not available anymore. what can you do to rectify the situation. I have played on this site for years, and this has never happened before, someone needs to be held accountable for paying the prize winners of this site. its not right and its not fair for them to take our money monthly, and not pay us what we won.

PurePlay fraud

I've played on pureplay for around 3 to 4 yrs. In 2018 I desided to quit playing on the site for awhile due to the fact that Ohio has casinos for me to play in. Recently like 2 days ago I desided to go back and play just to keep up on my game in between live tourneys. So I put my credit card info in and it said welcome back and I was charged but all it does when I try to get connected is just try to connect but won't or cant. When i search for the site it says site cant be reached. Now I am reading all sorts of things such as they went bankrupt or the FBI stepped in and pulled the plug. Whatever the case may be, they shouldn't still be charging people.

Everyone, pureplay also tried to charge my card even though the site is locked down. So listen, all you do is call your card company and tell them the details of what's happening with [censored] pureplay and they block the charge. My card company told me that they will do their best to get in touch with pureplay and let them know that they have 30 days to dispute my dispute I filed with my card company. If they do not respond, I was told that the charge would be credited back to my account. I made sure that I told my card company that they would not be able to get a hold of pureplay because they listed an adult sex line as their contact #. DIRTY BASTARS. This would only apply to players who used credit cards of coarse. Bullshark1881 was my screen name on their retarded site. No pun towards the mentally challenged.

PurePlay pureplay

About 2 months ago i got a message saying the site was down and try again later. Then i got a message that the site couldn't be reached because the site had been reset.
They keep charging my debit card 24.99 a month for it.
Been about 3 months since i last played.
I can't get on line to the site.
Please, let me know what's wrong with the site.
Please stop charging my debit card if you can't fix it,

PurePlay payment not received and there still charging my credit card even after I had the old one cancelled!

I have been a paying member for a few years off an on and just recently pureplay.com has decided to steal and rob its members, I even cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one and they still found a way to charge me yet again, I do not know how thats even possible but yes they did it and stole more money from me, seriously considering doing something drastic this is pure [censored], I am owed over 600 american dollars and im still being charged for a site that is not operational, help from anyone would be awesome thanks

PurePlay they shut down the site and are still charging my debit card

I"ve been playing pure play poker for years. all of a sudden they shut down the site without warning and they are still charging my debit card. this is fraud in my books, something has to be done about this soon. my screen name is williemickie.I am sure that there a many others that are disatisified with pureplay site. Come on Club WPT poker. U can play for free too there. Go to their terms and conditions and u can play all the member games for free with the alternate means of entry, Pure Play was a very nice site, big shame they went under. Going to miss all! Come to Club WPT.

PurePlay the site has shut down without warning.

I played on pureplay for years and had won a lifetime membership and then in suddenly closed down without warning. They have my credit card number in their files and I am worried about the security of my number. Also, A few weeks before it shutdown I won $300 on 6 January 2019 and have not received my money; I was 1st place in the weekly $2000 Final that started at 601 PM EST; I want my three hundred dollars;

PurePlay site closure and no payments received

I am owed over 2000 U.S.Dollars and non response nor can I access site hope site is up soon again and winnings cheques issued been an pleasure competing with all on site if any info is available please send this way many thanks all! I was a founding member back when it was called bet zip also. Was on top 100 leaderboard as usxtinman & had some very minor issues too but were made good on. I too am owed like in the neighborhood of $2000 myself is this worth consulting a lawyer as they seem to be unresponsive? Someone keep us updated. PurePlay poker club

I have played at pure play since the sirlte was called betzip and was a free site. 2 weeks ago when I tried to login I got a message that the site was down for routine maintenance. Now I get the message that the site cannot be found. I have sent emails but get no response. They are still billing my credit card and to cancel my membership I have to be able to log in. Anyone else experiencing this? How do I cancel my membership?

PurePlay Payment for claimed prizes unable to get in website

I have requested a payment for my winning of $475 and just get stalled. I paid the monthly fee required. I called the customer service contact #1-800-804-4817 and it was an adult talk line. I have been unsucessful to reach anyone other than an avoided email. Ia am unable to find a website anymore. I paid a continuous monthly fee of $24.99 paid to BETZIP/PUREPLAY [protected] US last payment

PurePlay payouts

they scam everyone for several months, lying to us say ing the checks where in the mail, they owe me 900 dollars, , and they just shut the site down, they scam losy of players money, and they are stillcollecting membership fees, this must stop, its been happing for the last 4 months, lying to the players, and also i have a lifetime membership there still have 98 years to collect'

Bingo by Ryzing was shut down without warning January 21 or 22nd 2019. PurePlay is also a subsidiary/ acquisition of RockYou, Inc., or RockYou Media, and here are some new names they are listed under Wild Sky Media, PopReach to name a few. I have no idea what happened but players of Bingo by Ryzing and players of PurePlay want some answers. No one returns calls or emails. You are a consumer and consumers have rights. Contact your local consumer complaints board or even the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission ). Good Luck

yea man your nuts its you none paying players that ruin it for everyone else ringo the tournemet schedule iis what it was weather u played all day or just a few hours the amount of money tourneys never changed what changed was there crap way of running the site after they bought it, more and more players stopped playing and you "casual players" who never payed a dime in monthlies didn't help. when I first joined the tourneys had sign up limits and if u didn't log on at the right time u didnt get a seat of the 5000 and it went down to where there were only 300 people signing up for tourneys I been saying it for months that we was headed to a banckrupt site so yea it is people like you ringo that used a site for free fake chip play instead of paying monthly fees that ruined for everyone else

ya the word is they are folded...no longer in business. Thanks to all u bums that couldn't get off the computer and give it a rest. They didn't anticipate all this traffic and all the money being drained out. Instead of casual play, they had others that would play all day and night and now they are bankrupt. Look at the top earners. there are many that have won tens of thousand of dollars because they used pureplay to pay their mortgages and cars. I guess its hard to give passes to Lifers and they only drained them out without paying monthly fees like the rest of us. You can thank all the top earners for screwing it up for the rest of us. what your saying makes no sense(also coming from the guy on here telling everyone they were resolving freezing issues and will be up soon...lol)...it don't matter if the same person won everytime or a million different people...they are the 1s that structured the tourney schedele, NOT THE PLAYERS..easy business tip(if your paying out more a month than you take in, YOU WILL GO BANKRUPT)...they went under for same reason other sites go under...decling player base, too many promo offers(in their case it was all the free membership they were giving away), and by the end they hadmore non paying basic members than players club...don't blame the players, they are the 1s that got screwed out of money(including myself, almost a grand)

You are absolutely correct Alan Cool. The tournament structure was the same, day in and day out. It does not matter who won. The fact is, they set it up to pay out more than they were taking in. Pureplay management is to blame, not the players.

oh to true never even thought if the fact they collected monthlies off me for oct., nov., dec., and jan. with no intention on paying out any earnings earned during those months on top of ones owed from before I was just worried about them taking more in future but that's another $100 they stole from me knowing they wasn't going to pay I sure hope someone goes after them thru the courts this is illegal.

coolal here and its a real shame what pureplay did to its members(including myself, as they owe me close to 1000)of which I have no hope of receiving...I played on pureplay from [protected], during that time I won around 4500 and they always payed...I joined again in sept 2018 and im sorry I did, nothing but a waste of my time...they are not the first site to go under and screw people out of money and wont be the last...lock poker owed u.s.players over 15 million when they went down...I also played on full tilt, absolut, cake, bugsys, spadeclub and they all no longer exist(bankrupt)ive met some real nice people on pureplay over the years and feel bad for all of you...I play on global poker now and its a pretty decent site(so far lol)

PurePlay site is down without warning

I, and a fellow player, are unable to log into the PurePlay site. It's just down & doesn't load. We both have $$ in our accounts & are wondering if anyone else knows what is going on? I mean, isn't that fraud- to just steal your $$ and close down the site?

We haven't been able to get any answers- emails bounce back- I don't know what to do.
At the very least, the site needs to be held liable & owes every member what they have either paid in or earned while playing.

And what about our "lifetime membership"?!

Something is wrong, and needs to be made right.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I just wanted to let everyone involved that I am trying to start a class action suit. I don't know if this will get any where, but it is worth a shot. I will post here if the law firm will take on this case. I am out over $1000 and there are plenty out with far more. To mention also they have all our personal information and that's scary.

The site is toast. They deducted a membership fee from me yesterday and owe me $275, not huge but enough to pursue. Have put in a BBB complaint and will fight the last charge. This kind of business ethic is disgusting. Trying WPT free trial but have lost faith in poker sites, so 2 weeks and out if I see any problems. It has been fun playing with you all, pass on any info you get. and good luck to you all!

I'm starting to think they are done as well...how difficult is it to send a mass email to all active Pureplay players (members or not)? I'm sure Zendesk has some clue as to who the daily or weekly players were, and an email blast to those regular players is as simple as making cereal ! Makes sense to me. Totally removing all contact or ignoring us for this long is not the professional / respectful thing to do. As a side note: Anyone know of any poker site similar to the way Pureplay was run? I like the free play and the option to pay monthly for the chance of winning larger cash prizes; but not sure if this ultimately caused Pureplay's demise / bankrupt / broke, and could no longer sustain player's winnings. Any suggestions on an on-line Poker Holdem / Omaha alternative would be appreciated. I think many regular Pureplay players would like to know of an alternative site, so that we can get back to playing each other again. Hoping this gets resolved real soon. Ringo247.

Pure play has had bad customer service for several years now. I imagine they also treat their employees badly and that one or more of their programmers have retaliated by sabotaging their website. Just my guess as to why the sudden disappearance.
I doubt the company wanted this to happen.

lol didn't want this to happen...they are the reason it happened, they owe rize winnings for every month since at least September...do the math, its over a quarter million...I want them to come back as much as anyone(they owe me almost a grand & I had free membership till oct 2019)but they are not coming back and anyone who thinks different is dreaming...if it was anything else they would send a group email letting their members know in order not to lose their customer base...they would not shut down every means of contact...my advice to players club members is cancel all rock you payments immediately because I guarantee they will keep whacking your 25 buks as long as they can

I just notified my credit card. They are going to deny the Dec 2018 charge from PurePlay, and "get in touch with them. Pureplay has 30 days to reply. I let my credit card know that when I call the phone number for Pureplay, I get some kind of "chat room" for men and women. Yep, I went on line and tried calling the owner's number of PurePlay, Mr. Allard. Got a recording "user is not available". I called another customer service line and no response. I sent an email to support at pureplay, no response. Now, the credit card company hopefully will get Pureplay's attention to my account. and stop billing me. If they attempt to bill me again in Feb, I will dispute that charge too. Maybe, by that time Bank of America will have talked to Pureplay. You need to do the same thing that I did. Protect yourself people! I will never play online poker again because of the scam Pureplay has made.

PurePlay been playing over 10 years on pureplay

I used to win Over $ 500 every year...but not in the last 5-6 years

I have seen a lot of hands.playing over 10 years.. I have noticed one thing since all the bad beats started happening. When someone wins with 2 pair, take notice that over 90 % of the time, the first 2 cards that were dealt on the flop, gave that person their 2 pair. THat should tell you something about the crookedness of this game, ... BIGBOB3340

Pretty dirty of them to use an adult chat line #. I have tried and tried everything to get a hold of them no luck. Guys and gals... hold on cause we got screwed. I am hearing they filed ch.7 bankruptcy. They got one charge out of me for 24.99 that's it. And thank God I quit the site last year because I seen this coming with the player declines over the last 5 yrs I feel for the ones who is owed money... I'm thankful I listened to my instincts and got out. After a year and a half two days ago I desided to join back up so I gave those bastars my card .# and it said welcome back. Then when I tried to log on I seen I was had... dirty [censored]s are still accepting people knowing that they are done. They won't get no more from me that's for sure.so I also tried to call an it was an adult chat line. What a bunch of [censored]s. They need strung up.

Hi guys. Wondering. Are you having trouble getting on Pure Play. It keeps telling us that the site is either down for maintenance or computer cannot access it. Have tried three different computers and phone. (Jan 25, 2019) My friend is bummed/panicked cause they owe him. He's been playing for many years.

I have no idea what the hang-up is. They should prorate our membership fees for the days we have no access. Bigger problem is they are months behind on sending our checks. And contacting them is near impossible. They show no respect for their members.

PurePlay payment and site function

Hi I have been a pureplay member for about 15 years. They have always been fairly prompt for payments in the past which I had won. I am a Canadian citizen and because I won more than 600.00 dollars last year I had to file a w9 form which I did and resubmitted my request for payment the exact same way in previous years. Pureplay informed me the prize money was processed for payment (385.00 dollars) since around xmas time and still no payment. Now when I try to log onto their site, for 2 days it said the site was down for maintenance and now I can't even log in because now it says the site is not available. Can anyone help. Even if they due come back up, it would make me wonder if this down for maintenance actually means "We are out of money and waiting for memberships dues collected to make up the financial short fall without increasing their liability for more prize money to be paid out". Basically, they may be using this time to play catch up financially by collecting money and stopping the possibility of having to pay more out.

ya man my best advice for people is to go to their bank and stop/cancel all rock you transactions immediately because I guarantee they will still try and whack your 25 buks...really too bad, ive met some really nice people on pureplay and feel bad for all of you...these folks on here defending them are either conspirators or just blind/dumb...every way of contact has been shut down by them and if it was a temp issue they would send a group/members email letting everyone know(only common sense)not to lose their customer base, these guys are done

There is one person I have seen so far saying a fee was deducted yesterday. My charge is not deducted for another week so I am going to wait a few more days before contacting my credit card company. But I am seeing no reason to hold out much hope to get a long due check or not have to go out and search for another site to play on.

Many players when Pureplay was running had thought I was a Bot or Paid Employee of RockYou, but sorry to disappoint y'all, I am not. I have been playing Poker on this site I think since the beginnings. However, was not obsessed with it like some of the High Earners we've seen on it. I would casually play when I was bored. I thought this site was pretty good, never really experienced freezing issues on my Ringo247 handle since I once was a paid member for sometime, but I do have other Handles that I morphed behind (ie. MexiGook and Destroyer070) where I had not become a Pureplay member nor bought playchips. It was only when I logged in as MexiGook or Destroyer070 had I experienced ridiculous freezing issues. If you either were a Paid member or bought playchips, the freezing was no longer an issue. For those wondering why they experienced freezing during play, I am sure it would stop freezing if you became a Paid member or bought some playchips. As far as why they are down, all I can think of is that this has happened before, and then they were back online again. Maybe they are trying to resolve freezing issues for everyone, Paid members or not, who knows, I wish they would tell us. All that is owed to me is 20 bucks, I had won 2 - 10 dollar tournaments in the last couple of months, but have yet to hit the Claim Prize buttons. I shut down my Paid membership several years ago and am only a Basic member player. My total winnings over the decade I guess is just over 100 dollars but less than 200. Wish I was one of those that had thousands of dollars in winnings, but because I don't play 24/7 on it, and have a real day job, I could only play whenever time permitted. Hope they come back online soon...can't see them folding and hiding for too long without even an update or boo. Hope to see y'all on the tables soon.

It would be interesting to see if players are still being charged a monthly fee. Also, if they are, I would encourage everyone to contact their credit card company and stop any further charges.

I, ve bee playing purelie, s for 10 years, 3 years ago, winnings started to be held from, lawful. Rightful owners/players/depriving them of what lawfully. Rightfully belongs to them.. Ie. Their winnings, (theft).1 they have no phone # for players to file grievances /complaints. Their customer service is non existent, except to give/"company form answers" to any complaints//we, re sorry for any inconvenience, please be patient "they have a system that tells you when a check has been processed or check sent//the winnings can be held in processed for 1-2 months, 2/1/2 months for me right now, with 6 wins, s not paid.//they should have processing/processed/check sent//there, s been times my winnings were held in processed"for 1-2 month, s//the last time anybody has received a check is nov 4th.2018//this is jan 22 2019//it seems like around the holidays /they stop paying //by a check being"processed and not sent is deceptive business practices /when they say"check "sent"and they knownly. Know they have sent the check is outrageous conduct/fraud.. They have bigtime sponsars. Coca-cola. I don, t understand in the year 2019//that a company, with 1 million players, still send check, s.. If they would get with the times. They would put all winnings on a debit card/each player has his/her own card #//pureplay puts alot of stress/trauma/on it, s players.. I got 1 messages stating. Your winnings have been approved, we will be sending you check at the earliest.5x, s. Already. The earliest was 2 months ago. They have their nerve to say at the earliest //when their already 2 month, late.. It no longer belong to them. We won it fair and square //

Pureplay owes me $415 of which $280 was claimed in late December. This is a real smack-down for me since I cannot work and will face some financial stress in coming months that would have been greatly alleviated by my poker winnings. Accumulating such winnings takes a lot of time and effort. Now this is all a total waste of time, effort, and stress. Only the stress remains.

Hey gary this is DENVERCOLORADO.Who are the other companies and do you know any of the sponsers.i heard coca colas 1..i.m building a case with the attorney general s office in Colorado..@Players call the better business bureau .and attorney general s office in your state.is the best way to get our money.they got me for 1550.00/6 wins/and 10 months at 24.99 a month for them not honoring the 12 month membership, i won.i only used 2 months.that wasn't the deal.lifetime members should go after them hard, .let the judge decide how long a lifetime is, .
