This place is a total rip-off! My bills are always messed up and I can never figure out what's going on. The staff is rude and treats you like trash. They just take your money and don't care about anything else. I just want to be treated like a normal customer!

Eddie Castro from Quality Acceptance is the best! He helped me out when I was having a tough time and couldn't get through to anyone else. He was so professional and understanding, and he really showed me that he's a star and a leader. I think he deserves a raise! Thanks to him, I was able to figure out my situation and stop crying all day. Quality Acceptance is lucky to have him on their team. I give them a 10/10!

This company is the worst, man. I mean, seriously, the ComplaintsBoard.com should shut them down or maybe even the FBI or something. I got a fancy car from them and put a big chunk of money down, but now, years later, the car is worth less than what I owe. I tried to work out a deal with them, but they've been taking 20% and hardly any of it goes towards the actual car payment. I know it's my fault, but they won't refinance or anything. They just want their money. And then, they repo'd my car after only 30 days of being late on a payment. I didn't even get a notice or anything. They should have called me or something, right? I say shut them down and start fresh.

I got two cars financed with Quality Acceptance, LLC. I had a new motor put in one of them and when I took it to Anderson Chevrolet to do the final computer adjustment, they told me not to start the car until a certified tech had dialed it in. However, QA repoed it from me after I missed two payments, even though I had never missed a single payment on either car. The problem was that the two companies started the car and drove it before it could be serviced by a certified tech. This ruined the new motor, but they took no responsibility at all. They just want me to continue to pay and get over it. Now I'm going to see an attorney and take them to court.

This company is terrible to finance a car through. I got my car in January XX XXXX, put $4.5k down on a $10k car, and drove off. The car dealership kinda warned me about them, but I didn't listen. Fast forward, I paid Feb and March, but I lost my job because of Covid, like most people in the WHOLE country. I was 9 days late and they repo'd my car in the middle of a pandemic. I already put $5k into this car! I could understand if I was a month late. They sold the car for $6k, but I still owe $8k. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? Quality Acceptance is bad quality at its finest.

This company is a joke. During the COVID crisis, they're willing to do a month extension. Then the guy I was speaking to said everyone was making their payments fine! He told me everyone he had talked to in my area is going back to work next month. I said, "How when the president said we're still on lockdown till Apr 30th!" He wouldn't tell me who the parent company of Quality Acceptance is, and he wouldn't tell me. When I said I need all this documented legally for me, he got mad and started yelling. So, you're denying the offer we gave you? I said, "No, I am not." He said, "Yes, you are!" And then I hung up on him because it was going nowhere. In the middle of this crisis, we're in, I don't need to be yelled at by a bill collector that I'm currently doing business with.

They don't try hard to work with you, they're terrible to deal with. I had a car that I fell three months behind on payments during covid and they picked it up. But they dragged it out backwards, even though it was a front-wheel drive car. You could see the tire marks where they dragged the car out. I had the money to get it out, but I wanted to inspect it first to make sure it wasn't damaged. The woman I spoke with at Quality Acceptance told me that if I wanted the car back, I had to pay the balance of the note in full, which was $10,000. This left me with no option but to let them keep it. Now, I can't get it off my credit. I think what they did was illegal. I hope they all lose their jobs. They're a horrible company with horrible customer service. They're a bunch of ignorant idiots. Don't use them for anything. I hope they get what's coming to them one day.

This company is not good at all! Their customer service is terrible. I called them during the pandemic to tell them I would be late with my payment. The person I spoke to said if I could pay half now and the other half before the next due date, it would be okay. But then they started calling me and being rude about the payment. They didn't listen to anything I said and when I asked for a supervisor, they said there wasn't one. So I paid the other half, but then they charged me a late fee. I did what their representative told me to do and was told there wouldn't be any penalty or issues. But when I called customer service to have the fee removed, they said no. It's sad that they're so desperate for money during this time and won't help their customers, who are the ones who keep them in business. Their service is definitely not great!

This place is the worst company ever. Their customer service is terrible. They lie and threaten to take my car even though I've had insurance for a year and a half. They suddenly said they needed to be on my auto policy for the last 3 months, but the documents don't say that. They harass my auto insurance company and me on a daily basis, threatening to take my car. Even after I put them on as a third party, they still charged me and threatened to repo my car. I've had no issues with my auto insurance until August . Stay away from this company. They harass their customers just to get money they don't deserve. There has to be a law for this. I don't understand why they are trying to repo my car when I've done everything right.

This company is bad, don't buy a car from them. I got a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 from them in 2010 and lost my job in 2012, so I had to give the truck back. I only owed $9k on it, but they sold it for $7k at an auction. I never heard from them again until 8 years later when the orange count sheriffs came to my job. It was embarrassing and not cool. I should have got a letter about being sued or something a long time ago so I can take care of that. I owe them $3,941.35 on the truck that I no longer have and that's fine. I called Quality acceptance to talk to them and set some kind of payment arrangement up for the debt that is owed. The lady I spoke with said I have 30 days to pay them $2500 and they will wipe away this debt. I'm fine with paying the $2500 but I can't afford to just pay that all up front in 30 days I have bills and a kid to take care of. The lady asked me for a proposal and I asked can I make 6 payments to clear that debt of $2500 and she instantly said NO! And talked to me like I was some kind of an animal. I explained to her it's hard during these times with the pandemic and all. I just don't know why I couldn't make some kind of payment plan. I get smacked in the back of the head around Christmas time for this and they are just super rude. DON'T EVER BUY FROM Quality acceptance! The customer service is bad too.

On June 4th, I gave Quality Acceptance, LLC permission to take money from my checking account. I made sure they were taking it from the right account by calling them multiple times. After a week, I still didn't see the charge, so I called them again. They told me they used a different account, even though I never authorized them to use it. They lied to me about it being the right one. Now, they're trying to charge me for a repo.

They say my account is closed, but they keep saying I missed payments. When I gave up the car, I owed 11k. But now they keep adding payments to the closed account and it's up to 15k. I want them to stop saying the wrong stuff. I didn't sign a new contract for the new payment amount. I tried to argue with Transunion and Equifax, but it didn't work.

They're really pushy and scary. I pay 491.64 every month on the 9th, but I asked for more time to pay because of the virus. I said I could pay some now and the rest in two weeks, but they said they'd take my car if I didn't pay the whole thing. They kept calling and texting me, so I paid the 491, but then they said it wasn't enough and wanted more money. I said no, and they threatened to take my car again. It's really not cool.

If you look at the Account Activity, you can see that the Due Date and Payment Due changed after July and now I gotta pay $543.97 instead of the $471.82 we agreed on. How does that even happen? My latest statement says I gotta pay by January 2022 and the Over/shortage is now at $23. I don't get it and I need help fixin' this mess.

I have proof that I paid my payments and had insurance on the vehicle, but they added their own insurance to my payments without telling me. I thought I was making car payments, but they used the money for insurance. They harassed me and my parents about the insurance. They took my funds and said my payments were behind because of it. Illegal! I contacted local help to get answers. They want me to pay $*** to get my car back and $125 for my personal belongings. Fraud! They took a car that I paid for and had no right to do so. I want answers or my car back!

I talked to them on the phone and emailed ***@qualityfin.com, ext *** and ***@qualityfin.com to let them know I lost my job cuz of the pandemic and I work in the medical field. I asked for a 10 day pay off and made a deal with *** to trade in my car, a 2011 Nissan Altima coupe with 120ZGP plate, and pay off Quality. They said they would put me in something else to help me out and get paid off. Quality sent me the 10 day payoff and knew about the deal. But then the next day they came and took my car when I only had a little bit left to pay it off. They're trying to get more money out of me and that's not cool. I want them to own up to their part cuz they knew what was going on. I got emails to prove it. I just wanna pay what I owe and nothing more. They put me in a bad spot. They're really bad at harassing and they're super rude and unprofessional. They call from like 25 different numbers and when you pay they act like there's a problem with your account so they can charge you late fees from your bank. They mess up your credit too cuz it always looks like you're not on time no matter what. They're outta control. I know I messed up too but they gotta take responsibility for their part.
