taking of urine
When taking urine clients should be for warned as to the procedures. It appeared that I didn't give enough urine. It was then that I was told that I would not be able to leave the office for any reason until I produced enough pee. No you cannot go buy soda, food or even walk around to help with the process of giving pee. I thought this was so stupid. You don't use the 1st urine, it's tossed so why can't you leave and come back. Help me to understand this. If you leave ur job or whom ever you're here for gets notified and it's considered a refusal . This is a stupid process and one that's intimidating, it slows up the process.
complaint about front office staff at quest lab in la palma
This morning I went for my blood test to 7872 Walker Street, Ste 102, La Palma CA [protected].
The lady by the name of Sharon was extremely rude when she was talking to the patients waiting there. Here tone of voice was not very polite at all. She was very off hand and downright rude when the clients asked her questions.
Another lady came in from inside and talked to the this man who had been waiting a while and said he is diabetic and needs to eat soon, and she took him in.
I'm a physician's wife and my husband didn't want me to go to Quest. My doctor's office gave me a choice of LabCorp or Quest and I just said Quest. My husband said i should have requested LabCorp, as he had heard complaints from some of his patients before.
Just wanted to bring this to your attention as people who come are not always in a good state of mind and are tensed up.
driver of a quest diagnostics vehicle
On July 10th, 2017 around 6:30 pm the driver of a Quest Diagnostics vehicle #30698, failed to make a complete stop at the intersection of Anza Ave. & Banning St. in Lehigh Acres, FL. At this intersection there is a stop sign on Anza Ave. going South and North, which would give vehicles traveling on Banning St. the right of way. As I was traveling on Banning St., not even 20 feet from making a left hand turn onto Anza Ave., the driver failed to make a stop and I had to slam on my brakes, thankfully no one was injured and no accident occurred. The driver was to occupied on his cell phone that he did not make a stop.
phlebotomist error
The phlebotomist did not do the blood draw properly.
He did not have a badge during the blood draw, I requested the butterfly needle, and he refused to oblige my request.
The phlebotomy tech tied off my arm with the rubber tourniquet, he began slapping my arm to get the vein to come to the surface, and instead of finding the vein and sliding the needle into the vein, he stabbed the needle with a fist, in a downward motion into my elbow and it went threw my vein and exited my arm. .
service for customer with baby
I made a specific day appointment through a link I was emailed through my job. It did not specify a specific time so I gathered my 11 month old in the morning, waited 45 minutes, asked how much longer because my baby was getting impatient running into his lunchtime/naptime now. Theuy would Not see me because of scheduled appointments, yet I had been there 40 minutes before these appointments waiting. I had a drug screen to do, I had to use the bathroom. They would not accommodate me in between appoints seeing I had a baby with me so I had to leave with my baby still having to use the bathroom. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I understand appointment times. had I been givien the option through the link I would have . with the baby, I could have been accommodated quickly in between. I feel this is so horrendous I am appalled at the customer service in this location... because I was still given an exact appointment day to do this so I chose this day which is Friday June 16th 2017 because this was the day that was available for me with a baby I cannot go and do this again now in the seven days I am allotted with my job. I am so Furious I don't think they understand what they have done to me now. It's not like I walked in and was expecting to be seen immediately I waited 45 minutes that's a long time when you have a little one with you and getting hungry and impatient I just I can't believe that they would not see me .something needs to be done about this.
mothers with babies need to come first.

My drs order was faxed to your w sahara lab in las vegas. I called monday morning to confirm they had it.
I then went to the w rainbow lab to get the blood test done as w sahara was booked up until friday, the end of the week.
The person that was on the counter at w rainbow was not only unhelpful but was very rude.
First, she said I would have to call the drs office to have them fax to them. I suggested she call w sahara since i had confirmed the order was there. After some complaining she did that and was told it was not there. I asked her to tell them I had called and they confirmed it was there. She refused and I left.
The persons name is angelise.
Now I would have to say there was a much better way to handle that. She had no interest whatsoever in leaving me with a good lasting impression of quest. To the contrary she could not of cared less.
This just occurred on 6/5th just before 2:00 pm
I am sitting here at the w sahara location and I doubt I will be able to get in. A big waste of my time only because Angelise had no interest in helping

quest diagnostics/ lost patient blood work & medical files
I am complaining about the quest diagnostics in Leechburg, Pennsylvania on Hyde Park Road. This location is a bit of an out of the way drive for me, but is the only one out of my way closest, so I had to drive out there due to my doctors office requesting a specific lab test that was required to be done in a certain amount of days & if it was not completed in those few days, they would no longer see me as a patient & would send me home, so I had went to Quest to get my lab work in April 2017 done along with the lab papers i was given to give to the phlebotomist/staff, so I had waited in their waiting room for about 45 ridiculous minutes, as staff talked & laughed in the back while not attending to patients & doing their jobs, so I was upset about that, but finally I got taken aback, sat down, gave ym info, got the blood drawn quick they took several viles and I was sent on my way home minutes after. And was not given a receipt or paper for proof of visit I didn't think I needed one, my doctor didn't want one because they have the files and records on computer, and are sopposed to be responsible as they're handling important and private information and odint forget PAID FOR as well. so I just hea back from my doctors office OVER A MONTH LATER, that I never got the lab work done, and had never made an appearance to the office... so I called quest at the same location i went to i got hung up on. Called back four times still ocouldn't get a hold of anyone and got hung up on many more times... as I heard these people are rude nd don't like to answer their phones, (that's what my doctors office told me... anyhow so the next day i had my doctor call them! And he had gotten hung up on so he called back again and they had turned their answering machine off! And now there's no way to get thru. So I had to go home and look up the number for customer service, thankfully they answered, and found th err was no record of me ever getting the lab work done and but they had my urine test in. I am pissed, not only did they lose my medical files, lab work, and who knows what else, I was treated unprofessionally, and called a liar in a nice from of words. So then I have my Dr contact the customer service since their office branches turn off their phones. And they told my office that I never got it done, so now my drs office is calling ME a liar it caused all kinds of problems, and now I have to drag out my kid and drive back out there a second time because of their stupid negligence, and irresponsibility, and unprofessional staff, and get the lab done again. Which this time I WANT a paper stating i was there, !, last itime I asked for one THEY SAID I DIDNT NEED ONE. My doctor was talking about discharging me because I supposedly lacked following their rules and guidelines because I did not receive the work i was ordered to be done... [censored]! I am not a liar and nor would I ever lie about blood? It's blood. Never will I go there again after this last retest, I will PAY for somewhere else which I'd like to do now but they ordered it there and I'm the liar remember. Somebody is NOT going their JOB. do your dang jobs quest. You have bad ratings
failure to provide drug screen
My name is Mr. Lee Arthur Hickman. I went to the Quest Diagnostics lab at 10680 Jones Road suite 200 in Houston, Texas. I was hired today by Performance Electric Company and they use Quest to do their drug screening. When I arrived at the clinic and was escorted to the restroom by one the lab techs. I could not urinate at first. So the tech gave me some water and told me to wait a while and try it again. After about 30 minutes of drinking water I was ready to try it again. But the tech would not let me. They told me I had to hold it. I told her I could not hold it. But she said I had to anyway. I went out to my car and urinated on myself. I keep an extra set of clothing in my car for emergencies. I returned to the Clinic and ask for my ID back, and that I would not be able to give a sample at that location. I think that it is very sad I had to endure this type of persecution. And if I don't hear something from Quest soon, I will contact my attorneys. Now I cannot start work on Monday as scheduled because some stupid girl in your Clinic would not let me go to the bathroom.

I brought my child in to receive blood-work. He is 13 so I allowed him to go to the back alone with your staff after signing all paperwork; while I waited with my other children in the waiting room. While I waiting the hispanic woman came out to the lobby- locked the door. turned off all the lights despite the fact that we were still there and told me to exit from another door because they are closed. It seemed very clear that she wanted to go and was bothered that we were there.
After taking my sons blood they asked him to use the bathroom. However the lady seemed to be upset that it was close to closing and my child needed to use the bathroom. She began to bang on the door. and proceeded to yell at me in front of other clients and staff to get him out of the bathroom because other people needed to use it. I asked her to please calm down and was she yelling him. My child could have possibly needed to have a bowl movement and that could have been the reason for his delay. However she simply got louder and told me that they can place the urine test on hold since he wasn't able to urinate. I asked her again well- how do you want him to pee if you are banging on the door. I told her that she wasnt allowed to speak to clients in that manner especially children. And that I wanted to talk to the manager. She then stated that she was the manager. So I simply told her I wanted the corporate number. The other lady was nice and asked us both to calm down. She provided me the number I requested.
I am very upset and would like to be contacted as soon as possible regarding this matter.

employee behavior
I had a 10:00 am appointment at Quest Diagnostics last Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 127 Union St. Ridgewood, NJ 07450 for blood works and to drop off a 24 hour urine collection. Jennifer, my phlebotomist noticed that the 24 hour urine on my lab request slip was not checked off by my doctor. I was somewhat disappointed knowing my efforts in collecting my urine the entire day of Friday while I was at work. I asked Jennifer if I can check it off myself considering I am very well aware of my 10 years chronic medical condition and I know what tests my doctor prescribed for me and being a Registered Nurse myself. Jennifer explained to me that it couldn't be legally done which I also agreed.
I explained to Jennifer that I had a previous appointment which I couldn't recall the date but with same Quest location where I failed to collect my 24 hour urine so the phlebotomist did not draw my blood instead she gave me a 24 hour urine bottle and instructed me to come back some other time with the 24 hour urine collected. Jennifer told me that if the phlebotomist at that time made a notation in the system of a pending 24 hour urine test, then she might be able to run the test. But she didn't see any notation in the system. It appeared that whoever saw me at that visit which I couldn't remember the date, did not make any notation of such.
Jennifer went out of the room a few times keeping her co-worker informed of my situation. Few minutes later her co-worker came to the room where I was at and when I saw her I remembered that she was the one that attended to me in my last visit where I was turned away because I didn't have my 24 hour urine. Her name is Shamika. I asked her if she didn't notice that the 24 H urine test was not checked off when she saw me because it's the same request that Jennifer would not run the 24 H test because it's not checked off? Had Tamika told me that there was something wrong with the slip I could have gone to my doctor and have it corrected. Shamika became very defensive and loud. She pointed out that the 24 H urine bottle that I had did not come from Quest. According to her she could have not given me that bottle. I explained to her that I am a nurse and I work in a hospital and I used the bottle from my work instead of looking for the bottle that she gave me. She loudly responded, "because that never happened". I asked her of she is calling me a liar. She responded, "yes, you are making all these up".
Shamika continued to be loud ordering me to go out to the waiting room and page my doctor. I asked her many times to stop yelling at me but she continued to be loud. People in the waiting area heard her loud voice coming from room 3 where I was at. I went to the waiting room and tried to call my doctor to no avail.
I asked Jennifer if she can provide me information of any regulatory agency where I can direct my concerns to but she doesn't know. She then called her supervisor Kara Mauro but was unable to reach her.
I felt that it was unacceptable how Shamika was yelling at me and being spoken in a very demeaning manner.
Thank you for the attention given to my concern.
Respectfully,
Oliva Rosel

a quest diagnostics driver
I had a protected right turn they had a yield on left, they cut me off and then rolled down the window and cussed at me and my fiancé. The car ID number was 22602. They are a danger on the roads and have no reason to be cussing out random people. That just makes your company look bad. The second photo is from the drivers side. It shows yield on green. They disobeyed traffic laws then decided that they should tell at me for not allow them to do whatever it is they wanted. I'm sure this isn't the first incidence with the driver.
silver lakes 33029 location
Arrived at location at 2:47 P.M. With both daughters who needed to have lab work done. Lab technician said she was already leaving and told me I couldn't be seen because their was only one person at the lab and their needed to be two people when it dealt with kids. She told me to bring both of my kids the next day. I asked her if they can just see one so that my oldest daughter didn't have to miss school, but she told me no that they could not be seen today to schedule an appointment online for another day. Mind you the quest diagnostic closing and walk-in hours for that location are until 3:00 P.M.
rude refunds department representative
01/20/2017, I called Quest Diagnostics billing department and I spoke with Keith he was very accommodating and helpful on explaining everything to me. He said that my insurance already paid my bill and I will be getting a refund because I paid before my insurance paid the bill. He was not able to contact the refunds department at first to ask how am I getting my refund so he gave me the number [protected]. I called the number and the lady (she's lucky I didn't get her name) who answered my call was so rude and not helpful. I told her that I am calling regarding an invoice number and she told me right away that I am not in the system! She never even ask who or why am I calling. Because they usually ask if the caller is the patient, the date of birth and the address. (And I called just to know how am I suppose to get my refund because I paid using my credit card.) I told her that I spoke with another representative named Keith and he gave me this number, and she said he's in the billing department and there's no Keith in their department. So I ended up calling back the billing department and luckily I spoke with Keith again and he's helpful enough to call the refunds department and they were able to tell him the status of my refund. My point is, train your people, specifically in the Refunds Department how to answer phone calls and don't be rude, be polite to the person on the other line. And try to help as much as you can like what Keith did. Keith 5 stars!
venipuncture malpractice that, caused severe bruises etc
I am officially filing this complain to prevent this type of venipuncture malpractice to happen in the future and/or to anyone else.
On 12/9/2016, a phlebotomist performed a venipuncture on my left arm for lab tests at Quest Diagnostics at 2191 Mowry Ave #500B, Fremont, CA location. After blood being drawn, the phlebotomist withdrew the needle out with an angle and some speed instead of the direction it was inserted. I felt the shocking sharp pain while holding my breath but was hoping things would be OK. I was then told to put pressure on the venipuncture site as one was usually told so by protocol. I then dropped by the washroom to collect urine sample but my left arm was in sharp pain. Then the gauze with a tape that was placed on the site of venipuncture popped out as the swelling was so substantial. A lot of tension on the swelling site and some numbness on my left hand which made it difficult for me to perform the urine sample collection. Thus, it took me a while longer to get that done. After passing the urine sample to the phlebotomist, I decided to let her and the front desk staff know about the situation. I thought they might help or take a look at it because the swelling was too much. Instead, they just casually told me to put pressure on it though I did tell them that the swelling was substantial with a lot of tension and pain. So I was left with that condition when I left.
Here I had attached pictures of my arm on the venipuncture site on different days starting from the day I had the venipuncture (12/9/2016) with swelling till today 12/16/2016 with bruises that are still severe and emailed to a supervisor. It is obvious that this injury can be prevented. The phlebotomist did mention that she was new and had been there for only a few months. If that was the case, a supervisor could be there to help preventing this kind of malpractice which could cause a lot of pain and internal injury to a patient.
As of today, I still am still having the pain and numbness and the bruises will most probably take much longer time to recover. I am writing this as an official complain report to bring awareness of the malpractice at Quest Diagnostics.
billing
I received a bill in April of 2016 for blood testing and I had more blood testing done in September the price that was charged was triple the price I tried to contact Quest a copy of what made the price so much more and I just keep get ting the run around I believe I think that the BBB service should check into the practice of billing the consumer for price gouging
unprofessional service and lack of respect for the patient
Quest Diagnostics on 441, State Road 7, Boca Raton
NICKI was the technician assigned to draw my blood and urine. She was annoyed when I asked her to put on new gloves before she drew my blood. I happen to have a blood disease and a very poor immune system but she didn't hear me and didn't care. I asked her please to be gentle with me as my skin is very thin and I bruise horribly. Again she did not care and was very rough with my veins and complained that I was de-hydrated and that I needed to drink water. Then she left abruptly and I was not told to either get my own water or if she would come back with it. I heard her service another patient with the weight check and something else. She then passed in the hall and I asked her what to do and she snipped that she is getting me water. After I drank the water, I asked her to change her gloves and she said, " didn't you see me do that?" I said "no, I didn't see her do that" and she insisted that she did change them again. Meanwhile, she had been touching the scale, water fountain and other objects from the same old gloves from the first round. I put myself in harm's way but I was afraid her attitude would interfere with my doctor's follow-up because she was very spiteful. The she told me to get my urine in the bottle. I said "what bottle?" She said pointing to a jar on my right, "what does that name say"? very sarcastic implying that was mine and that I knew that all along for that purpose. I told her that she did not tell me that was for me. Annoyed, she told me to go to the ladies room and then put the urine bottle on the shelf. Well, there was no shelf in the bathroom. So I asked her, "what shelf?" Again she was annoyed and pointed to a shelf away from the bathroom and said "I told you to put it on the shelf, " like I am an idiot. I then told her that she should have been clear as to tell me the shelf was outside the bathroom. Nicki has an attitude problem and is a poor technician who was not careful inserting the needle 4 times without care and hardly wrapping up the wound to tighten the area from wounding. She obviously hates her job. My two arms are black and blue from the elbow up today. She kept saying it would be OK in a day, not listening to my concerns at all. Was it such a big deal to change the gloves once more after dealing with the other patient in between me? I do not write complaint letters but Nicki should not be allowed to be in a professional environment because of her attitude and poor medical skills. I am a working professional myself with an MBA and would not allow that behavior or ineptness to jeopardize my team's workplace.
Please give me the follow-up with Nicki. I hope she is not allowed to be working with people anymore.
Thank you.
blood work fee
Every time over the last couple of years, the lab tech asks for my doctor's lab data sheet which I give; as well as a copy of my driver's license and then asks for insurance card. At the very end of entering everything into their computer, they ask for my credit or debit card claiming my out of pocket expense is $70. Now, my deductible was met back in late Janurary and I have a $0 copay. I explain this to the tech every time and yet for some odd reason, they always tell me thta my out of pocket expense is $70 and that they cannot take my blood or urine without my payment. Every single time, I explain that my deductible has been met and I have a $0 copay and every time the tech advises me that I am required to pay the $70 and that if my insurance pays the costs at 100% then I will be credited. Unfortuantley, this typically takes about 7-10 business days. About 6 weeks ago, my same doctor ordered different blood tests and I went to the location at Boons Crossing in Chesterfield and once again trhey said my out of pocket amount was $70. When I expllained how I have a $0 copay she said not to worry and did not take my payment and drew my bloood. Now, I usually go to the 777 Ballas location in Creve Coeur and they always take my $70 or refuse to do my lab work. About 4 months ago, I was at the Creve Coeur iocation for blood and the tech attempted to advise that its only a pre authorization and not actually charged and yet my debit card had a $70 block on it for about a week. Last week was the final straw. I was at the Creve Coeur location for blood and uring testing and the tech said that my out of pocket expense is $70. I asked how it is always $70 and when I have a $0 copay and the tech said, "We are required to ask and take a payment and if we dont then we are fined by the state." Furthermore, she went on to say that the amounts are random between $1 and $70 (even though, it is always $70 and I have lab work at Quest about a dozen times per year). Oh, and she said that I am not actually charged the amount, only pre-authorized and yet, it takes about 7-10 business days to release the $70 hold and apparently, the state is fining Quest hundreds if they do not take an upfrony $70 payments? I called the Chesterfeld location and asked about the $70 hold vs. a so called fine and she hung up on me after saying, "We dont talk to the media." I called a location in Ellisville and I simply stated that I need lab work and asked what I need to bring with me and was advised $70 cash, check, or credit card, insurance, and Identification. I asked about the $70 and was advised that is because it does against their bad collection debt for patients who skipped out on their bill so everyone treated the same. I asked what if my insurance pays 100% and I pay with cash, how i get a refund and she said they prefer cash and I woulld need to submit proof that my insurance paid. The woman last week at Creve Coeur said she didnt know what the big deal was because its only a 'pre authorization' and yet I have no access to my funds until it drops or a refund is issued. When I asked what the fine is, I was advised its upwards of several thousand per their district manager.
urine screening unreliable
I took a urinalysis on 8/31/16 for pre-employment screening. I take medications that could alter the results. I obtained copies from both pharmacies that I use. The company made me an offer to start work on 9/6/16 pending my results of my screening. I was not concerned as I know I only take what I am prescribed. On 9/9/16 the MRO called me and I faxed my medications to him. On 9/13/16 I was called into the office and told that I tested positive for amphetamines and that I could not work until this is corrected, since I had explained to the employer that I was taking medications that could alter my test. I called the MRO and we talked about the medications, and he said that there was nothing on my med list that would cause this positive result. I explained that my doctor and pharmacist said that the Phentermine that I am taking for weight loss could cause a positive response. He said he would be more than happy to talk to my physician. My physician confirmed with the pharmacist prior to calling the MRO and agree that the medication could cause a false positive result. My physician called the MRO and he refused to overturn the result, he stated that he thought that the Phentermine may cause this positive result, but that a scientist at Quest said that it would not, so he cannot overturn it. So, I called the Manufacturer of the medication, they told me that it could cause a false positive and sent me an email with documentation to back up the statement. I forwarded it to the MRO with a nice letter asking him to review the results and the information and I ask that he overturn his positive result. He did not, he said that after a meeting with a manager, supervisor, and another scientist, they have agreed that it could not cause the false positive. I have now lost a job, that has been filled by someone else. I would be eligible to be hired if I could get this corrected. I am at a loss as to where or how to proceed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
scam alert, you must read this!
Quest diagnostics is a joke, how and why they are so widely used is beyond me. Im finding that if you specify to most docs that you refuse to use this lab and you would like it done by an alternative one, most have several they can go through and will choose a different one for you, mine did when I brought the issue of them overcharging up. My hope is that people read this and if it can even save some people the frustration and money of dealing with these thieves then my mission is accomplished, and on a greater scale if everyone who is sick and tired of being overcharged without a choice bands together and requests an a different lab we will hurt them where it counts, money. My story is an all too common one, had bloodwork done, which was medically necessary, all was good, then recieved a big fat bill from them. The blood work the doctor ordered was very common and routine, nothing special, it was not tearing apart my dna sequence and recoding it to turn me into a superhuman like the price of my bill would indicate, no, it was simple, routine bloodwork that im sure any other lab wouldve only charged a quarter of the price, if that... I was uphauled when I seen the amounts theyve been charging on my tests, $5, 000, $6, 000, ect each time, and this particular last time I was billed in the amount of $400, which is outrageous for something routine and should be covered, but something tells me the greed in quest just wanted more than they got from my insurance company, so who do they bill? Me of course to get that extra money, thieving like this on thousands if not millions of people, can you imagine how much excess money they make each year? just painting a picture here for you. Funny thing is not long ago they got in trouble with the law and board for employing some sketchy and illegal billing to their patients, paid a huge penalty fine which was just a smack on the wrist for them and easily affordable and went about their business. Some people never learn though, and I guarantee if this company were to get audited in depth or watched very closely by the billing association there will be some foul play found, I rpomise you that. So my opinion is that a.) theyve just massively inflated prices and bill their patients through the wazoo to get what they were making before, just legally now, or b.) because they lost so much money from that lawsuit and getting busted theyve now starting upping prices far more to make up for the fortune theyve lost, either way this company disgusts me and I know im not alone, just google the name and almost every result that comes up will have a header like "complaint boards for quest diagnostics" or "scam alert: quest diagnostics" "scam reports: quest diagnostics" all kinds of results similiar to these, wheres the good you ask? Well there probably is none if you ask me. At one point they were probably honest and trustworthy, which is how so many doctors and patients even crossed paths with these bottom of the barrel parasites, but those days are long gone seeing as how they realized just how much they can get over on people and the fortunes that can be made in laboratory work.. But the damage has been done and doctors to this day still dont think twice about using them because of a formerly good reputation they had once upon a time, I mean afterall what do doctors care how much youll have to pay out of pocket, they arent the ones paying right? Not to mention doctors are hustlers too, people are becoming more and more aware of this, before one could trust their doc, his or her word was enough, but now, with all the bribes, kickbacks from companies, and corruption, theres always that doubt, that"are they telling me the truth or just trying to make a buck off me?" so for all we know the relationship between a doc and quest could be "hey if you send us all your patients for lab work, we'll give you a percentage of the money we get from them, its a win win! So in theory they could be in cahoots with each other, and guess what? We'd never know... Its a corrupt world in the medical industry these days, its no longer a trusting relationship between the doc and his/her patients, sad but true, but regardless that really needs to end somehow, we rely and trust in our doctors to do whats right and in my best interest, not to be salesman trying to make money off of us, I mean dont they make enough as is, do you know of any underpaid, broke doctor? No lavish life, car, house is what a typical doctor has. Anyhow back to my story, so upon recieving this $400 bill, I took it back to the doctor and billing to get their thoughts on it, and everyones reaction was the same, wow, theyre charging that much? Thats insane, it was a simple blood test checking basic things, nothing elborate, it should not be that much, even the doc himself said this, so one of the billing employees went over and verified all the coding with quest, very helpful, and tells me ok that should take care of it, dont worry about the bill. I was at ease, thought the problem was dealt with, to my surprise a few weeks later yet another bill from quest comes, this time in the tune of $200, half of what they were originally asking, but still, far too much for what was done, it should either have been fully covered as I have a very expensive good insurance and the fact that it was routine and medically necessary, or a very small balance if any. I was upset over this and took it back to billing to which they told me just wait a bit and see if it changes, sometimes it can take up to a month for the changes to go through, so I did, and week after week quest just kept sending those bills, 2nd notice, 3rd notice, 4th and final notice, threatening to go to collections if I dont pay them, ridiculous. So today get a letter once again from a bill collector, can you guess who its from? Quest! Theyve actually gone as far as sending it to collections over a bogus amount they actually believe I owe them, what a joke, and what choice do I have but to pay and be yet another victim of a scumbag company. My apologies for the lengthy story, but my mission and hopes are that several read this story and think back to when the same happened to them, or has lab work coming up and takes what ive said into play, request a different lab if possible, bring it up to the doc, whats the worst that can happen, a simple no this is the only lab we use, which im guessing wont be the case with too many docs, most have several, mine has 3 and was happy to send it to another lab. And guess what? No big bills after the switch either, big surprise there aye? Please fight for your right not to be a victim by these hustlers in lab coats, fight back and hit them where it hurts, in their pocket. If enough people see and read this, who knows how far it can go, maybe even to the point of shutting them down, high hopes I know, but you never know, share what ive said with friends, family, spread the word and prevent them from taking advantage of unknowing people any longer, ask yourself, do I really want to be paying alot more money than I need to all in the name of satisfying their greed at my expense...
driver of car 30564
I am writing to complain about the dangerous driving in Fort Myers, Florida, on June 23, 2016, at approximately 1:25 pm by the driver of car 30564. I was tailgated and then passed on a 2 lane residential road (Winkler Road) that has a speed limit of 35 mph. I have been driving on this road since 1981 and this is the first time anyone passed me. This driver is going to hurt someone.
