This particular employee in my opinion does not like her job or white people in general at all. I was in the store to purchase a visa gift card once, and she was so rude, telling me that they could not sell the item after 10:45 pm. The same thing happened, just tonight, except when I went to purchase the same item, she said I couldn't buy it after 9:45 pm. I have went into the store several times and she would not speak to me when I asked how much my purchase was, and I would have to ask several times. She then would get really rude and raise her voice, telling me my total. I asked her about those seeds at the counter that are free to plant and she got really rude and said. Can't you see that they are free... Might I add that there are no price on them or anything saying they are free. I have went to this store several times to do a run for gas and cigarettes and drinks for work. The store would be shut and locked up. It would be 11:00 p. M. I would go to the window to tell her what I needed, and yet again she would have an attitude... She never, never, gets an attitude with any black people. I'm not a racist by no means, but I can surely tell when someone is.. I am highly offended by her. She is a black lady with tattoos on her arm. I do not know her name. I know the other black or white employees never treat me this way. She should be fired before someone smacks her in the mouth... I wish she would take courtesy lessons from her black and white co workers... Thanks but I know this will do no good.

My name is Andrew Burns and would like to share an experience that I had at an orlando area store.The store number is 558 and the manager on duty first name only was Brandon.I entered the store with a scratch off ticket that I had won 100 dollars on and walked over and played some pic 3 and pic 4 and pic 5 tickets and then took the slips to the counter and to also cash in my winning ticket.The girl behind the counter ran the slips and then she ran the scratch off ticket and then informed me she couldnt pay out the scratch off because it was over their limit of payout and then they told me all they could pay out was 75 dollars on that ticket because they said that since they were a smaller store that was their limit.I admit it had me a little out of sorts because I had gone to other race trac stores and never had this issue and he told me I would have to either go to a bigger racetrac or publix or what not.I admit I said this is bulls--t and i did apologize after because sometimes people do say what they are thinking out loud by excited utterance.I then asked him what if I wanted to pay for my pic tickets with my winnings and I didnt have the cash and he said we can cancel them and you dont have to pay for them and I told him something to the effect that it was kinda of screwed up.Then he said to me to leave the store and then he asked me my name and I told him.I then went ahead and purchased my pic tickets and took my winning scratch ticket.I then asked if I could ask him a question and his response was are you going to ask nicely and I thought for a second because I could have easily went off drill seargant style but I bit my tongue and asked him that since she scanned the scratch off would I be able to get it paid out somewhere else and that is when he said a bigger race trac or publix etc.Then as a parting shot I guess he said to me congratulations on your winnings andrew burns now i ask you to leave my store and never come back here again.uncalled for a thousand times over I believe.let me ask you this if three people walk in and have 50 dollar wins in scratch offs for each person do each one of them get 50 dollars or just one get paid out or what.In my opinion I believe this may have been a power trip to show himself up to the gal behind the counter.Again it was store number 558 manager was brandon date was 4/6/2018 @9:56 a.m.when pick tickets were ran so conversation was from then till he kicked me out of the store and told me to never return.I will be posting this on face book as well as other outlets.I have heard many people curse far worse in stores and never been given the boot.I think he may have gotten upset because I wanted store number and his name .also there were no signs in store saying there was a limit on payouts of lotto winnings either.my name is andrew burns cell [protected] and i live in orange city fl.I frequent race trac stores at around 4 different locations locally and never had any issue with a person like this.

At your Store 4665. You have an employee by the name of Imani who one week ago paid for my husband cigarettes out of her pocket because she could not give him change for his hundred dollar bill. He gave her his number to call him so he can pay her back for the cigarettes and that same night at 2:34am she called my husband phone and I answered and I told her not to call or text him anymore. I have the proof that she has constantly called and texted his phone and we've told her multiple times to stop and she refused. HI, I am a regular customer at racetrac stations.
Myself and my workcrew stop there daily. There is a WAWA 2 blocks away from your store in Bradenton Fl.
We work in the Bradenton Sarasota, Tampa and St Pete area.
I am very disappointing with the "omelet wraps" It's not that I don't like them, it's that you NEVER have them. No matter what time we visit the store, they are always out. If they do have any, there would be only 1 or 2 at the most. It seems ironic that you spend so much on advertising them.. ie Banners on every gas pump, and tent banners in front of the store to never have them to sell. If they (employees) would make a steady stock of them, your sales would increase by at least 5 to 10 fold.
I can visit any store from Sarasota to St Peters burgh with the same results... Signs everywhere but

coffee sweetener options
My wife and I are great supporters of Racetrack because of their good coffee and gas prices. However, recently, the Racetrack near us, in Amite, LA, has stopped offering Equal packets for us to use. I hate to do it but our only recourse is to protest this move by boycotting Racetrack all together. You will be losing my son and his wife as well, although the big money is from my wife and I.
not give people their change
I was at Racetrack store at corner of 209 and get 17 in green cove springs fl. This morning got a drink and snack paid with 20 dollar bill total was 4.92 they give me back 15 dollars and said we don't have change when ask about my 8 cents. They done that to the next few people I know before I left. So long story short they stealing a lot of money by the end of day.
switch to biodegradable plastics
When I go into a RaceTrac I am sad to see that you guys are still using a plastic bags and plastic straws and styrofoam cups. These chemicals will be around long after RaceTrac is gone and could potentially last for over a million years. I would like to see RaceTrac as a corporation take some consideration into what they are selling and the footprint that they are leaving behind. America is one of the most beautiful nations in the world and I would really like to keep it that way and I'm pretty sure you would too. I do have a few ideas that I would really love to see your company implement. I would like to see you guys switch from plastic bags to a biodegradable bag and instead of plastic cups use paper cups because trees are a renewable resource, also consider switching to biodegradable straws. If you would not want to switch to biodegradable plastic bags for cost reasons maybe consider implementing a $0.10 charge per plastic bag the customer asks for so the customer thinks twice about using a plastic bag that they really don't need. I see people in your stores getting a plastic bag for a pack of cigarettes and then they go outside and throw the plastic bag away that plastic bag will go continue to a landfill where it will stay there forever for nearly a million years or more. It's everyone's Duty to combat climate change industry has the biggest influence in this fight. So please do your part and consider the ideas that I have it does not hurt to have someone look into how much extra it will cost to switch from plastic to biodegradable Goods once you have done that you have made a big difference in our country and a lot of people will be greatly appreciated to see that RaceTrac is on board to fight climate change.
mistreatment of a paying customer

I am very disappointed in the way my sister was treated at your Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA near I-285 location in the early morning.
My sister is a frequent customer and constantly praises this location. Well this morning, she was treated poorly and was quite devastated that she reached out to me crying. A security guard approached her telling her that she is no longer welcome to stop by in the early mornings anymore. Mind you, she had never meet him before. She was shocked. I too was quite shocked. My sister is a nice person. She has also interacted with the general manager who knows her. She of course does not have a problem with the general manager; she thinks he is great! I of course am not too happy as you can imagine. Again, my sister deserved better treatment as there was no cause for this person to approach her in that manner. I would hope your other patrons are not getting the same treatment.

The Race Track on Maxwell Creek Rd and FM544 is usually very impressive to this visitor. But tonight at 6:00 p.m. there were two of the worst employees I've ever seen at the store. They were two female employees loudly discussing what a [censor] their manager is and talking trash about fellow employees. They barely acknowledged the customers and conversed through everyone's transaction. I would have fired them on the spot if it was my store!
contaminated fuel
I drove 1100 miles from Charlotte, NC to McKinney Texas. I filled my tank at the RaceTrac station located 1608 S. McDonald Street, McKinney, Texas 75069.
I drove less than 3 miles to my family member's home and parked the car. The next morning I started to leave when the engine light came on. I took it to El Dorado Chevrolet to have it checked. They tested and found that there was contaminated fuel in the gas tank. I spent 4 hours and $581.00 to have the tank removed, cleaned and new gas put into the tank. (Receipt for gas and bill from El Dorado Chevrolet attached). After I left the dealership I returned to the gas station to make them aware of the situation. They told me they had no other complaints and to contact the home office. Ironically, the fuel tanker was at the station filling the tanks at that moment. Apparently the day before I got the gas/water at the bottom of the tank. This was quite an expense that I did not anticipate and I am looking for compensation.

I was not satisfied with race trac service, cashier white male, with a ponytails & was wearing earings, I asked him can he put the stuff in the bag..he grab the bag in put it on the counter, I had to do it myself, and then when he give my change back, he just drop it in my hand like he didn't wanna touch my hand.. In drop some of my change on the counter..he didn't. Didn't even apologized..I feel like he was being racist towards me, cause he treat the other customer that was white, differently, everything was in the bag without asking..

I was coming home from church and I was coming to a round a bout by Deen still 3rd in polk city fl one the drivers driving a racetrac truck blew his horn at me to go I was supposed to yeld good thing nothing was coming he was very arrogant blowing his horn to move then as I was still in from of him coming into Polk city fl I was doing the speed limit he decided to pass me he DID NOT get over all the way and Damn near ran me off the road then he proceeded to speed off the speed limit is 60 before you get into town then drops down to 35 and he was flying I did not get the truck # but i did get the licence plate # it is U217947. I want him either removed OR fined heavly because he was a [censor]!it wouldn't have been SO. Bad but I had my 2 small children in the car a 4 year old and a 1 year old!

My four-year-old needed to use the restroom we just got done potty training him and he's been doing well we went to the RaceTrac off of Six Mile Cypress and 738 we went in to use the restroom and they said that they were cleaning the restroom when there is two people in there just talkin and refuse to let my son use the restroom the store has poor customer service the women at the cash register always snobby and rude there's always an issue if they have to go do something like I've gone in and ask for a fresh breakfast sandwich because the other ones were cold or past their time and they got Snappy with me about it I will never return to a RaceTrac again

I am a very low income lady that lives on $800 disability check each month. I live across the street from store number 78 so I visit the store sometimes 7 to 10 times a day. So Ward's program and I also save my receipts to get free items every chance I get. When I went in the store number 78 I better go meet manager would not take my receipt he said it was fraudulent because the code that was on it so I did another survey for showed him another code got back in line and he ripped my receipt up and did not let me get my free . I have not eaten for the day and have no way to get anything to eat and this manager through the food in the garbage and ripped my receipt up and told me that I was lying and I was not lying. This upsets me very much and it also upsets me that he would throw food in the garbage instead of letting a hungry person eat I feel that was very rude of him and embarrass me in front of the other customers and unfortunately I will not be visiting the RaceTrac store any longer. I walked in to race trac approximately about 1:00pm and there was an associate named Holly standing by the register. I asked her if they had Mountain Dew 2 liters and if so where would they be placed in the store. She then responded with "what racetrac wouldn't have those." She was very rude and I will never come back to this race trac again! I normally come every morning for gas and coffee, but the way she spoke to me is uncalled for. Didn't know I was bothering her by asking her where something is.

As a truck driver, i'm a frequent visitor and I have never experienced customer service this bad. I enjoy the products sold for snacking because they are usually fresher than what I may find at another similar business such as quick trip.
After purchasing fuel, I requested a fresh cookie, and was told to get a cookie from the display case and put it in the microwave. I have visited several locations and have never had this issue. There were several other employees on site so she would not have been remissed to oblige my request, but instead she continued to repeat, several times that I should heat one in the microwave.
The demeanor of this lady, who happened to be the manager over the food area, was dismissive, disrespectful, and really makes me not want to spend my money with this business. Other customers witnessing this event were shaking heads and in disbelief. Other co workers of mine were on site as well and were just as upset with her behavior. I wish I could give a name, but she did not even have a nametag on. I left the store upset, not just about the cookie, but the total disrespect, the tone of voice, the debate, the embarrassment, and overall disappointment in this location.

closed/locked door at 5:15 am
On my way to work I realized I had forgotten to get gas on way home from work last night and was absolutely about to run out. Swing in to the RaceTrac (corner of McEver Rd/Hwy 369 Browns Bridge Rd in Gainesville, GA) All lights on, employees inside, but doors locked. Employees clearly saw me standing at the door trying to figure out why there was no sign on the door saying they were closed, but even though the employees saw me and I proceeded to knock on the door, they stuck their noses in the air and acted as they heard nothing! I then noticed a window to the side where another customer, a lady, was standing with an employee behind the window inside giving the lady her change back along with donuts and a few other things. I said, oh ok, must be some kinda security reason, so I approached the window, hit the call button, no response from employees, noses still in the air! I tapped on the window, held up my money in the air, still nothing! While I stood there patiently waiting, there were atleast 12-14 customers that drove up and pulled away with no service! So here I am now, on side of the road, no gas, late for work, totally screwed, and no other gas station nearby in atleast 2miles that is open. I didnt have a credit card to oay at the pump, or a debit card, whatever, so like aI said,... f-'ing screwed! Total bs! If you are gonna close, close!... but turn some of your f-'ing lights off and put a sign on the door! Atleast that way, your snobby employees can continue walking around doing nothing, acting busy, with their noses in the air without being bothered! Thanks RaceTrac, you made my day!... along with the other customers that were turned away I'm sure! Totally f-'ed up! I will not be stopping here again!...2 fingers up!

I’m a truck driver & I stopped at the RaceTrac in ForestPark, GA.
THEY HAVE 5 or 6 diesel lanes & 50 truck parking spaces.
But the women that work in there are VERY RUDE!
For no reason!
The store is filled with a bunch of negative energy.
Imo…management is letting them be mean & nasty to the customers.
I know truckers can be a bit rough but at the same time big softees as well.
They want to be treated nice too!
When I come across these nasty people in RaceTrac I leave & just hope there’s a QT not far away.
But the reason I’m at a racetrac is because I didn’t see a QT.
poor service & poor training
4150 blue heron Blvd, in beautiful Riviera Beach, FL... This morning I had another terrible experience at this location. I asked Princess for three pack special, I had a fifty dollar bill. She said oh I can't take any large bills, didn't look in her drawer or ask other employee if they had change. I live across the street from the store and visit nearly every day, for a gas station to say they don't accept large bills is a lie, I know better than that. Also miss princess was extremely RUDE ! I will never give any business to this store and recommend you do the same.
