I'm a customer and I was in rainbow one of the employees said there working on thanksgiving and she has kids I asked her if she had kids she said yes that's not right she needs to be home with her kids I don't even shop on thanksgiving cause i'm home with my kids she can't even spend time with her kids or boyfriend that is not right when her kids want to spend thanksgiving with there mom and can't so I think she needs a day off to spend it with her family she is italian just because they don't spend thanksgiving doesn't mean she can't cause they are spanish she needs that day off or work until 3 every other store is open at 6 that's normal they think there going to be busy yea with all spanish and black people I don't think she is being nice plus she makes her employees go to work when there sick if I get sick cause of her. Employees I will kill the manager not right she needs to spend time with her kids and boyfriend not right she can't I work retail i'm a manager and I don't treat my employees that way we open at 6 until 10 she celebrates thanksgiving come on give her a break we are italian it's our holiday she is not a good manager thank u
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Rude and disgusting disrespectful to everyone never has the patience to work with others or to train right her employees

I have shopped @ Rainbow for years, I have spent several hundred dollars with your company. I ordered some bra's online (yes I missed the small print that these items are not refundable or can be exchanged). I would like a store credit at least as the items had tags & still on hangers as I ordered the same size but they all fit differently.
