I am frequent shopper at Rainbow Shop 41 Concord Commons Pl SW, Concord, NC 28027. Today around 12 noon, I went to shop for plus size niece birthday gift. While shopping, I selected a dress and top and placed these items on top of rack while I checked the size of another dress. After I selected the dress, I noticed the items already selected where not where I put them. So I asked the attendant, who was watching me search for a good while, did you move the things I put there? She did not look up she said, yes, I have to keep my side neat. She did not say "oh, were those yours? She did not get up and retrieve the items and give them back to me and her attitude stank. She kept her head down and continued to talk about how she don't let her side get messy; as if that is more important than selling your wares. Looking down appearing to do paperwork she sneered her comments at me. I put the 2nd dress I selected on top of the same display rack and said, "I don't mind you putting them back; but your attitude about it sucks!" And I left.
As you are aware, you do not have shopping cart or baskets. Items are sometimes tightly packed together on racks. Customers have to use both hands to find the size and prices. How dare your shift manager treat a customer in such a manner as to take items selected while my head is turned and speak as though it's my fault for needing to use both hands because there is no place to rest items already selected. And to have such a ghetto attitude and street talk directed toward me, a customer that make purchases regularly at that store. I will not return.
Desired outcome: I want apology and I want training for workers how not to sabotage your goodwill by making this customer feel that I nor my money are welcomed at that store.
