On August 14th 2023 I received an online order that I placed for a white heel for my upcoming wedding. The shoes came in a pink plastic bag that look a little bit worn out. I took the shoes out and did not see any physical wear or anything to the top portion, but as I turned them over I realized that someone had pulled a sticker or something off because the bottom was sticky and fuzzy, I tried to overlook that and tried the opposite shoe on, they were very uncomfortable so figured to save myself some time that I would just return them in store and swap them for something else. When I got to my local store the manager on duty was extremely rude to me from start to finish! I e planned to her that’s how I received the shoe and she refused to swap them for me and made very condescending comments! I then made an attempt to call the customer service line and pretty much got the same treatment. Straight rudeness! Now I have done several reviews already but the only response I’m getting is just a generic apology and them re explaining the return policy! That’s not good enough m! That’s no where near good enough at this point! Because I should have ever been sent used merchandise that I would not be able to return! Not only that because of the ridiculous return policy I will be loosing even more money for sending the shoes back which is very unfair in my case! This company has not shown any empathy towards my situation and it hurts because I’m a bride to be next month and that was the purpose of my shopping for shoes!
