Innova no RJ14UE3068 was given for accidental repairs at Rajendra Toyota. They asked for cash for the bill. I told that my policy is cashless but GM workshop said that they don't have tie up with that company for cashless claims. Hence I requested him to give this reason in writing but he didn't do so and misbehaved with me.
Plz revert back with a solution and provide me the above reason of not entertaining The cashless claims in writing from dealership or Toyota company
