I would like to raise a complaint to you. My salary has been transffered last Thursday Nov. 28, 13:29. via online Transfer. (see attached for proof)
I have called and followed up yesterday as per you customer representative call center. give them 1 working day. I have give your staff 1 working day and they said it will be in my account
Today I have called and followed up again twice. I was talking to this girl Swathi (supervisor as per her) She gave all diffrent reason why my salary is not my account. She gave me reasons waiting for central bank's approval as it is batch by batch. and any other reason you can think of. (Please check review our conversation)
RAK Bank doesnt have any right to hold my salary as I doesnt owe anything to RAK Bank.
All my colleagues from other bank received their salary same day Thursday Nov. 28 at night.
I'm looking forward on immediate action on this matter.
