Wish I had read reviews BEFORE ordering. Ordered 6/12/18, and I still don't have what I paid $40 for. It is now 8/30/18. Numerous e-mails to them all to no avail. The "tracking informatio" has not been updated since 7/12/18. Sorry to say I guess I am not ever receiving it and I was scammed. I guess the statement "buyer beware" applies in this situation. Ordered what was shown in all photos and from a logical sense, a wireless headset/earbuds for OS. After almost 2 months 1 earbud came in! I thought it was a mistake...it's not...they are sold as a single non pairing with another ear bud. Sound quality was horrible as well. Sent numerous emails. Will have to pay shipping to send back..and based on what i've read I doubt I will see a refund.

I ordered 4 travel adapters in June for a trip. It is now the end of August, and my trip is next week. I ordered them from amazon and they came in a week. I no longer want this order. I want my refund for the 4 adapters...not just emails apologizing and to be patient. I want a refund. the emails keep saying its in process and they can't cancel. I don't know what else to do except to go to the media and find a satisfactory solution. Please advise. I have saved approximately 20 emails requesting a refund.

i had ordered four mosquito repellent from them but even after one month i hadn't received my product. Every time they reply that they will courier my product by end of week.
In this way many weeks past but they had not courier yet
i lost my money rest be aware of such companies
i had ordered first time from my i phone but now i realised that we should not order from devices.
Apple company should also to take action against such companies and blocks the links of such companies on iphone, so that customer hard earn money is saved

I lost my husband of 50 years and couldn't wait to receive this flash drive to Dave all his pictures. I waited so long for it and they kept telling me it's coming. It was over a month. It's so sad that it seems this is a scam. They advertised on Facebook and it seemed so legitimate. I was a Principal in a school for over 25 years. I thought I was pretty smart and believed this was a gadget that was going to truly help me. I am so upset.

I have requested refund information but have not received anything but requests to send them more information, which I have done. I have also sent an email to my state's attorney general's office to see if they can help me get a refund.

I ordered 2 of the units. As soon as I saw 2-4 weeks for shipping I knew something was wrong. I canceled the order within an hour or 2. I also called my credit card company and explained what was going on. They looked up the company and tried calling the phone number associated with the companies credit card business account. The phone number was no longer answering. My credit card co. credited my account for the price of the 2 units. I've tried several times to ask for return instructions but I just get replies asking for more info. The last contact was sent a few minutes ago. I told them I'll throw them in the trash if they don't send me return info.

earbuds with adapter for iphone x
WORST. COMPANY. EVER. Rama sent me a defective product - ear buds adapter for iPhoneX. Contacted customer service and they would not refund my money but promised to send a replacement after my first email on June 7. I emailed again on July 18th. The replacement never came. I e-mailed nine times total and all I've gotten is the runaround for 2 months now. I'm never getting that replacement and am out the money.

Recently bought a smart watch for my son. Did not work despite purchasing several SIM cards. I requested information about how to return and get refund. Continuously received emails giving me instructions about the watch, I asked again for details on how to return and got an email saying the watch had to be returned within 3o days which it was and to be sent with a tracking number and to be signed for. I returned watch to address on box which said returns address via recorded delivery. Have now received email saying it wasn't returned to correct address and no refund can be given!
I ordered the kidsGPS smart watch... OMG.. buyer beware! They only answer you in email the same thing over and over and over!
How awful this company is!

Ordered a window bird feeder for my step dad, wanted to give it to him for Fathers Day. Ordered it May 16, didn't receive it till end of June. It came in pieces and was completely destroyed. Contacted the company, who just gave me the run around, having numerouls employees answer my endless emails. I sent a video and photos clearly showing the damaged product. They refused to give me back my money, said they would only send me a replacement. The replacement bird feeder arrived in August only to be damaged as well, and completely a different product. It is a solar window bird feeder but only 1/4 the size. It's been since May and I still don't have a product that I can use. Probably the worse company I ever dealt with.

Saw what I thought was a great price at $19.99 for a screen door. Ordered and payed via pay pal. Pal Pal sent a receipt however Rama, A N & Associates, Mesh screen-door (some of the various names represented in various correspondence) did not send. First phone number didn't work . Got response via email, I was provided a tracking with what looked like a DHL tracking page and for days nothing moved. The following emails seemed to be "canned" and ended when I stated that I suspected this to be a scam. I completed what I told them I would do and reported to Paypal, FB, Instagram, BBB.

I received the watch on 7/10 and went to at&t for a sim card, which I was told they do not offer it there for the watch. I contacted rama deals and asked for a return address for a refund on 7/10. They sent me the link to purchase a sim card online instead, which I ended up purchasing and still couldn't get it to work. I emailed them back and told them. they sent me a link with instructions, which I still couldn't get it to work/sync on my computer. I asked for a phone # for support and again, asked for a return address for a refund. they said they only communicate via email, no phone support. I asked for a return address again on 7/23 which was ignored again and again yesterday 7/31 in which they responded with...only refunds are given if its within 30 days from the time of order. they have ignored every single request for a return address for a refund since 7/10. I purchased the watch on 7/01 and it's been an absolute nightmare to get a refund. please help.

Had i known this i could have ordered from another trusted company I've been using i just don't see how they are able to do things like that i saw they show that they have so.e great deal, amazing deals but its not real apparently its all a scheme because mostly every review was people saying do not order from there or something like that.

I ordered 2 adapters June 20th and have yet to receive them as of today July 30. I have emailed, messaged and posted repeatedly asking for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. I'm continually told it will arrive shortly. Tonight I was told that it was being processed so couldn't be cancelled; clearly this isn't true as it hasn't been mailed.
A review of consumer sites shows nearly identical experiences. Customer service has been appalling and one can only assume this is not an above-board business.
I want an immediate full refund.

wireless charger - poor quality, stopped working after 1 week.
I received the wireless charger that I ordered but it worked only for a week after which it would no longer charge. I sent multiple emails and each time a different person would answer and say the same thing over and over again. I sent the requested photo, video and detailed explanation. They just don't want to replace it or even just give a new wire to see if that's the problem The product is definitely of poor quality and the customer service does not care if the customer is unhappy because they already got their money- meanwhile I did not get my money's worth.

I have been emailing your customer service reps since July 3, 2018 (day I received item) to return the GPS Smartwatch and I get the same reply each time to send a video of the problem I am having with the device. The problem is that neither I nor my wireless can remove the back of the watch (even with the tool provided) to access area to install sim card. In addition, my wireless provider does not support this device. I need an address to return for a FULL refund. I am well within the 30 day return period.

original endoscope for phones
Received the endoscope camera and it was damaged. I paid to return the product out of pocket and they would only issue me a partial refund as the original shipping was non-refundable.
The endoscope camera was $20 + $10 for shipping, but cost $15 to return and lost the $10 for shipping. All-in-all it cost me $25 to get nothing when it was supposed to cost $30 to get the endoscope camera.
Customer service was horrible and the product was junk. Never again will I order junk off facebook.
Portable Adapter
Ordered the portable in late May and it is July 11 and no sign of product or even an ETA. Send multiple emails request a cancelation & refund and was told that it was too late since my order has been submitter to another company to process. Why is this my issue? I place an order with one company, and it is that company responsibility to take care or expedite the request. Keep telling me that my order was delayed due to high volume or order. Oncer again, this is not the customer issue. If you can't fulfill the request, do the right and refund. Request ETA on multiple occasions and they keep telling me it takes 14-21 business days. This company is a big scam and customer is the WORSE.

Do not purchase anything from them as I believe they are a total scam biz
I have asked them several times to refund my monies and they refuse to do so.

I odered o e of these so called high powered pressure washers tried in six different house's thinking i might have a pressure pro lem didn't make any difference tried contact ing Rama about return all i get back is send it back to china Tracked which costs £45 from the uk the cheek if it is the so called Tracking number they gave me wasn't recognised by any one on the delivery envelope there is a uk return address and phone number i tried ringing the number it turned out to be Some from another town nothing at all to do with Ramadeals
