The headphones do not pair up nor work.
I have had over 20 emails about the headphones not working.
1st they want a photo and I sent a photo.
Next they want a video? I did not send a video because
I believe they knew these headphones did not pair and make it difficult to do returns. I want no replacements.
They claimed the 45 days are up? No, It is still March!
They claim they have excellent customer service is awful.
Please remove them from doing business because the headset does not work and they are FRAUD!

cannot cancel order within 2 hours of placing order.
I changed my mind about an order within 2 hours of ordering. Contacted customer service via email as this is the only option.
I received a response saying the order is "in process" however it also says that I won't receive the product for 4-8 weeks. How can this be in process?
When I responded to the reply, I received the EXACT same response from so this cannot be monitored, just an automatic reply.
If I cannot get this order cancelled, I will NEVER purchase from them again. I would understand if the product had shipped, but it looks like you don't even plan on attempting to ship it for at least a month. That's horrible.

I ordered this product february 5. On february 6 I sent in an email to cancel the order. (the product is overpriced and the ad is misleading) on my original order I asked for the express shipping, but the fastest they could get it was (at first) 14 to 21 days. They refused to cancel my order and said I could refuse delivery (if I was home when the package arrived... Which isn't likely) it is now march 27 and still no word on when the item will ship. I have sent several emails complaining and trying to cancel the order. These people are ridiculous. Do not buy anything from them! It's junk, and they are not customer service oriented.

I ordered this product on January 28th. After receiving no product in four weeks, I contacted the company again. They provided an email stating that the item would be shipped in 5-to-6 business days. That would mean the delivery would have been on March 13th. On March 14th I contact the company again, and this time the deadline moved to another 3-to-4 weeks!.
I told them that the item was a gift and it was too late to arrive and to cancel the order. They sent another email stating that the item was backordered and that they would give me another 10% off a "FUTURE" order. Again I asked them to cancel because the items were not arriving in time, and I no longer wanted them. I also told them that I certainly would NOT be using them again and that 10% discount is useless.
I got another email stating that it was too late to cancel, but that I could refuse delivery and they would refund the money when they were notified the item was returned.
I immediately opened a complaint with PayPal who will withhold any payments to these crooks. The seller MUST respond within 10 days. If they do not, the dispute is closed. So to counter, these crooks sent me an email telling me that my item was on the way with a FAKE fedex tracking number. I contacted FED EX with that number and they do not even use those sequential numbers. So they lied. I immediately took screenshots of these fake numbers and provided that to PayPal. I have absolutely no interest in receiving the items and I have told them that at least five times.
In any event, I have learned to use credit cards and PayPal to pay for these items, and then open disputes on these crooks because they will not pay them.

I ordered a product from this company. They say it will take 2 - 4 weeks. After 4 weeks 8 receive an email that says that due to excessive orders the product will take a lot more time. They offer a coupon for 10% as a gesture. Of course, since I had to sign up with them, they have been sending 15% off coupon in order to order something else from them.
I emailed them informing them that this is ridiculous, and say that I would rather them just cancel the order and give me credit. They respond by saying "unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to cancel at this point. If you are no longer interested in this item, you may refuse the delivery and have the unopened package sent back to us. Once we can confirm this has been done via the tracking information we will be able to issue a refund."... If the item comes in the mail, how am I suppose to refuse it?
If the product does finally come, who's to say I would ever receive money from returning it. I doubt i'll ever see my product... Probably lost my money on this one.
Avoid this company at all costs. Of course its difficult since the product was listed under a different company that id not listed, and this companys name - rama deals - was not listed anywhere.

Purchased product in USD. 19.99 plus shipping. Total about 32 cad. Returned it due to it not working. Did not pay $14 for tracking number which will not be refunded. Instead sent it regular post with order number and to canadian address they asked me to ship to. Took a picture. Submitted it to them. Followed up 2 weeks later. The run around is given. Ignoring all communications prior. Asked if I would accept store credit. After realizing that my constant communications back and forth is going no where and them acting dumb I agreed to a store credit of which after 5 weeks am still been given the run around. They act dumb and ignorant. Pass it around the office and continue playing childish games emailing me. I highly recommend staying away from these nincumpoops. I am now being continuously spammed from the company after requesting them not email me again.

I ordered a "2-pack" Car Crevice Storage Box after Christmas (2017).
The boxes were to take 14-21 days to arrive. I received 1 box approximately Feb. 20, 2018. I wrongly assumed the other would arrive in a separate shipment. The the other did not arrive, I contacted the company who advised I only ordered "1 pack" and they would give me 20% discount on another order. Next email advised 10% discount. The next email advised gift card in the original amount. I only wanted the other box that I had ordered. Several emails later the company advised it would send the other box. I immediately got another email advising to disregard the "last email". 17 emails later, I'm back at the beginning with 20% discount offered. Do Not Order From This Company! Their advertising is false/deceptive and their customer service is horrendous!

I don't want a new jacket, I don't want a gift card I want my money back. I keep getting e-mails to take pictures of a return receipt which I doubt' have one and was never asked for one just a tracking number. I gave them what they wanted and now they are trying to NOT give me my money back. I am going to contact the Federal Tase Commission to try and stop this scam you are running.
long delay in shipping/will not cancel order
When making a purchase I was offered shipping options. They were standard. After choosing method and completing payment, I was sent an email stating it would be a 3-4 weeks process due to large volumes of orders. This I was not told until after the order was placed. Upon receiving the info I requested cancellation. This was within half a day that I placed the cancellation. They will not cancel the order. I was told different reasons. One was "already processed" the other "still processing." So I'm a month out for receiving goods that I was able to buy on Amazon and have delv in 3 days.
Service is terrible.
Avoid this company unless you are comfortable with a restrictive cancellation policy.
I've since contacted my credit card company to dispute the order.
They should have made me aware of the long delay PRIOR to accepting the order.
Terrible service and I suggest you avoid the company.

Have sent numerous emails and the responses I received never answer d my questions. I returned three of four wireless chargers and they are refusing to refund me. There is too much detail to include here. I can send all the emails that will explain everything.

Perhaps they don't read "English, " but they are HORRIBLE! Do NOT order from this flaky company. I ordered the Easy-Bungee luggage wrap. Received it within 2 weeks of my order, and found the product to be "unfunctional." Requested a Refund & Return authorization, including Order Confirmation. They told me my order was "past their 45 day return window." I wrote back saying "no, check the Order confirmation - it was within 2 weeks!" Then they told me it was "out of their 30 day refund window." I corrected them AGAIN that it was within 2 weeks. Next I got an email note "thanking me" for choosing to receive a 20% discount coupon (instead of my requested refund). I wrote back saying, "NO, I WANT A REFUND, " which is well within their 30-day refund policy. Finally, I get instructions to RETURN the product, get a TRACKING number and take a PHOTO/Screenshot of the Post Office Receipt. I did ALL that, and emailed the photos to them. Next I got an email saying they couldn't locate the Tracking number! I didn't reply to that one! FINALLY, I got an email saying the tracking number was located and my refund was being "processed." Honestly, I STILL don't believe they are processing it. They are FLAKY, STUPID, and DISHONEST. DO NOT ORDER FROM RAMA DEALS!

I ordered the mini Nintendo classic edition and instantly regretted it. I emailed them immediately to stop the order. Kimberley claimed it was too late and that my order was being processed, which I thought was ridiculous. She told me that I could refuse the delivery and that a refund would be given to me. In early December, the package finally arrived on my doorstep. I took it straight to the post office where they stamped refused delivery all over it and sent it off. It has been well over a month and I have received no refund. I have been in contact now with Sheryl at Rama Deals and am getting nowhere. I should've just kept the merchandise had I known how difficult they would be about a return.

I ordered some headphones from this Company and received them on January 4, 2018. They were a piece of crap. I returned them to the "if undeliverable" address in Australia.
I have been trying to get a refund and have had to jump through hoops supplying information.
Gian C was the person I was dealing with and they have been infuriating sending pro forma emails asking for the same thing over and over no matter what I tell them.
I even sent (and I had to do it as a screenshot) proving the product had been returned. This came from a Chinese gentleman. They insisted on a tracking number. I didn't use a tracking number.
A guy called Ron finally asked for the original order (screenshot - but I couldn't do that) because they had lost it, the order number (I had supplied), and my address - advising he would issue a refund as soon as this info was received. I spent this.
I then receive yet another email from Gian C asking for my address so they can reship the product.
I have asked for a refund the whole time.
I am so frustrated. I wouldn't recommend Rama Deals to my worst enemy. The product was awful and the service has been abominable.
only half of my order received.
December 6, I ordered a 4 pack of luggage bungees for a total of $54.95 for Christmas gifts. It wasn't until January 2 that I received a shipment containing 2 bungees—-half of my order (#57060). I contacted your company and was assured that the rest of the order would be shipped as soon as possible. Nothing has arrived. After numerous emails back and forth (one telling me that my order had arrived on January 2-which was the incomplete shipment I was trying to address), Today I opened an email from the zendesk telling me that an uploaded photo was required of my issue. I cannot, obviously, upload a picture of an item that I have not received. I have reached a point where I feel that my only option is to contact the BBB and the FTC.

This product was a total rip-off. Showed it was for iPhone and iPad to download and store pictures. It came from China and this was not stated in the product description. It is very cheap and came with the end bent to connect to phone. Sometimes it works with much jiggling and other times you get error messages. Customer service is awful and will not take care of the issue unless I pay for the return. They offered a 20% coupon to use on another product from them. Why would I want to buy something else from them.
Mine never worked and now they won't they won't replace it or refund my money. I think it's time to take action against this company.

After the 2nd defective light was sent to me I requested a refund. I was told that I have to post the defective item back to China to get a refund at my own expense!
You were hapoy enough to take my money but the customer service is appalling. I have a long thread of emails going back since november 2017 and no satisfaction whatsoever despite the advertisement on facebook assuring me that there is zero risk and 100% refund within 45 days if not satisfied. I am not not not satisfied!

I've contacted them numerous times and once I mention wanting a refund I hear nothing back. I've been patient since November but it is becoming clear this is a scam. They have no product and do not plan on sending anything. They have the same response;
"We have tracking numbers available for almost all orders, as we have shipping labels ready for when stock comes in, for quicker processing and shipping, so please do not be deterred if your tracking number hasn't updated as of yet. We absolutely promise that you will receive your order within the next 2-3 weeks. We would like to extend our deepest apologies again, as we do understand your order was placed for the holidays. We appreciate your patience with us so far and we will do everything possible to ensure you receive your order."
