retro game console - upgraded
I ordered the retro console and am very dissapointed. The console box says it has super mario bros 3, and it is even listed when you turn on the console. In fact, the background art when you view the list of 500 games appears to be from super mario 3, but when you click on super mario bros 3, it does not take you to super mario bros 3. Instead it takes you to what looks like another original super mario bros level. I am super bummed about it. I have been going back and forth with Cristina D from Rama Deals, but keep getting the run around. They asked me to submit a video proving the defect, so i did. Then they said it needed to be over 7mb, which, according to my computer, it the video i sent was 8.4mb. That should be enough proof, but now they want me to make a youtube video. This is ridiculous. I would like to receive a working console with the super mario bros 3 game . my order # 12190

You have money back guarantee and there's a law, protecting customer, allowing for 30 days return and full refund policy active. You are trying to scam me for money and quality and description fo the product, which has adapter plug, which is probably is not even safe.

The only satisfactory solution to this scam the way I see it: like all self-respecting online deal companies (Amazon, ebay, nextdirectory ect) you send me a file with free postage docket I will print out to attach to the wrong product you have sent me. I send it back to you, at no cost to me and you send my my 50 +1.50 internation transacton fee back. I never order from you again.If itt is not resolved in this manner other means will be involved to get my money back.very angry customer

On November 6th 2017, I ordered and paid for a classic Nintendo console and was told that I would receive it in 2 to 3 weeks. I ordered this console on 10/25 and was told via email it shipped on November 2, 2017.
If I didn't receive the item within 21 days to contact and they would investigate. I have emailed them and was provided 4 tracking numbers, they are all still in China and haven't moved. I filed a complaint with the BBB asking for a refund or the item to be shipped out using a reputable shipping service such as ups or fedex.
Do not order from this company, it is nothing but a headache.

I ordered a Lumi Projector from lumiprojector.com on October 14th. It seemed like a reputable company, considering the domain name matched the item I was buying.
It took 6 weeks to receive, when the order confirmation said 3-4 weeks. The worst part, is that when I finally received the package, they sent me the wrong item. I got some crappy laser light. I tried calling the company and the phone number on their website is disconnected. The email I received when I first inquired about the package being late was not from lumiprojector.com, but from Rama Deals, so I guess it's a subsidiary.

Yet again you have not read my email - as has no one else of your colleagues this has gone on for far too long
I cannot send it back tracked as it would cost 52 english pounds which is twice as much as I paid for it I have sent every possible proof of my purchase it is not defective as such - it is advertised as an outdoor light and it certainly is not it would fuse as soon as it came near any rain/ dampness - that's if you could reach outside with such a short length of flex
You should be apologising for such below standard goods if you send me a return address label it is packed up and ready to send back
You advertise refunds - that is all I want I am not paying £52 to send back such a poor product your advertising is not truthful and whenever I see it advertised on facebook I put a comment on advising them not to buy it

As you can see from the email correspondence I have a product that is no use to me and doesn't fulfill its' advertised use

That was 3 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing from them and received no goods and no refund.

How can I re-ship item back to you to get refund, if it has been in the "Process for Shipment" for 6 months... no way is this item going to magically appear in order for me to ship back to get refund. I placed an order for this item on July fifth. their ad said shipment would be in 12-24 hours. My credit card was charged on july fifth. today is August 8th and I have not yet received the product. Contacted Customer relations where a series of exchanges of the "robot" type followed.
