Rama Deals classic retro console

I purchased a retro active game from your website on Dec 9th and have not received it. I have sent numerous email for an update and all I keep getting is please allow more time. I asked on Jan17 due to the fact that my tracking number does not work and I have no way of finding out exactly where my package is I would like a full refund. 64.94 is the amount I paid

order item on 11/4/2017 website :zenwatersystems.com 29.94 received it product didn't fit my shower unit I called them at800-400-0388 after several attempt someone answer and gave me an order number 72776 and a return mailing address to send it to;3200 North America drive west Seneca n.y.14224 which i did thru the post office I do have my receive dated 12/04/2017 e- mail given inso-rama deals which doesn't go thre the phone number no one answer since you can't even leave a message please hep me get my return money thanking you.

Rama Deals flash drive for iphone

WARNING THESE PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF I order a flash drive for an iPhone and was sent the wrong product they sent me a flash drive that the USB was the wrong size for any USA PC and an a so called adaptor which both didn't fit when I told them about it they ask me to send some photos and then would send me a replacement which I did then they told me they needed a short VIDEO to replace it...THATS WHEN I WENT ON LINE TO CHECK OUT THESE RAMA DEAL FOLKS TO SEE WHAT PEOPLE WERE SAYING ABOUT THEM AND THEY GOT AND HAVE THE WORST REVIEWS I HAVE EVER SEEN, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM RAMA DEALS SUCK BIG TIME !

I ordered the laser light back on the 16th October when it Turner up went to use it only worked for awhile then stopped after that the order no# 5249 it costed $44.94 im not immpressed i have sent so many photos and videos too i want them to send me a new ASAP i wanted it to show my grandson for xmas of this year thats not happening IM NOT IMMPRESSED WITH RAMA DEALS and they sent me the wrong one as well from edwina saunders

Rama Deals unethical behaviour

Hi I am writing Re: an order placed Oct 23/17 for a fingerling (toy). I knew at the time I was paying more than they were selling for at Toys R us (I paid $35 and Toy R Us were selling them for 19.99 + tax= $23.) and I was Ok with that as I have a mobility issue. After 4 weeks I started to e-mail them re delivery of order. They always replied with a standard answer - didn't make a difference who answered the e-mail. I finally received the order the week before Christmas. I knew there were imitations of this toy out there but it arrived in a fingerling package. The plastic was a bit bent but I attributed this to shipping. I was extremely disappointed to hear from my daughter that the one I gave my granddaughter was not an original - 2 of her friends received them for gifts also and hers didn't do anything it said it would do and on top of that the hair colour for the Mia (purple fingerling) was supposed to be white and it was blue. Both she and I are very disappointed as this was her #1 gift request. Magic Toy Truck was the name of the company I ordered from. Order # 73352 and Tracking number LM698777985CN but responses to my e-mails were from Rama Original order said delivery would be 3-4 weeks. I am looking for a refund on my credit card. Packaging was thrown out Christmas day. Hopefully you can resolve this. Thanking you in advance Maureen Lane

Rama Deals i've been waiting for a refund...

I was not satisfied with their product, they tried to offer me a discount on my next purchase. Insisted on returning the "entertainment system" worth 59.99 back for a refund. They finally gave the addresses to ship it to US/CA/CN. I shipped it and send thdm and email with the USPS tracking number. They said to me the tracking number had not updated twice after USPS had shown the status delivered. Every day a new agent writes me back, the last one apologized for the long delay and said I should have received the package. I was so upset, I sent the package to them for a refund, and he's telling me if I didn't receive it to check with the us mail service. I'm still waiting for a refund and today is 27 December. They received my return on 18 December. Talk about HORRIBLE customer service and shopping experience.

Rama Deals refund request for faulty merchandise

Ordered flash drives from ios Flash Drive, when I advised product was defective and wanted to return, I was shuttled over to Rama Deals. Polite e mails from Rama Deals advised me to return merchandise to address given. Address turned out to be "non deliverable" and continuing requests for correct address went unanswered.

Item was purchased Nov 27th, costs $ 34.94. Received from China about three weeks later. First contacted Rama Deals Dec 15, 2017.

Rama Deals case for s4 phone

It is apparent that they do not care. I have beeb waiting for my Christmas present for a long time for my dad. I informed them that my package needed to be here by Christmas as I am disabled & can't get to the store so I needed this right away but it didn't help! It is 12/20 and the tracking # says it's gotten here on 12/18 & they bear no responsibility for the delay! They are the shiping company, of course they are to blame!

Rama Deals order never received

I placed an order with Rama Deals on November 15th. By December 10th, I still had not received an order or any communication as to why. I emailed the company on December 11th . On December 13th, I received this email in reply -
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. We deeply apologize for the bad experience you have had with us but it seems that your package has been lost in transit. We will have your order reshipped for you as soon as possible. We apologize again for this inconvenience.

As these were intended for Christmas, ( and ordered in plenty of time to receive for Christmas ), there is no good reason why they are not here . I emailed the company today to ask for a refund, as I am confident they have no intent on shipping them. I feel this may be a rip off company, and I will be following up with the BBB of New York .

Rama Deals classic mini nintendo

I ordered a mini Nintendo for Black Friday. It was from retro active games but fulfilled by Rama deals. I never received a shipping confirmation so I emailed the company. They apologized and suddenly my order shipped. I followed the tracking from China and one day saw that my package had been delivered. The problem is, it was delivered to an address across the country from me to an address that has no relevance to me what so ever. So I emailed the company again to let them know and all the said was, yes it was delivered to said address. After asking for a refund I never got a reply. This company is a giant sham! I reported it to my credit card and an investigation is underway. Don't buy from these people!

If it is a translation problem then I will get this email translated You are showing a heartless and cold approach to my problem and are not able to pick up any points and address them The MAIN point is your product is poor and is not worth the money I spent - let alone the cost of sending it back for £52
I was looking forward to a lovely display on my house for Christmas; instead it has been a sad and frustrating experience

I am having the same problems as you three ladies. They want me to send the item I bought back to CHINA with no refund on the postage! I told them absolutely no way they didn't provide the product advertised. Still get the same emails. I will keep hammering them though even if I don't get anywhere with them. I will black list them everywhere I can. Having read all the complaints I wish I had read them all first. So angry.

I just want both of you to know that I am dealing the the same with this company. I wish I would have read about them before giving them my information. For starters I ordered it on video game on November 29, 2017 and less then 10 minutes later I changed my mind. I looked up the number and there was not one. ODD! Long story short I was getting the generic emails not even addressing my matter. I repeatedly was told that it was in fulfillment and can not be canceled. I reported it to my credit card and have been fighting with different people via "email" saying how can you fulfill and order that I tried to cancel less than 10 minutes later. Then I was told by 1 person that I should refuse will it ships, then told that it takes 14-21 days to even process. I have reported them to BBB in hopes that other people do not get conned by them. I did get an email back which states that they will be refunding me my money in 3-5 days. Which I will forward to my credit card company so they can reverse the charges since the company has agreed then change my credit card number due to this seems like fraud all the way around. The best thing I can tell you is keep on them. I send emails daily. Don't let them get away with this

Hi Judy, I have had exactly the same experience with Rama Deals. They send the same "generic" emails, NOBODY will contact you and there is no phone number to contact them. I ordered a fairy light projector on 7th October to pretty up my garden for Christmas parties at home, and still get the same tracking details that it left on 19th Oct. I have asked for a refund but they refuse saying it has already been dispatched... I'm pretty upset as I ordered this through Facebook thinking it would be okay. I am in the process of contacting Facebook to advise them of the scam, and have also emailed Rama Deals with advice that I will contact the Australian Federal Police Fraud Squad to put the company on their radar. The whole experience just infuriates people, especially reading some of the heartbreaking reviews I've read (as I'm sure you have as well). Good luck Judy, I do hope you get somewhere with them eventually. Merry Christmas to you.

Rama Deals retro active console

I ordered this game console on November 7, 2017. I received a text message from RetroActiveGame.com on November 17, 2017 saying my order had shipped. I have tracked the package numerous times and USPS says "USPS Currently Awaiting Package." The tracking shows the product is in El Monte, CA since November 17 but there has been no activity since then. I have e-mailed Rama Deals FIVE times now detailing what the problem is and overtime I receive a tracking link and response back assuring me my product has shipped. I've asked for a phone number to speak to a live person and they say there is only an e-mail option at this time. At this point I believe this company is a scam. Beware!

Rama Deals z18 tracker bracelet

Love the product but the battery only lasts one day.
What can you do about this can you send me another one or are there instructions to replace the battery

Rama Deals retro active console

Purchase console on 30th October through facebook.
I have had no luck tracking my item and no one knows where it is.
I have sent numerous emails and am now getting no reply.
I have sent numerous emails in the last week, and in the last 3 days have HAD NO REPLIES.
This is a Christmas Gift for my children and if it does not arrive I have nothing for them.
I am atleast afforded the respect from Rama Deals to get an answer where my item is and when it can be expected.
This is not Good Enough!

I ordered about the same time just a little earlier and still haven't received mine either. They keep telling me it is customs causing the delay. I am about to call my credit card company and get a return and spend more for something different. My grandson thinks I never ordered it at all.

Rama Deals magic toy truck

They take your money and never send your items. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and all they do is send me a link for my tracking which shows no movement at all. They finally said it was "lost in transit" and will reship. I told them I didn't want them to reship and I want a refund (AGAIN). Days later they send me an email saying they have shipped my order. You can only communicate through email and it takes days to respond and they ignore your requests.

I purchased a set of magic toy trucks. One of them arrived and was broken. The company required that I take a video to "prove" that it was broken. They said they would ship a new one to me. After waiting nearly 5 weeks for the new one to arrive, I tried to cancel the order and have them process a refund as I no longer needed the toy truck because it was for a birthday. They ignored my request and said I could waste my time further and return the truck once it was delivered. The trucks are fun in concept but cheaply made. Beware.

Rama Deals game system

This company advertised on Facebook using the Nintendo logo and picture leading you to believe that is what you were purchasing, however when I received the confirmation I realized it was not a retro Nintendo but rather a game system with Nintendo games built it.

I immediately (same day) asked for my order to be canceled. It took this company over a week to respond to me and never did respond to my messagner messages where it asked me to reach out.
This was oct. it is no dec and I have still not received product I paid for. I want to return this product but how can I if I don't receive and you can only imagine how hesitant I am with this process.

I asked to speak to someone and eventually got a reply that they will not speak to customers and the only way to contact them is through email? Not only doesn't this seem right, it seems like a scam.
I simply want my money back for product I haven't received and would like to resolve this but do not know how.
