Today at 8;30 on Sunday February 26 2023 I went to pick up a few groceries the first was cheese, yogurt and a large box of your no name cat litter the18Kg. size and they were in my shopping cart. with only 3 items I went through the self check out which I know that it is now 25 items or less and the items must be taken out but the cat litter weighs nearly 40 lbs. so I went to use the hand scanner for the cat litter and it didn't work so the woman at the end of the self scanning machine came over and said I have to take it out as well and that she was management, I have a knee replacement and CANCER so this is very hard to me to do and she wouldn't let me scan it in the cart when it was the only thing in the cart. so I took it out and hurt my stomach so I asked her to help me a she said she couldn't. If this is your policy to hurt the handicapped and seniors then picture a lawsuit for pain and suffering and discriminating the handicapped. Philip E. Dell email [protected]@rogers.com [protected]
Desired outcome: change your policy on heavy items in the self checking and straighten that manager out and educate her properly before this cost you a lot
