No Leads, no service
I was charged $110.00 on July 27, 2022 for leads for sellers/buyers. Right after my credit card was charged, I received about 4 or 5 leads. Not one of them worked out and in fact, the "leads" were dead ends and were "no answer" to my calls.
I called the company to have my account closed and requested a confirmation that I will not be billed nor receive any more "leads". I was told that my account is a month to month starting in September. I told the gentleman that I do not want to be month to month and want my account closed. He appeared not to want to do that. I emphasized several times I want my account closed. I also requested a written confirmation, again, that my account was closed. I received no response to this request.
Now, on September 6th I am anxiously awaiting to see if my credit card will be charged. This is wrong.
Desired outcome: Written confirmation that my account is indeed closed and would like a refund of the $110.00 charged to me on July 27, 2022.
Unresponsive
I signed up for their $1 7-day trial and all their "foreclosures" was B.S. I tried putting my user name/password into their account as I looked to cancel my subscription and it's not working. Attempts are using their recovered password on their website are not working, and neither are emails or calls, as they go to a blind voicemail. ***total scam***. I'm contacting the NYS Attorney General on them. They need to have their site pulled.
Desired outcome: I would like them to cancel my trial subscription asap and not charge my card for their monthly subscription.
Lack of communication
I signed up for this program with the hope of expanding my Real Estate business but once signed up they are no where to be found. I want to cancel my subscription and realize I should have read the reviews before giving my credit card information. Please learn from my mistake and don't give your information to these people.
Desired outcome: Cancel my subscription and don't bill me anymore!

Supposed Real Estate Leads
I guess I should have read more reviews! I am having much the same issues as many others here with no leads provided ...well 4 bogus leads in 6 months! I called to cancel and was promised after my 30 day notice all would be handled however the charges keep on coming! REALTY BARGAINS is the biggest load of crap! Nothing good has come of this. I am so frustrated and will now have to change my CC Card Info. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
Membership refund
I'm writing because the website is very misleading and the properties that they showed me aren't for sale. They don't have anything that was up to date. I just want my money back. I have already canceled the membership. I want my money. If you gonna post something, you need to be clear with whether or not the listings are still available. You give false information and take people money. This website is horrible and I feel like it's a SCAM
leads not received or in zip code I paid for
I payed for leads in certain zip codes. I only recieved 2 days of leads. I was told you call the leads before sending to me. This is not true! You are not verifying the leads as promised. I called every lead sent to me. Most never responded or answered. Of the only 2 I was able to speak to, I was told that the lady never spoke to you. The second was a man was looking in Mississippi. I did not recieve any leads after 3 days. It is obvious that you are lieing to agents regarding your lead generation. I am requesting a refund of $130 for the charge on Oct 13. And cancel any future charge.

Desired outcome: Reimburse $130 and cancel program
Fraudulent billing and misleading services
I signed up for the leads provider with Araf with Realty Bargains and was told this was a trial and that I would get two months for the price of one for the Realtor leads. Not only for I feel like I did not receive what I was promised; the two months for the price of one was a lie. They just charged my bank account again.
What a joke.
I will add that I signed up for the service 4.20.20 and was advised that there would need to be a 30 day cancellation. Based on the two months for the price of one, the service would have been active until June which means I would need to cancel by May 20. I emailed Arif and cancelled 5.11.20, requested a call from corporate and requested that I receive a refund. I was assured that the service was cancelled 5/11/2020 and then I get charged again. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!
website leads for real estate -
No Leads, No Active Website, No customer service SCAM.
They called me 2 to 3 times a day stating they have buyer and seller real estate leads for me as a real estate agent in my area. They provided me with a sample website and walked me through the lead process. I signed up, they charged my card the fee and then they disappeared. No website, no access and no customer service.

real estate lead
I signed up for 4 zip codes, for $120.00
They immediately debited my account.
I received a cancellation notice.
No caller id phone number.
"Eric"... He's a fast talker. I thought I remembered talking to him back in april 2016. When I asked if I had ever signed up for their service he said no.
Turns out I had. And when I cancelled them because I never received any leads... I think this was his way of collecting on a debt that I feel I don't owe.
So, I am filing a report on [redacted]
This is my favorite consumer safety site. I will report them there, and then google will put them to the #1 [redacted] position, so when other people get phone calls, hopefully they will see the string of reports that will probably attach to my report.
They are a scam. A flim flam thieving company. You merely give them your money. You're better off giving your to your local panhandler on the street corner.
Slow but good
I did tried my luck these guys I paid like a couple of dollars for 3 zip codes and after trying it for one month they send me 2 leads and one among worked out well for me and then I tried the program for another one more month after a week they send me some leads where couple of them worked out. These guys are kind of slow in sending leads but the leads worked out for me. There phone lines are always busy and I used to place voice mails and they used to call me back or email me. This program worked out for me and I got what I have paid
Unauthorized charges with threats to submit to collections agency
After signing up for a 2 month trial I was told I could "cancel at any time" after the 2 months. When I did cancel after 2 months, they told me they were going to charge me for 2 more billing cycles. I notified my bank and they would only dispute the 1 month after 30 days notice. When I disputed the second charge, I got a call from a representative on a "restricted" number that threatened to turn me over to collections. Also, their leads were only sent once and they were not for the zip codes signed up for or could not contact. There was no service given for the $330.00 taken from me. Nice business practices Realty Bargains! Good luck with screwing everyone.

Cancelled membership, won't refund
I agree! I am just now dealing with them and I believe they are scammers. I cancelled my account right after opening it, then checked to ensure I couldn't get in. With no access one would expect that by using their link to cancel, adding comments as to why you are cancelled, you would in fact be cancelled. Not with them...the charge showed up in my credit card this month. How convenient for RealtyBargains to bank on the prospect that people will not look at or open their dangerous spam mail which just happens to be the exact documentation proof you produce (using their cancellation link) to remove falsely charged credit cards. What they will tell you is that, in the contract, we told you to hang on to the cancellation reply. What they DON'T tell you is they fail to do is ask you to add them to your contact list so NONE of their email goes to your spam pile. Reputable people ask you to add them.

unauthorized billing
After setting up an account to use during the "free trial", I realized the site had no value and decided to cancel. The email I got from them said I could cancel by email so I did. I then tried calling to confirm... no luck getting a hold of them. When I finally did I thought everything was fine until I saw the $40 charge that they still refuse to...

I received a charge of $90 on a credit card. I though this cancelled this subscription. Did not receive a charge after that. however, I received a charge today. Realty Bargains is pulling a scam the BBB should be and the New York Attorney General should be looking into this company's business practices. I also told the credit card this is an unauthorized charge.
